I am very pleased with my experience. I have been here twice now and both times were great. I got seated very quickly, my waitress was friendly, and my appetizers and food came out fast. I absolutely love this salmon and steak both were seasoned and cooked well. I enjoyed my sides, literally everything was perfect! I will keep coming back to try more!

Had a great late lunch at one of my favorite restaurants, decided to try a new meal than my Lobster Ravioli. Had a delicious lamb chop with pasta and broccoli with a delicious dipping sauce. But hurry it's for a short time.

We called ahead to make a reservation but they don't take them. Instead it's call ahead seating so we requested a table for 4 at 7:45 PM. After giving our name I called our friends who were joining us and gave them the info.They arrived before us and when we joined them at the table the had already ordered blackberry sangria by the pitcher. My husband ordered an ice tea.He told me on the way home that our waiter never refilled his tea while we were there.We sat waiting for our waiter to return to take our order and bring us another set up of bread and spices with olive oil. It felt like it took some time for him to return.My husband ordered wings and a side salad with creamy parmesan and I ordered Tuscan chicken with a side of pasta and tomato sauce with a side salad as well.Our friends ordered spaghetti and chicken Brian with a side of zucchini and a bowl of lentil soup.The food was great but our waiter just seemed to struggle at every turn. We asked him to split the check, our friends opting to pay for the sangria and he didn't do it. I didnt have enough cash so we flagged him down gave him our cards and asked him again to split it. He brought back our split check but no charge receipts and no credit cards. We finally got it right on the third try.The manager did stop by our table but at the beginning on our meal when we had not ordered yet.Our friends love this place but I miss the great service and cool feel of the one that used to be in Grapevine that is now home to Great Scott.

Poor service did not feel welcome, food is comparable to any other Olive Garden type of place... I was thoroughly disappointed.. They took 15 minutes after seating for our server to greet us and ask for our drinks, it was not busy...

Haven't been in a while. We had such a great experience!! The hostess greeted us before we got in the door. Our waiter Casey was a delight!! Such a fun personality! Recommended the Sangria. Yum! When we called for directions whoever answered the phone was enthusiastic and gave great directions! Special order meal.. made from scratch. Such a breath of fresh air in today's underserved and understaffed restaurants. I highly recommend!! Good job!!!

What you would expect from a chain restaurant. Food was just fine but super overpriced. Good fresh made food but not worth the difference considering there are many, many "mom and pop" italian places nearby. I think if you want the typical chain restaurant experience, this location did deliver a good meal and offered good service with the manager checking on our meal also. My true opinion, cut portions and prices and this is a win!

I know it's a chain but it's the best Italian chain out there. Everything from the bread to the wine is delish. The staff really knows how to make you feel comfortable, even when you're dining along. They're attentive but not annoying. This time around I couldn't decide between two of the chicken dishes, so the waitress suggested the chicken trio. The trio had Chicken Bryan, Pollo Rosa Maria and Chicken Marsala. The Marsala was good but the Rosa Maria was fantastic and the Bryan was amazing. I had plenty to take home but I was glad I tried them all. Next time Bryan all the way! (And a dinner companion because that bottle of wine is always more fun to share.)

*gasps* A Chain. It was surprisingly good though. I got the chicken marsala. The chicken was fresh and had good flavor. Loved the mushroom sauce. The mashed potatoes tasted real and not boxed. If they had bread sticks like the OG, they may have gotten 5 stars.. a big maybe.

We have been going here for years, our last visit no peroni beer food just ok. Today no beer, food cold when served. Seems like the restaurant is just like the mall going downhill. Take this one off your list!!

Came for lunch and the food was good and so was our waiter. The greeter with the long pink nails and nose piercing needs a new job. She was extremely rude. We walked in and her and a girl with a yellow hair bun were chatting and the hostess (not the one with the bun) was extremely rude. She rolled her eyes and sighed as she walked towards us. Answered the phone in front of us, didn't acknowledge us for a few, even after she got off the phone and, even tho we were the only ones standing there waiting to get seated. The place had about 6 other guests already seated. It was slow. This is our first and last time there.
