Absolutely the best Mien mang ga I have had in awhile! I ordered the Mien mang ga goi bap chuoi dac biet. The chicken as perfectly done in the banana blossom salad. Broth was so clear yet flavorful. Service was quick even though they were very busy. The atmosphere was bustling but very accommodating for solo diners like myself. I have been raving about the soup to everyone and would definitely go back for it the next time I'm in town!

If you're looking for some viet-style chicken salad (or just good chicken), this is your spot. It's tucked away on the far right side of the Ben Thanh Plaza where there's plenty of parking.Note: The chicken that we got is cold. That's how it's supposed to be.Got the whole chicken (~$40) which had plenty of meat available. Definitely had some of the dry pieces in here, but it comes with a nice sweet/sour/fish sauce that complements the chicken well. No need to do a whole chicken though, as they have a combo with rice and chicken/salad for less than $20Also tried the large chicken salad, which was super flavorful and full of veggies and chicken. Service is as expected in a hole in the wall spot. This place isn't fancy, but still delicious!

Service is as expected from Vietnamese restaurants so don't have any expectations Food is great! Highly recommend com ga (chicken rice) or mien ga (clear noodles). The banana blossom salad is my favorite part. Was surprised to see egg yolks inside pho ga.Also, coming from Seattle, the iced tea is a plus. Unsweetened tea with some pandan flavoring.

I've been to the one in Houston before so I was happy to hear that they've made their way up here to DFW. I love mien and eat it all the time at home. We came in for lunch on a Friday and it was not too busy. Maybe it was the hot summer weather that kept others away, but that doesn't deter us from eating noodle soups. Although, they are also known for their goi (salads) as well which could be quite refreshing on a hot day. We were welcomed in as soon as we walked in and seated. Waters were brought out as we looked over the menu. They specialize in chicken and you can eat it with congee, pho noodle soup, rice noodle soup, glass noodle soup, egg noodle soup, or rice. You can also pair it with their chicken salads made with cabbage or banana leaves. Their dressing and dipping sauce are both slightly too sweet for my preference. I do enjoy the ginger in the dipping sauce though. They do offer a few additonal dishes such as the Vietnamese version of Hainanese chicken (com ga hai nam), curry (ca ri), beef stew (bo kho), and banh xeo (crepe). Will have to come back and try those dishes. We left full and satisfied. Customer service was good. The cashier asked us if we enjyed our meal which was pleasantly surprising. Overall, I would come back to dine in or even take out as well.

First time at their Garland location. I have been to their Arlington location before as well. The restaurant is located near the end of a shopping plaza so there's enough parking. We arrived on a Sunday for lunch and they were busy, but luckily we got seated after waiting for about 5 mins. They are famous for their chicken and chicken soup but I got the banh xeo with seafood since I don't eat chicken. It was large enough to feed 3-4 people and came with a large amount of lettuce and herbs to wrap. Definitely left full and will be back again!

Didn't know Houston was known for this dish but I think it's just a name. The chicken is similar to hainanese chicken, the Vietnamese version. Flavorful and perfect tender meat. This is the goi (salad) version that I didn't take a picture of the banana leaves salad. Supposed to assemble the salad together but I asked for rice to be filling. I was starving. Everything was good!

This is located within the Ben Thanh shopping center. There is a lot of parking available. When we first arrived, as a party of 3, we had to wait a bit before we were noticed by the servers even though it wasn't super busy. We ordered the #63 which is a duck cabbage and banana flower salad (the large) and shared it between 3 people. We ordered one bowl of steamed rice (extra charge). Please note the duck is not warm because this is a cold salad. If anything the duck was room temp to chilled. We also ordered a large bowl of their chicken rice porridge (the dac biet). This was split between 2 people. This was PLENTY of food for 3 people. I really enjoyed it as I found the food to be quite different from traditional Vietnamese restaurants.

Fast service, friendly staff and delicious food! I had the #8. The broth is rich, chicken is moist and the fish sauce is full of garlic. They have pictures on the wall of the food which is nice to see, Will definitely be back.
