No questions, 10 STARS! Everything still holds true from my review in 2019...Cafe Bella is truly a hometown treasure! The owner and wait staff are kind, friendly and perfectly attentive. Kristy, our families favorite, has the warmest personality ever! She will make you feel so comfortable and welcomed. Any waiter or waitress will take great care of you, though. All you'll have to do is worry about the conversation happening at your table. You'll begin your meal with a plump bread roll and fancy oil dip. The oil is filled with fresh herbs and spices - don't be afraid to ask for more! I personally add a heaping amount of Parmesan cheese to mine and touch of pepper. It's addictive, beware.Next, you'll order your main dish. Honestly, you cannot go wrong with anything on the menu. I can say that with confidence, because I've almost had everything on it or bummed a bite off my better half's plate. My favorite is STILL anything with their pink sauce with my front runners being the Eggplant Rollitini or Chicken Rollitini. My husband's favorite is now the Chicken Cremora. It's a lightly fried chicken in the most rich and creamy white sauce. I always snag a bite or two. :D Now, the dishes are big so if you're still feeling yourself and hungry afterward... check out the Creme Brûlée. I never have regretted it.The cherry on top to this beautiful dining experience... BYOB. So bring your best bottle of wine and enjoy it thoroughly with your meal. What a bonus huh? Will I be back?Of course, it's one of my favorite Fort Worth spots :)

This place was recommended by a friend. I am not sure what Cafe Bella looked like before the renovation, but the remodeling has added a new touch to the place. Stopped by for lunch (lunch menu is somewhat limited). Started with mozzarella sticks (surprised they weren't warm). Ordered the chicken Marsala which came with a salad- it was okay- there wasn't anything that stuck out to me to order it again. Expected it to be creamier with cherry tomatoes. Our server was attentive and sweet. This is a BYOB establishment, there is an Albertsons near by. Perfect place to sit outside & catchup with a friend.

I am so sad I discovered this place so late in my Fort Worth chapter. The food is amazing!! I used this as a way to carb load before the Cowtown and it kept me going at mile 27 out of 31- because of that I am very grateful for this establishment. Please support them. You won't be disappointed! It gets pretty busy so I'd recommend making a resy, coming early, or at least blocking out part of your day to wait :)

I moved to Texas in December of 2022 directly across the street. I discovered this gem of a hole in the wall!! The food is absolutely delicious! Homemade raviolis, lasagna & tiramisu for dessert!! Our server Krissy made an excellent recommendation for the Frutta de mare & raviolis. She was attentive as well. The bread rolls with the olive oil/garlic sauce is to die for!! I will definitely be back with my family Il cibo era molto buono

I can't believe it's been SO long since we've dined at Cafe Bella. My wife and I MUST make a point to come by more often. It was a Saturday night around 6:00pm and the place was hopping. We ended up parking around the corner from the restaurant since there was no parking close by the restaurant. It seems we always come by when a special event is taking place. Last time we were at Cafe Bella, there was a rehearsal dinner being hosted. This evening, there was some sort of event happening at TCU. All the ladies and gentlemen were dressed to impress.Even with how busy the restaurant, we were seated almost immediately in the outdoor dining area. Our server Mia was phenomenal during our visit. She was so friendly and accommodating. She kept us informed how our orders were doing in the kitchen. As a former long-time food service manager, I was sure the kitchen was working at full tilt. Fresh baked bread with dipping sauce was brought to our table as we checked out the menu. My wife decided on Chicken Parmesan, and I opted for the Lobster Ravioli. Mia came by and asked if we were in a rush, the kitchen needed to get the entrees out to the TCU table since they were on a tight schedule. We told Mia, we had nothing to do afterwards so the kitchen could take its time. Our entrees arrived after an enjoyable wait and were FANTASTIC. Of course, we had a have a roll re-fill along with additional dipping sauce. We love Cafe Bella's dipping sauce. Both of our entrees were spectacular, can you say "Awesomeness" As we were finishing our entrees, we thought about desserts and decided to order a Creme Burlee and plain Cheesecake topped with a cherry sauce. Yep, and a couple of cups of coffee to help cut the sweetness.Even with the stellar service Mia delivered, there are some points that I would be remiss if I didn't mention them. First the Cream Burlee had a crunchy caramelized curst on the top, the custard underneath wasn't set up properly. The taste was decadent, but it was just a semi-thick custard, not a thick custard that Cream Burlee's are known for. Second, Cafe Bella needs to invest into a POS (point of sale) system. The servers are still writing out old style paper tickets so there is no prior communication to the kitchen about what's coming their way.Having a proper POS system installed would allow the servers to process diner's tickets. Not having a POS system creates a HUGE bottleneck at the front of the house. There's a line of diners waiting to be seated and a second long line of patrons waiting to pay their check. The front of the house isn't that big and it gets VERY crowded. I was waiting outside while my wife was in line to pay our check. The lady standing next to me said her husband had been in the check paying line for over 10 minutes. Even though we love Cafe Bella, we'll definitely have to think twice to come on a busy weekend night.

A lovely restaurant with great service, good food, and a neighborhood vibe that makes you want to come back (this place has been around for a while so it's an indication of its following and food). I'm always happy with what I order and try and change it up. It is BYOB so this is an added plus which I think adds to the appeal and following.

We arrived at 6:45 for a group of 2. Hostess promised us a 15 minute wait. This is when I then realized she was promising everyone a 15 minute wait. We sat waiting for an HOUR. she skipped around on the list multiple times as well.Host was rude. I can understand having a busy night, but please be honest when there is an hour wait and be organized rather than using a scrap piece of paper and a clipboard!

Such sadness here. Came for a family dinner and the service was so kind and nice it breaks my heart to say the food is awful....but it is. This is below mediocre Americanized Italian that would best be topped by a jar of Ragu. If that's your idea of acceptable quality, you'll be ok. For the rest of us? Not so much. Overcooked pasta (definitely not al dente, and definitely not freshly made) and bland, flavorless sauces are the rule, along with weird ingredients. WTF is Canadian Bacon doing in Italian food? Too cheap for guanciale? Prosciutto?Salad was sad - looked like pre aged Sysco romaine with an odd amount of shredded carrot and a few red cabbage shreds. Also, what kind of a reputable restaurant other than fast food is BYOB without a wine list and a somm? Our food for a large group came out one by one over more than half an hour. Kitchen competence at pacing and firing was very very substandard. I'm amazed this place is in business...whose standards are so low they'd come back when dried store-bought pasta and Ragu outperforms the entrees?

Really a great place. The atmosphere is wonderful. The decor is wonderful. All the staff was really working very hard and we had spinach lasagna and regular lasagna and the salads were really good. Can't wait to go back.
