Popcorn shrimp fried about 10 times and over cooked fish. They literally delivered their food that was ready for the trash.

How do you stay at a great hotel like the Gaylord to get a hotel recommendation to order from a local restaurant. The restaurant recommended this place. Needless to say, the paper menu says it's best to order online which we did. The order says 25-45 mins; an hour later we are still waiting. After calling more than once they could have told me they have one driver, we would pick the food up or hell order Uber Eats. It's very disappointing when you try to support local restaurants and they're service is below par! So if you're at the Gaylord and all the food places are close---go to bed or go pick it up. If you decide to wait, it's actually worth it.

BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!We purchased $45 worth of food and waited 2 hours for the delivery while staying at the Hyatt. Finally went to sleep after waiting and calling for an ETA. The driver came 3 hours later - of course we were sleeping and never received the pizza.Called Michael the manager about getting a refund. He told me that the driver called me multiple times. I told him that I didn't get any calls. My wife and I were starving and would have gladly answered of he called.End of the day, Michael would not refund me my money as I asked him multiple times over the phone.Very disappointing.

Terrible service. They tell everyone to hold only to pick up the phone with the worst phone etiquette. The girl boxing the food continuously threw things and slammed boxes. She also continuously complained. You guys need to fire her and hire someone who at the very least pleasantly does their job. Nobody wants to eat a pizza after seeing how she treats the food. Need to run this business more professionally.

Oh wow what a stupid decision to order the chicken tikka pizza from this place it's really worst of the worst pizza I tasted and their customer service is really annoying, because they do late deliveries and yet they still deliver after you sleep and your hunger will definitely die.Don't get tricked to order the food from them as they can't refund your hard earned money even after they do not deliver the food as per their promise or they can't even deliver good food 1. I ordered the 2 piece catfish meal & the 10 piece buffalo wings through grub hub. It took an hour & a half. It was not delivered by Grubhub, but by an employee of the restaurant. 10 piece wingsMy boyfriend rated the wings 3 stars. Described as "standard" & not spicy at all. 2 piece catfishPRO: Large pieces of well seasoned catfishCON: Small amount of cold friesThree stars for availability & decent food. I would recommend for tourists like us, who just needed a late night meal.

We were staying at the Grand Hyatt DFW and the front desk recommended them. It did not disappoint. The customer service was very good - they ran out of Diet Pepsi and offered to replace with something else. Super nice guy on the phone. Food arrived and driver was also very nice and polite. Pizza was soooo good. Perfect amounts of cheese and sauce. Very tasty. We also got cannolis and salad and they were good as well. We will order from here again for sure!

After waiting an hour and a half,I received 10 wings and 4 stuffed jalapeños. Unfortunately, they were mediocre and seemed freeze-dried. I will not be returning to this restaurant. Honestly, would have taken Whataburger fries over this bullshit.
