Simple stuff done right on this sandwich, not too much oil in the breading, bun was stable and not soggy which is so important to enjoy a good chicken sandwich, and lets not rule out the presentation which my photos don't do justice. They do go above and beyond here and you can tell the staff loves the product, as well. They keep the environment around here fun, casual, clean, and well organized. "I finally got to try Bad Chicken after being so encapsulated by the name! And let just say, there is NOTHING bad about this chicken. The wings are smoked and then fried and you can definitely taste it! We had the buffalo lemon pepper in medium and Cajun dry rub and they were fantastic! The loaded curly fries are a for sure a must have. As for the vibes, they are a 10/10! They have a game console set up for you to play games with your friends and family as well as a pretty large patio area with games. Did I also mention they serve alcohol? We had their Original marg and a hennyrita! The food was amazing, the service was good, and the vibes were there! We are for sure definitely returning soon"

There was soju in different flavors, beer and fountain drinks for those not wanting any alcohol. The chicken was full of flavor and well marinated. Every bite was juicy and exceptional. The servings are large and perfectly seasoned. The kimchi fries were also fantastic. The cooked kimchi combined with the cheese, chicken pieces and fries were out of of this world. They have a ton of options it looked like on the menu, but my heart was set on breakfast. I went with the Phat Azz Breakfast Burrito which has Eggs, cheese, sausage, bacon and hashbrowns. Only thing I would add is Hatch Green chile if possible but thats the New Mexican in me talking! This burro was really good! It was fat and filling too. Definitely give them a try I rate 5 stars all the way!"

Even other customers were speaking to me and that just made my day and this was before I even ordered food.Fourth, as a gay man, I look for restaurants that have "the vibe" when it comes to the community. "My daughter and I went in on a Tuesday afternoon around 1:30, and they weren't busy at all. We had the jalapeño cheese burger and shared an order of Cajun fries. The burgers were nice and tasty. I enjoyed mine more than my daughter enjoyed hers. I did go into the restaurant extremely hungry, so I'm not sure if that played a part. The Cajun fries were only okay. They were just basic fries with some odd smelling seasoning sprinkled on top. You couldn't taste the seasoning once dipped in ketchup, so we were able to eat some. After our meal, we each got a scoop of Blue Bell ice cream. I think the scoop was a little on the small side, but it was still yummy. This isn't a place I would run to or even tell my friends about, but if I were hungry and it was nearby, I would consider eating there again."

I recommend getting the sauce on the side. Otherwise everything gets so messy and the sauce overpowers the flavors of everything else. As far as the food, the meat tasted stale, like it had been sitting on a warmer too long. The tomatoes and veggies also didn't taste very fresh. I guess if you want fast, you sacrifice in freshness. With so many dining options in the area, I expected more. Location is good, service was fast, food not up to par - 3 stars"

"Because of prior experience at another Zero Degrees, I didn't expect much, but with the right recommendations, our first experience at this location was amazing! My cousin said she loved everything she got so we followed suit with popcorn chicken, Garlic butter wings, and pink lychee, along with a mangonada. I don't love mangonadas in general, but if I get one, it will definitely be from here. The garlic butter chicken and garlic butter fries came swimming in butter--and lo and behold--they really DID taste like crawfish, as she said! Perfect for lazy days when you want that flavoring but dread the effort it takes to make and peel actual crawfish. Another possible reason to enjoy Zero Degrees is the safety measures they have in place. Customers are met with a huge bottle of hand sanitizer as soon as they enter and plenty of signs to let them know "Masks are required." That illusion of safety was muddied during my last visit by, ironically, a group of state troopers. If they had food or drinks or face coverings, there was no evidence of any of those things in the brief time I was inside to use the restroom and pick-up my food. The 4 of them sat chatting casually at one of the few tables available, directly under a "Mask Required" sign, with no masks on. I can't dock Zero Degrees any stars for this because what is an hourly cashier at a fledgling business to do in the (literal and figurative) face of that? I'm high-risk right now so the next time I see "official" vehicles parked outside, I'll pass. Perhaps they would consider bringing it out to my car, since there's no drive-thru."

There are many items on the menu and absolutely cater towards a hungry college kid! It would be worth testing some of the others as my belly still thinks it is 20. "Today was my third visit. I was hesitant to return as my prior visit sandwiches had chicken smaller than the already small bun, and the spice level didn't add up to its name. I have been seeking a true "Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich Experience." I expressed my concern, "Hey all the pictures on the menu show a large chicken breast sticking out both sides of the sandwich, but my prior orders didn't come close." I was assured that doesn't happen anymore. I ordered 2 Nashville daddys, a spicy daddy sandwiches and mild chicken tenders. All three sandwiches had chicken beyond the bun. The Nashville Daddy, even with the Extra Hot sauce level, still isn't authentic Nashville hot chicken. The sauce on the bun is hot enough to induce a scalp sweat, but the chicken itself is not. I guess the kitchen staff overheard my comments and decided to cake the mild chicken strips in a heavy, hot, dry spice rub. The strips were for my kid, who couldn't eat them at that spice level. I wasn't able to finish them myself, I prefer a hot sauce compared to the heavily caked tenders. See pic. I note that there is not a Daddy's Chicken Shack in Nashville or Tennessee. That might explain my overall disappointment in seeking a true Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich experience here. Not in a hurry to return."
