Che’f Tacos

We weren't expecting much from a food truck outside a bar, but this was delicious! We got the barbacoa taco plate and it came with rice & beans. I got the fish taco plate and they were both delicious. We also ordered the queso and chips & while tasty they were nothing to write home about. We would definitely eat here again. My husband said the barbacoa tacos were the best he ever tasted. He doesn't normally eat beans but ate all of these!

I've been there twice now and they have not disappointed me yet. I've had their beef and shrimp quesadillas, and I've had their taco lunch special. All 3 were sooo good. Can't wait to go back and try more things from their menu!

Fantastic food truck that serves simple yet delicious meals. The Al Pastor tacos and carne asada nachos were amazing. With large portions and quality flavors, you can't go wrong with this spot.

I was actually on my way to Salsa Limon but I am pregnant so wanted the closest option so I whipped my car into the Rabbit Hole parking lot hoping this food truck took cards. I was in for a treat. They do take cards and the staff are so kind! I got the breakfast burrito because they serve breakfast until 3pm. Um YES PLEASE! It came with an awesome red sauce and the best breakfast potatoes I may have ever had. Glad to know I don't have to go far or early to get my breakfast burrito fix now. I can't wait to go back and try their tacos. Also, the portions are so giant and I can put away food. The prices are reasonable too. You could tell everything was cooked to order and fresh. Take my advice and go check them out. If I wasn't currently expecting, I would have taken the food over and gotten a drink at Rabbit Hole. Great staff there, too.

An outstanding food truck just outside the rabbit hole that has the best quesadillas in town. Their sauce is tangy and delectable. And they get the food out to you quick which is ideal after a night out drinking. They also deliver the food to you in the rabbit hole so you can enjoy the atmosphere in the sweet dive bar of Monticello. Go check them out and thank me later!

This place is AWESOME! We had the shrimp tacos and quesadillas and it was fantastic. I'm coming back to try their breakfast burritos. I highly recommend this place.

I hope the Rabbit Hole never loses this food truck! Food is always on point, fresh, and served piping hot. Staff at the truck are always super nice and helpful. They never, ever miss a beat. - Nachos- enough for two.- Birria Tacos- authentic as it gets.- Quesadillas- great cheeses and cooked to perfection.- Elote- the best I have ever had.Never had a bad meal from this place. Grab a bite and then enjoy it at the "Hole" for the best bartenders, service, and drinks in town.
