Husband and I went to try this new chili's and the food was great, we got the Surf and Turf with the 10oz sirloin (I got that cooked medium well). It was delicious and for sides I got broccoli and asparagus as we are on a KETO and Carnivore lifestyle. My husband got the same as I did but he got the ribeye steak instead of the sirloin, it was good tender and juicy! The service was great and friendly and very attentive to our needs. The ambiance is typical chili's family friendly. The only reason I don't give it a five star is because we didn't like how long it took for the food to come out, we don't have a lot options of appetizers with our lifestyle so it seemed like forever but other than that everything was great!

Wonderful experience every time we come here! What motivated me to write a review is our waitress Kenzie was so attentive and sweet! We don't go out often so when we do it's special to us (yes even at a chilis) and I'm grateful that she made us feel so cared for! Thank you Kenzie As for the food y'all already know the triple dipper can't be beat... AMAZIN :)

Thursday evening 8pm, party of 2. Smokehouse combo w/ribs, sausage and honey chipotle crispers, sides were corn on the cob and loaded mac/cheese. Blackberry tea to wash it all down. Even though the place was slammed, our server Braelyn was very friendly, patient and attentive. The food was hot, fresh and tasty. Don't usually order BBQ at a casual dining joint, but it was very respectable. Wife had SW egg rolls, also spot on. Though I haven't been here in a while, this location is well-managed and consistently good.

Best Chilis I've ever been to! The GM, Jessica is outstanding. We got to witness her leadership skills and excellent customer service!!! Our waiter, Jeremy was fabulous as well. When I'm in the moose for Chilis I will definitely go out of my way to come here from now on.Thank you again for a great meal.

Our waitress, Kaitlynn. Was absolutely WONDERFUL!! She answered all of our questions and was so respectful of my newborn baby. She is absolutely the best. We will definitely be back to see her!

Very disappointed with the service here. My 5 years old daughter personally chose to have a lunch date here but we will probably not come back for a while. We were seated for 30 mins and no servers came to greet us or even ask if we've been helped. The bar tender came, looked at me but went and checked in with a lady sitting next to us, never asked if we've been helped. Whats even more disappointing was that there were 2 gentlemen that were seated after me got their complimentary chips, drinks and appetizers within minutes after sitting down. It was to the point my daughter was saying is very hungry so we got up and left. Very disappointed and sad since we pride ourselves of our community here how we are a tight knit community. I hope Chilis does a better job at customer service.

We always enjoy eating here! The food is always delicious! The e wait isn't too long on a minimum crowd; however, whenever they do not have enough wait staff, it takes too long to eat! I am still recommending it! I give it 4 stars
