"Good street tacos at a reasonable price! Their salsas are flavorful and got some heat to them. I like them both the green is a thicker salsa and the red pours easy on your tacos. Both of them pair well with whatever you order. They provide you with 2 salsas one of each with your order. I ordered 3 tacos and got two salsas. Today I ordered 6 tacos and asked for more than the two they provided. So he charged me .50 cents for each extra salsa I ordered! I don't mind paying for the extras as long as I can get what I want! But I believe it's reasonable to assume that the more tacos you ordered you would get a couple of more salsa's with the order? I do understand a small business watching the controls as some customers would take as much as they can get for free! I'm just a person who really likes my Mexican food to be drenched in salsa! I normally use one container per taco if I'm able to get it? Sometimes it's a hit and miss? But like I said I don't mind the extra charges for the salsa cups I wanted! I just think two cups is just not enough for 6 tacos and this time it was hard to pay that price!He did give me the taco Tuesday prices but by the time I paid for the extra salsa it made it regular price so I guess I save $2 so that's somethingGo check them out they i'm at dialysis have a drive thru and are fairly quick with the orders and I've like everything I've tried so far! "DO NOT COME HERE. When I got here, I SPECIFICALLY asked the door person if there is free seating. He said yes and pointed to the wood tables. Said they were free all night. I told him I have an injured hip, so was he sure we could sit there all night and watch the fight. He assured us yes. We ordered food and drinks and was celebrating my mother's birthday day. We were one fight away from the main card and a guy comes over saying they sold our table for $500 and we had to get up and move. UMMMM WHAT. I told them we were specially told we could sit here all night and the table was free. He goes to say that they can sell the table at any given time throughout the night. UMM WHAT. So why wasn't that mentioned. Not only that - There was another wooden table top across from us with caucasians, including men, but they sell the table with black females only. Hmmmmm ok. So, with an injured hip, I had to attempt to stand and watch the fight - but ended up leaving. Not to mention barely any of their sections, that cost over $1000 to reserve, were filled. MOSTLY EMPTY. So at this point y'all are being greedy. Where are your actual customer supposed to sit if you're selling the free tables and removing all the chairs around the bar. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE. THEY DO NOT CATER TO THE CUSTOMERS ONLY THE MONEY. WILL NEVER RETURN. THEY RUINED THE NIGHT. Happy Birthday Mother"

"Babe's Chicken Dinner House is always good!!! My family and I have been visiting Babe's together for over 15 years and it has long been a favorite gathering spot for holidays or special occasions. The food is great, the service is attentive, and the atmosphere is unique - creating a memorable dining experience. At the Arlington location, the interior is decorated as if you are in the midst of a small southern town. The facades of businesses line the walls and fake chickens are placed on any available surfaces. The lighting is dim with cozy string lights and neon signs illuminating the corners of the restaurant. The food is all served family style with large entrees and bottomless sides & appetizers. For $20 you can choose between smoked chicken, fried chicken, fried catfish, chicken tenders, or chicken fried steak (I'm not ashamed to say I've tried them all over the years). Each entree is served on a large platter and is definitely enough for more than one meal! The appetizers include an iceberg lettuce salad with a simple vinaigrette and biscuits. It may be the nostalgia talking, but I believe their biscuits are the best in the world. After getting full on salad and biscuits alone, your meal arrives with family style green beans, mashed potatoes, creamed corn, and gravy. The sides are delicious and you can ask for more of whatever you like! Their fried chicken is crunchy and juicy - and tastes amazing smothered in gravy. After you've eaten so much your top button on your pants bursts, you can take home the leftovers in plastic bags lined along the walls and pay up front on your way out. The servers used to dance the hokey pokey every hour - but I fear they've stopped doing that (at least at our most recent visit they didn't). In all, Babe's is an amazing value and a memorable family-friendly dining experience! I can't recommend it enough."

"Ok, so this place is super cool! We live in Ft Worth and don't make it out here often, but when we are in the area, we like to stop in. The ambiance is great but the food is even better! There is so much to look at, the wait for your food seems almost non existent. There is also mini juke boxes at your table where you can control the volume of the music - 50's of course!We've had the chicken fried steak, hamburger steak, catfish, fries, mashed potatoes, okra, green beans, just to name a few. Also, the peanut butter chocolate shake was to die for! Service is always good and staff is friendly. They also sell merchandise if your interested. We never have, but it's cool to look at as well as all the memorabilia. If you're in this area, I suggest stopping by, even if it's only for a plate of piping hot fries and a milkshake."

We piled into a booth and proceeded to order a good portion of the menu--omelet, french toast, regular toast, biscuits, pancakes, T-bone, scrambled eggs, etc. Plenty of traditional diner fare.The cookery choices on the steak were "medium well" and "well done", I chose the former but got the latter. Eggs were ok, biscuits a bit burnt, but otherwise everything else was pretty unremarkable. The kids enjoyed all of their meals. Service was friendly but choppy (my Spanish proficiency was as good as our waiter's English) and the high chair we asked for was not clean.Overall, though, this place was okay. Hit most of the points I'd expect for a local diner--down to the eclectic music playing--and I'll likely come here again."

We choose the Oysters and Deviled Eggs appetizers!What a great recommendation the Oysters were not only fresh ( clean and clear) the sauces sent with them were traditional and very fresh it is apparent in the taste!The deviled Eggs are not your Grandmothers Thanksgiving Eggs they are better just don't tell Grandma..My Wife ordered the smoked Duck meal, judging by how quickly she cleared her plate I can say it was beyond delicious, and she is picky as picky comes.I had the Ribeyes and I am a Beef purist, no sauces just give me the meat!Cooked perfectly, I didn't need a knife this steak was simply amazing, I have had 140.00 and Ounce WAYGU that was not nearly as tasteful and so perfectly cooked as this steak was. The sides were some mashed potatoes and asparagus both flavorful and perfectly paired with this steak. Now I orders three orders of the scallops with my steak as I love scallops, these were not dainty little scallops they were big and tasty. Perfect cook on the scallops seasoned just right still allowing that sea taste to come through!We opted for the homemade Bread pudding, wholly Mother of Mary! This dessert should be illegal it is so absolutely delicious you have to tart it all, you can be completely stuffed you will make room for this dessert!I can not say enough about how well we were treated by the amazing staff, our Waiter Xander was truly an absolute pleasure to speak with, and a consummate professional, his recommendations were spot on!We are planning our next visit and I guarantee you it will not be another five years before we return, so glad we found this amazing spot! So when my friend suggested this spot for dinner, I was thinking we should save this for a special occasion weekend brunch kind of day instead. Little did I know, they serve breakfast all day! The inside was cozy and dineresque with a nature theme. The dining area was pretty large and spacious. The menus are printed on what looks like a newspaper and they include calories count for everything. They even have smaller portions for some of their dishes which is great if you're not too hungry or if the calorie count shocked you like it did me. Pierceson was our server and he was a super cool guy. He gave us some suggestions and was patient with our questions. Even though I was excited for breakfast, I wanted to try the dinner offerings too. In the end I opted for my beloved Benny. This one was the California Bacon eggs benedict which came with the standard English muffin and poached egg along with thick cut bacon, avocado, spinach, and grilled tomatoes. Now, the Hollandaise sauce was a let down as it was broken. The dish was still tasty but visually not appealing. The country red potatoes were delicious. My friend enjoyed her chicken fried steak meal. Overall, great addition to the area for breakfast any time of the day!"

The only thing here I'd pass on are the peaches because they're literally swimming in sugar syrup. Everything else is delicious. There's not a bad order to be ordered. The daily meat and three special gives you a an entrée plus three sides at under $12. It's a steal of a value.The only thing of better value is the service. You'll feel like you're a regular even if it's your first time. Staff is just attentive enough without being overbearing. They'll have that refill just before you realized you wanted it. That check will arrive just before you're ready to go. Their grins and pleasantries won't stop. The vibe makes you feel at a distant relatives home. Getting a table might be tough at lunch and especially after church hours. Arrive early, because even the small parking lot is tough to navigate. If you have a large truck this could be a problem. That aside it's a wonderful café inside and out that makes you feel at home."

The hash browns lacked seasoning. My wife's Benedict left a lot to be desired. The egg was cooked hard, and the English muffins were too tough to saw through with her knife. The star of the show was the biscuits. I could eat my weight in them! The server was attentive and very courteous, making sure we had everything we needed, including drinks to go. The atmosphere is full-on old school diner. Lots of people and lots of food. We'd go back if we were in the area, just might make some different food choices."
