F.O.U.R. not 2. So you will be full. Trust the process. Not sure if I got all the pics, but we had shrimp skewers, baked tilapia, and salmon (our party of 3. My only recommendation is for the green beans to be fresh... with the seasoning and way it is prepared, canned or frozen beans wither easily. I'm It's a little off the beaten path but easy to get to and a pleasure to enjoy!"

"This is now my go-to Greek restaurant! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the warm, welcoming atmosphere and attentive service. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure every detail was perfect throughout my meal. I ordered the gyro platter, and it was absolutely fantastic--it reminded me of the delicious gyros I used to get back in Chicago. The meat was perfectly seasoned and tender, the tzatziki was fresh and tangy, and the pita was soft and warm. Every bite was a burst of authentic Greek flavors that transported me right back to the Mediterranean. The portions were generous, and everything tasted incredibly fresh, which made the experience even better. I would rate this place a 1000 out of 10 and can't wait to come back and try more dishes!"

I enjoyed the calamari and the eggplant dip, the pita is soft and the bread service was nice too. The chicken souvlaki and mousaka are both good, especially the souvlaki. Sides are ok. The meal itself was not wow but priced right.I like the ambiance, it feels like a family restaurant. And the busser is a very nice woman.Coming from someone who has waited tables, I'm docking two stars because the big man host/waiter was not welcoming at all and seemed to have an attitude. Drop slid our plates in front of us like a diner would and walked off, did not acknowledge any time we said thanks, just seemed like he wanted to get off work early but the other tables stayed later than us (we were out by 8:50). Any other Greek restaurant is probably same food quality and price with nicer presentation and friendlier service."

"Once in a while, my wife and I crave for a good gyro. We came across this location and decided to try it. The place is small and narrow but the menu is brightly lite and they had a lot of specials advertised. We obviously had the gyro with just the lamb and added lettuce to it as it normally comes with tomatoes and pickles. I am not a fan of pickles and I have to limit my tomatoes consumption. I also ordered the falafel appetizer as I really enjoy a good falafel. The gyro sandwich was good. Very simple and to the point . The falafel was not that good at all. But I know finding good falafel is hard to find. Not a place I would try again but at least I know where to find a sort of decent gyro. For the price, you just got the gyro only but the combo comes with fries and a canned soda. For the value it was a bit much in my opinion."

Order up and sit at one of the available tables/booths. What we got: Gyro sandwich contains plenty of nicely flavored gyro meat, veggies, and a warm, soft pita. We've tried the kofta kabobs, chicken shawarma, beef shawarma, and you just can't go wrongThe guys running this place (or at least always at the counter/preparing the food) are always super nice and patient. I realized too late I probably should have chose falafel because that's something I don't get at home; or just all veggie sides because they were so amazing. "When I'm eating Mediterranean food, I'm always gonna have fresh produce on my plate. Whether I'm ordering a shawarma plate or falafel or lentil soup or hummus, I need something crisp and raw with it! A Greek salad. A little side salad. Pickled veggies. Tomato and cucumber slices. Lettuce and carrots and onions. You know how it is. And the freshness of the produce is pretty important. A couple times we've ordered from Gyros to Go and the produce has been colorless, limp, and watery. I'm not expecting picture perfect, ultra-radiant veggies or anything, just a little color and crunch! Besides the bland produce and the to-go orders being a little messily and loosely packed in styrofoam containers, we've enjoyed the food and prices here. The chicken and beef shawarma and the gyro meat are all so well seasoned and delicious. Jon loves the garlic fries. The hummus is a great texture. Quick delivery!"

"The HUMUS is HITTING!! 5 stars for the Humus alone. I will try humus at restaurants but usually I am not a fan. I just spent the ride home thinking about this humus, when will we go again and what size should I order on the next visit. It truly was some of the best I've ever tasted. You get a little side order of it when you get a plate. We ordered way too much food to begin with so I stuck with what I got. The hummus homemade, I verified that. Ok the rest of the food. I got the Chicken plate that came with grilled chicken, seasoned rice, HUMUS, side salad with dressing and 4 slices of pita bread. The chicken and bread were solid. The rice was pretty dang good fluffy with an excellent flavor. Besides the top dog Humus on the plate this side salad was really good. Fresh everything with a nice dressing. Again, usually I'll just pick at a side salad, respect your body, but I ate all of this one. Double chefs kiss for the Humus & side salad. I will be back to try more!"

"Pak A Pocket has been around since 1986 for a good reason - the food is high quality- fresh and delicious. It brings back memories of the insurance company I worked at right out of high school in..... - - wait for it... 1986! It was one of the only places around to snag lunch and we weren't mad about it. Not much has changed since - except for an occasional price increase - but who can blame them. Liz is still around to greet customers with a smile and the Wednesday special is still the taco Pocket - my favorite. If you haven't dropped by I highly recommend that you check it. Parking can be challenging during the lunch hour but the worst case scenario would be parking at the Valero. Best is to visit before noon or after 1:30."

"Having dined at Spitz numerous times when visiting the Minneapolis area, I was completely unaware that a couple of locations have opened in the DFW area. Once I discovered this, I quickly made plans to stop by for some delicious eats. Per the staff, this location opened a little over 6 months ago. For those who are unaware, as I was told by staff at location in Minneapolis, the best description of the menu at Spitz is 'Mediterranean Street Food'. Whatever way one decides to describe it, just know it contains lots of delicious eats. The Spitz menu consists of wraps, salads, gyros, wings, etc. All meats are halal certified and they have a vegan menu plus gluten-free options. Similar to the Minneapolis location, this one also contains a bar consisting of cocktails, wine, sangria, and numerous beer options.This location has indoor seating that consists of table/chair setups plus bar seating. Weather permitting, there are also table/chair setups, outside on the sidewalk patio. The outdoor area is dog-friendly. As for decor, there are there are splashes of bright colors along with a few murals throughout the space which just helps enhance the laid back feeling. There are two restrooms which are not gender specific. This location is part of a fairly new strip mall and has plenty of parking in the shared lot. On my first visit to this location, I went during 'off-hours' so upon arriving I was the only customer. I placed my order at the bar (I ordered my favorite item, the Street Cart Doner wrap with beef and lamb wrap), was given a card to put at the table so they know where to deliver which order. After paying, I chose a table and waited for my food to be prepared and brought to the table. As it was my first time at this location, the staff assured me wrap would be as delicious as I remembered from the Minneapolis location.Speaking of staff, everyone was very welcoming and knowledgeable of the menu. Add to that, they exhibited a great deal of pride in what they were doing along with the brand.After a short wait, my order was brought to the table and it was everything I remembered. In addition to being super tasty, it was also very filling and it took me back to my first visit to the Minneapolis location. The only thing missing was a mural of Prince. Going forward, this Spitz location will be in my rotation of fast-casual healthy eats."

Their prices are affordable, $10.99 to $18.99.As you enter, you encounter the menu printed in large, colorful print on the wall; the flow of the restaurant is circular counter with the fresh pita bread being the second encounter here. At this point, I am 100% hooked! If you look towards the back of the fresh pita offerings. you can see the oven where these magnificent breads are being baked! Oh my! What a perk! All platters, come with 2 pita breads! As you proceed down the counter, you can see the appetizer section, followed by the side choices, and finally the meat selection choices. Almost at the payment section at the end, there are some desserts and freshly baked offerings. The whole place was like a candy store but with delicious Mediterranee food! Amazing!You give your meal selections to the server, who will place the side dishes together on your plate, while the meat is served separately. This particular evening, I chose 1 meat platter with 4 sides! What can I say... I wanted to try it all in one sitting!My platter consisted of hummus, falafel salad, crisp cauliflower, rice, and chicken. I loved it! The portion for me was enough for 2 meals. I had leftovers for the next day! Loved Andalous Mediterranean Grill!"

What's cool about Sahara is that it's both a restaurant and a market, so you can shop authentic Persian/Iranian produce while you dine in or wait for your to go order. Today I tried their $15 lunch special, which comes with your choice of protein - rice or salad & two sides. Everything was made to order and fresh, was well seasoned and well proportioned. I have no complaints. I was also finally able to try some potato tahdig, which was a highlight for me because a lot of middle eastern places in the DFW metroplex don't serve it to guests. If you're in the area, give Sahara a go."
