Chop House Burger

Came in during a busy lunch hour. There was quite a wait after ordering but wasn't too long. Order yourself at the counter. Employees available to assist if need be. Food- Decent, would return if in the area

Playing the Alphabet Restaurant Game and Letter C is for Chop House BurgerWe looked at all the (great!) suggestions and ended up on this one based on proximity, price, and pictures of food on Yelp My son got the chophouse burger with cheese, I got a bacon cheeseburger, hubby got a Ricky Bobby melt, and daughter got a kids cheeseburger We shared truffle fries and fried pickles--everything was so good! We finished with some of their shakes--an Italian nut job (Nutella) and an Oreo shake, both very good but super sweet, and walked around Sundance Square! Great night out

This was surprisingly really good! We stumbled on this place by accident on a Saturday. I say stumbled, because although we intended on going to the name of this restaurant it was not at all where we thought it was. Tho, once in the ares, it was worth going. It's a clean place. Small on the interior. It's not a sit and order establishment, it's a place were you order first than sit. The do bring it to you, tho once dropped off, don't expect any more interaction. The food was good. I had the Bob Marley that comes with Jerk Chicken, it was good, better than average, tho not on the amazing side, very good tho. Wife had the El Luchador, and oddly enough that burger was really, really good!! The tostada on it adds a little something extra, but the smattering of flavors is a great combination. We did get the Parmesan truffle fries as well. We were not impressed with these at all. It was a lot of Parmesan and very little truffle. However, there were more fries than we expected. The, we wanted the truffle taste, which I was extremely lacking. Staff was really quiet, didn't say much. No real interaction. Prices aren't bad, it's on the $10 side of burgers and fries are not included, you will pay extra for those. It was very quiet on the the Saturday we visited. It is downtown, and downtown during lunch isn't the busiest of places. Night crowds and business lunches during the week are probably their demograpchic. Regardless, it was really good, a great place to sit and enjoy some burgers.

I ordered the Billie Jean Melt without cheese and added BBQ sauce. Bay bay, it smelled good cooking and tastes even better. Best of all, they managed to keep my food dairy free, keeping me safe from an allergic reaction. I may try other stuff here, but only after I have the chicken sandwich a few more times. I just had THE BEST TASTING burger of my life!! Like another reviewer said, I stumbled into this place not knowing it was what I was actually looking for, lol! Signage isn't the best, but if you're lucky to try it...you won't be disappointed. SUPER JUICY and flavorful burger! I just got the Chop House burger. Nothing fancy. Holy cow! Sweet potato fries were super fresh too. Soda machine was down, but they had can and bottle options. Very clean. Definitely will be back when I'm in the area.

Chop House Burger food is amazing! Doesn't look like anything amazing but the meat to bun ratio was perfect, and the flavors are just yum! Portions are just enough for two people for the sides. Customer service could've been a little more enthusiastic but honestly a simple interaction. The place itself is a pretty small but the food is definitely recommended

We recently found this little gem during a trip to downtown F.W. Excellent burgers and fries. A great chocolate milkshake! The place is neat and orderly and the staff is terrific. Prices are quite fair. We'll go back!!

Came here for a quick lunch after a conference at the Worthington Renaissance Hotel right across the street. This burger was amazing! Juicy cooked to perfection and a perfect portion size for the average adult. The servers were all very friendly and the dining area was spotless. I couldn't be happier because the price for the meal was a better value than the other restaurants nearby. I would definitely recommend this burger joint for a quick bite. I hope they open a Chop House in San Antonio.

Food was good, I tried the falafel burger. Service was little slow than expected despite we were the only customers. Ambiance was fine, we were there in the evening.

I tried the Signature Chop House Burger cook medium with the truffle fries. This burger was so juicy and the flavors blew me away. The fries were excellent. Service was professional, friendly, but not stuffy. My order was delivered to my table within 10 minutes. I'll be returning to try other burgers soon!!
