So like many I expect I was sad when Edison closed and disapointed when they chose to not reopen. I kind of regret the loss of independant coffee places and the area had lost a few in a short number of years. I thought however it would be very likely someone would see the value of coming back and out doing Edison's mistake in abandoning the location and it certainly seems I was right there. I think my strong impression is that the Cerulean crew probably had seen Edison and said o themselves "Some day we are going to do this better"I don't really want to make this a comparison but its hard not to, So much of what Cerulean Blue is doing reminds me of why I liked Edison, But it's not exactly the same and in many ways the differences are huge so I'm going to focus on those. First the atmosphere is significantly different its more open and feeling more welcoming. The ocean blue styling is a huge difference it's calming and intreguing it draws you in and calming, The layout is mostly the same and yet feels less crowded and far less noisy. The further choice to set things up so that people enjoying in location drinks and items are given plaques for table service and not called to the counter. The diversity of baked goods is still there i've become fond of the Blackberry Dark Chocolate scones which likely aren't good for me but are soo good especially warmed up. Also the diversity of drinks and coffee exploration continues, I never would have thought blood orange and coffee would be a good combination but the Candied Orange Mocha has shown me wrong there too.Over all the staff is plesant the atmosphere is great for reaxing, study, a little work or editting, and of course enjoying a snack or coffee. It's a place I know I am enjoying and if you`re in the area you should check out. I'll add one more point here which is that they also seem to be aiming to do some good for what they bring in too. True to their water theme they are targetting supporting drinking water charities to support and given how much safe drinking water is going to become a bigger and biggers problem seeing a shop trying to support filtering efforts is in my mind a huge step.

Great spot for coffee & conversation in a comfy environment. Staff are very friendly and seating is ample with a few tables mixed in. My cappuccino and strawberry & white chocolate scone were delicious. Scone was soft, especially after they warmed it up, and not at all dry. The area is also upkept well. Shared parking lot. Definitely a spot worth returning to.

When it takes at least ten minutes to do a pour over, you're not doing it correctly. There's a proper method and it takes 4 mins approximately. The employee was multi-tasking and the time between water pours was way too long. You can guess mine was not too impressive. Plus, and this is the biggest hurdle, it was $7.75! With tax and they want a 20% tip, that's a 10 dollar cup of coffee. Another issue, their beans have no "Roasted On" date. The blueberry muffin I had was terrific! Light and fluffy and fell off my fork. They'll figure things out I hope, so I'll wait a few months and return.

Walked in and it's a very quiet, authentic and modern interior. Quiet, with modern and clean equipment, multiple employees available to help. Menu was clear, prices obvious and good. Very simple menu, helped with choosing an option, but many choices still. Like the area off the side where thesrrs tables and the front with couches and sunlight, it is a modern and peaceful cafe!Ordered chilled matcha latte large with mocha, $7.75 w/tax

I miss the old decor when this space was Edison Coffee but I welcome the new and refreshing decor at Cerulean Blue. I tried the breakfast bowl and paired it with an iced strawberry foam matcha. Super delish and can't wait to try the other foods on their menu. Service was excellent and quick. Everyone greets you with the warmest and friendliest smile. Can't wait to frequent this place. One of the top in my list of fave coffee shops.

A great new coffee house to visit! My fiancé and I will be coming here for our Sunday Bible studies from now on. The coffee house is clean and welcoming, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. We ordered a strawberry white chocolate scone, a dark chocolate blueberry scone, a blueberry muffin, a strawberry smoothie, and an iced cold brew. All of them were delicious and reasonably priced. The owner, Paul, approached us and chatted with us for a while and was very nice. We're excited to return in the future and try more of the menu!

Great spot! I like to stop in for a nice Latte but their refreshers are also great. Muffins and baked goods are all super tasty and it is a great environment to hang out in. The staff is always incredibly welcoming.

Stopped in on Sunday morning after we perused the farmers market and was curious about this cafe as I believe they recently opened. Very spacious with ample seating, it felt like a cozy cafe and restaurant rolled into one. The staff was friendly and attentive as far cleaning up promptly. (there was a small child very much enjoying a frosted dessert that got everywhere but their mouth) hard to find places that do shaken espressos around here so that was nice to enjoy. Coffee is smooth and robust, just wished we had time to try their food. Will stop in next time to try!

Good natural lighting in a cozy homey environment that's priced comparable to Sbucks. My hot carmel machiatto was very good- not overly sweet. The Italian sandwich on the other hand was mediocre. Thin layers meat w/fragments of lettuce and grape tomatoes. Who the heck puts grape tomatoes on a sandwich???? This needs a complete overhaul on presentation. I'll let the pictures below speak for itself. Came for a meeting and might select this place again but I will def not order food.

A welcoming coffee shop on Parker Square. The decor is a very pleasing shade of blue and there are plenty of comfy couches and chairs. The menu has more variety than the average coffee shop. A spritzer or Italian soda is just the thing for a blazing Texas afternoon. The staff are very nice and do a great job keeping the place clean. I'm very glad i stopped in!
