They offer specialty pies if you're into that sort of thing, but you can't go wrong with the classic cheese or pepperoni. Ordered a few pies for a party and they arrived right on time. "Don't walk. Run to this place!! I can't believe I missed the days when they were in Dallas. Now I gotta drive to Grapevine but honestly, it's worth it. The restaurant is located in a thriving area. We parked close to the train station, walked through the downtown area for fun and then we were at Sauce'd in less than 15 minutes. They do have their own parking lot but we wanted to explore the area.The restaurant wasn't the cleanest and we had a long wait (without proper seating) but those aspects pale in comparison to how good the food is. We got pizza and burgers. Both were deliciousss. We got fries as an appetizer. They crispy and nicely seasoned. We will definitely be back!"

The staff is amazing and we all felt very comfortable hanging out and having beers/ciders and pizza, and wings. Let's start with the pizza. The pizzas have an amazing light and airy crust and the toppings are premium and plentiful. The cheese was so stretchy! Not too much sauce. We devoured both our pizzas. We got wings as well. The Buffalo wings had a nice medium heat level and the Asian chili & garlic were amazing. The wings were smoked and you can taste that. It sets them apart from typical wings. The wings were a good size as well. For dessert we got a smores pie to go. To quote my adult daughter "the best thing I have ever ate". I highly recommend this place. I would eat here every week if I lived close"

Nice and crispy without being burnt and still held its shape even with the ingredients soaking in. The sauce was outstanding too and the balance of the ingredients vs the ratio of pizza dough was perfect for us.Now the star of the show in my opinion was the Caesar salad. Boy, I gladly polished off what my wife couldn't! Perfectly sauced without drowning in the Caesar dressing and the right amount of ingredients. I especially liked the grape tomatoes. Nice n sweet and firm fresh skin, not old by any means. SERVICE: Can we say how much we loved our waitress Leanna? Hopefully I spelled her name correctly. She was absolutely the best and the restaurant should be happy that she represents the restaurant with her awesome service, demeanor, and service. She checked up on us enough at the right times and not too often so as to be intrusive. As a former waiter, I can tell she's experienced and good at what she does and she made our first experience at Earl's a memorable one. The food was amazing with large portions at a fair price - we split a salad and an outstanding salmon special. We had some wine while others at our table enjoyed beers and cocktails - all of which were reasonably priced. I wish I could tell you about the dessert but we didn't make it that far. The service was the crown jewel though - we wanted not waited for anything. Our server was top notch and made the night! We will be coming back - great for special occasions with their Photo Booth but reasonable enough for a regular night out. Do give them a try!"

When we left the restaurant we saw that the other side was cozier with a fireplace. We deemed that the "date side" and the bar area the "friend side". There is also a spacious patio where you could sit and forget that you are facing a parking lot. This place is cute!The meal is obviously the most important part, and the three of us had the hardest time trying to decide what to order. One of the owners, Wende, came over and I should have known better to ask her what her favorite dishes were. She told us about all of them (and there were a lot) with great detail and passion that it threw more choices in our minds making the decision that much more difficult. We started with salads. I had the beet salad. I loved it so much I don't even remember the salads my friends had. For my entree I ordered the pappardelle bolognese. OMG! To die for. The pasta is made in house and it is obvious that it is - so fresh. The sauce and the meat were both flavorful and I was so happy I had the leftovers tonight. Yummy!The owners of this restaurant are a delightful couple, and you can tell they love what they do! The chef is really nice and gave us some insight to the recipes that had been with the restaurant for 40+ years.You know it's a good night, and a good experience, when you spend over two hours eating and chatting and not drinking anything other than tea and water.I can not recommend this place enough! They just launched a spring menu that includes about 8 new dishes that all sounded good. I think my 2023 goal should be to try every dish on the menu and just live on a treadmill to burn off all the carbs."

The crust was cooked to perfection, the marinara sauce was so tasty, the Jamaican patty was delicious and flavorful and the mozzarella sticks had the right crunch and plenty of cheesy goodness! I felt like I was in NYC! If you're looking for your tastebuds to be transported to NY this place is it. I even heard another customer say that they make the drive from across town just because they love the pizza. I will be doing the same! This place is worth the drive for me. The service is NY style service and friendly. The spot can fit about 30-50 people with tables of four or two seated per table. They have a huge picture of NYC on one wall with the other full of several pictures in frames. It's very laid back and relaxed ambiance that is not formal at all. I'm looking forward to coming back whenever I'm craving pizza. Definitely check them out for a NYC pizza experience!"
