Lunch rush hour is real! Line was super long around 12:15pm on a Tuesday with about 20-30 people in front of me. Got to the counter to order around 12:40pm.Ordered the Harissa Avocado bowl with grilled chicken & steak. I added tzatziki and garlic dressing, both was fresh and delicious. I took a star because the they really skimp you on the portions of the hummus and dressing. Service was friendly and ordering was smooth.

The service here is terrible. 30 minute wait at 2:20 in the afternoon? You'd figure the lunch rush would be over but with no help on the front lines, it makes sense. There was no sense of urgency amongst any of the workers and the people that would stand in the "back" of the front line area (I.e. older black lady), it would've been nice if she hopped in on the last stage of the line so the cashier could focus on getting people out the door. Instead she stood there for at least 5 minutes rubbing her hands together. Not a good display of teamwork especially when you can visually notice the line is out the door. Meanwhile because the cashier was backed up, the food was meh, but since I paid for it, I'm gone eat it. Take my advice and avoid this location until the customer service improves or the staff has and understanding that the business professionals amongst everyone else, do not want to stand in line for 30 minutes for food that has subpar taste. P.S. - you can't even blame the management because I'm sure they've already trained on how to jump in when necessary and it's pretty human nature to just help out your teammates when you can but I'd hope that management would consult their staff about teamwork, urgency, and the importance cross training.

The food and customer service have severely gone downhill at this location. Expect cross contamination, food poisoning, refusal to take exact cash as legal tender, terrible employee attitudes, customer hating managers, and bad vibes in general. I will not be returning ever again. Staff was completely unprepared for lunch (and it was slow) and made my wife and I wait 20 mins for the chicken to be ready all to find out they were not taking cash today. The manager was awful and told us to leave instead of providing and a proper solution.We did not want any change just our food. They threw it away. They could have easily took our cash and put it in the safe for the next day or simply said sorry for the wait and trouble and gave us the food as courtesy for the trouble. But no. This is how they treat their loyal customers. They did not apologize for the wait whatsoever or for being unprepared or not having a fully functioning register. There is all kinds of cross contamination going on there. I'm thinking about calling the health department to be honest. This is a viral video just waiting to happen. Location is completely mismanaged and out of hand. The food was looking gross and nasty mixed around and sloppy.

I absolutely love CAVA.. the food is always fresh and the combinations are always interesting. The service is good as per the people working, but this location is extremely slow. If you're on a break I strongly suggest ordering a head by at least 30mins. Then when you arrive you only have to wait a additional 10mins for your order

Came here earlier in the week, I believe on a Tuesday around 12/12:30, during the lunch rush. There were two people working the line, 2 people were working online orders, and one cook. The line was almost touching the back wall. I just want to commend the workers because none of them looked flustered or frustrated. They were handling the lunch run rush really well. But 2 people is just not enough. I think I waited about 40 mins to get my food. I just wish they had more help, I hope the owner/manager sees this. Other than that, the food was good and the employees were friendly (like precocity mentioned).

I have been wanting to try this place right next to Whole foods. I understood it to be a Mediterranean sort of Chipotle with bowls and wraps.Hubbs and I arrived around 12:30pm on a Wednesday and the line was maybe 25 folks deep, but it moved pretty quickly. I had hubby wait in line while I popped into Whole Foods to get a bag of chips (They only offer pita chips here). We got the regular chicken wrap, we told the guy making it that it was our first time there and he didn't even charge us! Hubbs also got a strawberry drink (I tried the blueberry lavender drink which was SOOO good, I kinda want to get a big one and take it home to make cocktails.)The wraps are hard to split - but i just whacked it in half and it held up pretty well. Boy, did this sandwich HIT THE SPOT!! It had chicken, hummus, lettuce, tomatoes (another spread I can't remember) and what made this great was a bunch of Kalamata olives. WOW, fresh crunchy, chewy (all the textures and fresh flavors that were just a perfect light lunch). I could totally have eaten a whole one - but would have been stuffed, half was actually perfect.I thought the lamb meat and the spicy chicken options looked good too on the line as they were serving folks, but I will be hard pressed to order anything other than that chicken sandwich again, it was that good!!

I went to 6731 N MacArthur BlvdUnit 150Irving, TX 75063On my lunch break and when I got there there register wasn't working so I had to make a online and I had order the Harissa Avocado and I was in a rush and only had 20 mins to go backTo work so when I got my food took it got to work and when I opened they didn't put what I asked for they left out the avocado Romain and barley out any chicken so I was pretty upset and didn't have time to go back , keep in mind I've never had any issues with cava before just this one time I went to cava they messed me up and did not fill me up as it usually does

I really enjoy their food and the line was long, which is expected during lunchtime. But the 2 lady's handled it well. A. J. The cashier really handled the situation well witha lot of patience. She was still kind through all the hustle and bustle. I come about three days a week and not everybody is as kind and patient.

Bad service ! Would leave us waiting for so long, at least apologize to customers about the waiting time instead of having a "I don't want to be here" face. Lazy to go refill containers instead of going to check the back they would lie about being completely out of everything when another worker clearly said they still had some ! Worst location I've ever been too! No sense of urgency. Had good amount of employees but it just seemed like no one cared .
