"The customer service was excellent. The way they packed the to go order was really nice and kept warm but.. The food was a complete let down. The sauce was watery and no flavor. The chicken was the frozen chicken fajita strips and the broccoli wasn't cooked all the way. I was so bummed with this being a new place in Euless I really had hopes it would be good. It tasted like a frozen dinner. We may try the pizza but I think we are good on this one."

"This is my second time at Knife Italian. About a year ago my experience didn't meet my expectations... but this year they far exceeded it. Our server Crystal was absolutely amazing! She was real and kind, and made great recommendations. Checked on us enough that we never wanted for anything, but not so much that we felt interrupted or rushed. Other servers helped bus the table and kept our waters full at all times. As you can see, the food was amazing! The steak and deserts were my favorite, lobster ravioli, focaccia, then pizza. The drinks are in a category of their own. They really pride themselves on the Italian tradition of complex aperitifs. The decor is a little 'island-y.' When it gets dark outside, the restaurant gets pretty dark. The valet is complimentary when you dine at the restaurant, and the valets were very on top of it! We had a great time! I am so glad we went back!"

"Pizza and beer! Caught my eye on my way to work. Thought id step in for lunch and didn't disappoint. Stepping in i noticed a huge 4 tv display and thought hell yes! Sports! I got the number 1 which is a caesar and a slice. Ordered a tall beer. Beer was cold. Caesar dressing and salad was fresh and flavorful! Slice came out and it was a huge thin crust slice with a pickle on the side. Hot and fresh slice with just the right amount of ingredients! Definitely coming back again!Music and vibe was on point as well!"

Tony's and Joes in watauga, and my New York pizza in Keller have been the closest I can find to real back home New England (New York) style pizza. Let me tell you, after trying Jonuzi's tonight, they're my new #1. Cheese pizza was simple yet phenomenal with no flop and a solid crust. Eggplant parm sub, a personal favorite growing up in RI surrounded by Italians, was also top notch and reminded me of home. "Went two days in a row because of how much my kids loved the pizza here. It's thin and the toppings are quality. The pepperoni they use is so good. We've gotten it with regular mozzarella and their buffalo mozzarella. The only complaint for not a 5 stars is that the second time, the crust was a little burnt. Calamari was good and they give you a generous amount for price. Would love to come back to try some pastas."

"I am certainly no pizza snob, but my gosh this is great pizza! I discovered Palio's in south Fort Worth, and have been hooked ever since. I have gotten to go twice, and taken it back to Abilene. Now Glenda loves it. As soon as you step up from all the normal chains, pizza has gotten quite expensive. Well, Palio's runs all sorts of specials to help make it a little more affordable. For lunch, I had a 10" personal pizza, Greek salad and drink for $11.99. It was all delicious and I had leftovers. I really enjoyed the Greek salad. Of course you can make your own pizza, but the choices in the gourmet pizzas are great. Our absolute favorite is the Grace's Alfredo. It's fantastic! The King ( a supreme) comes in next on our list. We tried the Ralphie, which was good, but probably won't order it again. Be sure and sign up for the VIP club to get additional specials And earn points. While Earl's 377 pizza in Argyle is the best I have ever had, Palio's is sure a great second!"

The marinara sauce was also super flavorful and tangy like I prefer. My husband and I ordered a "14 and could only eat 2 slices each, the benefits of a deep dish is there will be leftovers. So glad I found this place and definitely see myself as a regular customer."

"I went here on a Saturday evening after the air show. I placed my order online and drove around for a few minutes until I received a text that my order was ready. I'll be very honest. I was kind of confused when I pulled into the parking lot. There was one other car and the windows of the restaurant were tinted so I couldn't really tell if it was open. I walked inside and there weren't any patrons. They had a few tvs with UFC on. The gentleman greeted me and had my order ready to go. No wait. Super efficient.I got home, about a 15 minute drive, and my sub was still hot. The bread was crusty but in a good way. It kept the rest of the sandwich from becoming soggy. I didn't count the meatballs but they were cut in quarters I believe. They were absolutely perfect. Very flavorful on their own even if you choose not to have sauce. There was a good bit of cheese on there. Personally, I might as for a little less next time just because I feel like it took away from the meatballs.I have no idea why this place was empty! The prices are pretty cheap in my opinion for take out Italian food. It's very much comfort food. Give it a try! You won't be disappointed."

"First let me start with reviewing Shakes in general. I have visited all of their locations around the metroplex and I enjoy them all. While they differ a bit based on the neighborhood, one thing you can count on is the service and food/drink quality. This location is unique because of the location. They can be extremely if there an event taking place at any of the stadiums. With that being said they still do an amazing job at taking care of the guest. Ally in particular is an assets to this location and one of the reasons I keep coming back. She is always in a great mood, even when customers are being difficult. She is the type of person who remembers what you like but also treats everyone as a regular with fantastic service. My favorite day to visit it Taco Tuesday! With this economy everyone can appreciate a $1 taco!! Ally is sure to make my cheat night a great one but not feel guilty about it!"

"Happy to have this new addition so close to home!! Bartonville store is always very busy and always felt like going but they have so many people in a small area. Them and Marty Bs are the only local places I can rely on for live music so this new addition is great!!! Reasonably priced GOOD food. They didn't shy from the topping on the pizza, it was a thinner crust type and (as a pizza-snob) it was delish! I was a little surprised they only had 4 beers on tap but still a fully stocked bar so you'll find something you like. Patio is dog friendly. Plenty parking. A little family reunion with kids when we went so seemed real family friendly as well. Can't wait for the live music to start up. Will be going again. Great addition and I think they'll do real well."

"For the first week of business...they are running very smooth and efficient. We had amazing service & the food was way better than I expected for a "Bar & Grill" type restaurant. We had the Italian nachos (minus peppers cause I am allergic) they were everything I had hoped for. The pretzels bites are not a normal baked bite...they had a great salty butter dipping and served with a great white queso. Our mains were a knock out of the park..,The BIG REX BURGER...is HUGE!!! Short rib was tender and delicious!!! Chicken fried steak was tender and the very homemade gravy was a plus!!! We will be back in the regular....great atmosphere for the sports fan in your life!!"

"DO NOT COME HERE. When I got here, I SPECIFICALLY asked the door person if there is free seating. He said yes and pointed to the wood tables. Said they were free all night. I told him I have an injured hip, so was he sure we could sit there all night and watch the fight. He assured us yes. We ordered food and drinks and was celebrating my mother's birthday day. We were one fight away from the main card and a guy comes over saying they sold our table for $500 and we had to get up and move. UMMMM WHAT. I told them we were specially told we could sit here all night and the table was free. He goes to say that they can sell the table at any given time throughout the night. UMM WHAT. So why wasn't that mentioned. Not only that - There was another wooden table top across from us with caucasians, including men, but they sell the table with black females only. Hmmmmm ok. So, with an injured hip, I had to attempt to stand and watch the fight - but ended up leaving. Not to mention barely any of their sections, that cost over $1000 to reserve, were filled. MOSTLY EMPTY. So at this point y'all are being greedy. Where are your actual customer supposed to sit if you're selling the free tables and removing all the chairs around the bar. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE. THEY DO NOT CATER TO THE CUSTOMERS ONLY THE MONEY. WILL NEVER RETURN. THEY RUINED THE NIGHT. Happy Birthday Mother"

"Last night, I told my husband I wanted pizza for dinner. he asked me what place I wanted and I had saw this place on the way home and it looked like a small local shop. We tried ordering over the phone, but their number did not work so I ordered an Italy pizza through DoorDash. There was a pizza that we wanted to try that we saw on Facebook that was not on DoorDash so when my husband got there at 8:30 he asked if they were still able to make the pizza and they were very nice and did even though they were closing up soon. This is one of the best (and affordable) pizzas I've had. The flavors were great and tasteful and I especially loved their specialty pizzas considering I'm not a big fan of tomato sauce. We will definitely be ordering pizza from here again."
