I took off a star because the woman making me sandwich was typing on her phone with her gloves on while making it, and didn't change them, which I think is unsanitary. "This location is consistently yummy!! I order from them often and recently I'm hooked onto their sub in a tub. Love their spicy mustard and they always load up on plenty of veggies. Their sandwiches obviously is where they shine but when I need a low carb option they have me covered. I usually take it to go and you can get in and out of there. Door dash is quick when I can't leave the desk. But overall this is fast fresh and healthy when I need to grab and go food near work. It's very clean inside as well, and it is always service with a smile."

"I work in the Stone Tower and visit the deli at least once a week. Their daily lunch specials are always good. The persons who work there, two women and one guy, are all very polite. They have fresh cookies, brownies, fruit in bowls in the refrigerators, soda, water, juice, and cold Starbucks. A snack/junk food rack with a fair assortment. There are 4 tables with chairs to sit and eat. The one down side is their coffee selection. It is this machine of some sorts that uses bags or something. The one time I used it the coffee was way too strong and had to use a small cup. Overall this place is fantastic!"

"I travel a lot for business, and have tried many different sandwich shops across the country. My favorite, without a doubt is Jersey Mike's. We have always went online, ordered and picked up at this location, but we were in the area and decided to stop by. My normal "go to's" are the giant Big Kahuna cheese steak or the giant portabella cheese steak. This time I ordered the giant original Italian, based on what I read in multiple publications as the best Italian Sub that you can order from any nation sub shop. Of course I had to get it Mike's Way, and this sub is off the charts delicious. My son ordered the chicken bacon ranch and he loved it. The employee's were friendly, and when our family has a craving for a sub, Jersey Mike's is 100% our go to place. Stay hungry my friends..."

"Tower Deli is as good as it gets. It's probably the only restaurant/deli on the whole office strip, and it's conveniently located inside Addison Tower. If you get a sub or a sandwich it usually comes with chips. It's way better than driving to the gas station and paying double for something you could have bought at Wal-mart for the quarter of the price.Everything is made fresh to order and even though it's operated by two people, all the orders come out in a timely manner. Their daily specials sets them apart from the other deli's; I love baked potato day where the "works" includes a big heaping mound of sour cream, bacon bits, chives, and so many more. Be sure to go in earlier because the soup is gone by noon!Aside from that, this place is always fully stocked with drinks and snacks. They have breakfast items as well as staples like philly cheesesteak and onion rings or bbq burger with fries. Taco days are the best too.. but I'll keep going on and on."

Depending on the season, Adam pretty much knows which I've come to get and always remembers to drop extra honey in my peanut butter smoothie or to add protein if I'm getting one for "the big guy" aka my co-worker.The BBQ chicken wrap is good. The muffaletta sandwich will make you hurt yourself because true to this deli's form, that is a LOTTA sandwich! The chicken in the grilled chicken pasta will make you bite your tongue and Taco Tuesday (and Thursday) does cause a frenzy! The tacos are beef or chicken and you can get fresh avocado on top! In the morning I like to get a breakfast croissant or burrito in the spinach wrap. Even the chicken, veggies and rice special is good! I also like the pesto chicken special. Did I mention the pastas? Grilled chicken pasta! And did I say the portions are NICE? Do I need to go on?Adam (the owner) has a real talent for for pairing flavors. If you're unsure how to top a sandwich or wrap, he is never wrong about the veggies or dressings. He is never wrong about what to put in your smoothie should you have some special need or desire, and he is jam packed FULL of nutrition knowledge you may take advantage of! If this guy wrote a diet plan, I'd be on it and, like a newborn puppy, I'd be at one of his tables daily to see what he would feed me!! Healthy food never before tasted this good."

So so cozy and homey. The food NEVER MISSES. Their menu has so many options and every new item I try is always good and the ones I get over and over are consistent. They always get the food cooked so fast!! They cook it right there in front of you so it's fresh, yet they whip it up in no time. The people who work there are so friendly! I wish I knew his name, but the hispanic gentleman at the register is so sweet and so is everyone else. There has been maybe once or twice out of the 30 times I've been where it was extremely busy where the line was so long and not ideal, but hey! The staff handled it the best they could and that just shows people love it here. Not sure what all the bad reviews are about. The food is incredible, very low prices, free coffee, great service, cozy atmosphere, all around love this place."
