Buffet Palace

10/10 would recommend. The place is beautifully decorated and the staff is very friendly. Our server was very personable and made us laugh a lot. She was very attentive. We went around 8:00pm and they closed at 9:30pm. Fresh food was still coming out of the kitchen. People were still pouring in. The bathroom had paper towels over flowing in the bin but honestly that was the only thing I saw wrong here.

I had to pay $16.11 for one adult buffet pass and a soda. Rip-off!I went in at 1pm and there were some fresh hot items, but many were dry and I could not eat. The dessert/fruit bar was a joke with one pudding, one frozen prepared cake bite, cantaloupe, and some terrible cookies. My second time to go in a year and my last.

I'll say if you are seeking an affordable Chinese buffet in the area and craving some seafood this actually hits the spot. The crab was surprisingly delicious, the clams were a little bland but with a little diy dipping sauce will make it better. Crawfish ok too not great. The fried shrimp and sesame chicken were good as well. Where this place is lacking is in the dessert offerings. Why the cheeseball and veggie straws? It adds nothing to the dessert area. It's a large facility with plenty of space for groups. It's been around for years so they must be doing something right.

I decided to give this place a try and it's 22.00 wasted!! I hate when this happens! None of it was good and taste spoiled! One day I will find some good Chinese food!

I will say that I have ate in many "Chinese Buffet" style restaurants and by far this was one of the worst. This place was dingy with poor lighting and the food had several entrees that were lacking taste. for example: the Egg Drop soup was watery with no flavor. The chicken was over fried which I'm not sure why they would even serve it. The water had a moldy taste, so I had to switch to a soft drink. I wonder if that is their gimmick for the customer to buy their soft drinks. I usually go for seconds but not at this place, I also had family members feel the same way about this restaurant. Poor food, Dingy as well as a not too pleasant atmosphere. Overall if you visit this place go on your own risk and decide for yourself. The only reason I gave it a two star is because the servers were busting their rare ends trying to keep the customers pleased.

I'm shocked at all the bad reviews. When we went it was delicious. Looking forward to going back!

Mikey and I are in town to visit some museums. He insisted he owed me birthday supper. Well, I'm sure not going to say no! We wanted Chinese buffet, so here we are. Buffet Palace is just like every other buffet. LOTS of choices, and the food was actually very good. I like buffets because they have so many different kinds of shrimp. And don't forget the mussels! Seriously, I made a pig of myself. Some ocean is half empty right now because of me. They kept the buffet stocked and fresh. We really enjoyed it. To end the evening, Chinese apple pie and vanilla ice cream. YUM! Ok, it was just apple pie, but it was good! If your looking for AYCE Chinese, this might be the place.

Food is always amazing every time we go there. Being a buffet, I don't go very often as I always eat more than I should. But especially at the buffet palace. Food is always fresh. This was one of my dad's favorite places to go when he was here with us. My siblings and I met there for lunch on Christmas in honor of my dad. And even on Christmas they had the same amazing buffet as always. It was not a limited or short menu due to being a holiday. The food was just as good as any other time. Service is always great!

My husband and I stopped in here for lunch after a doctors appointment. The restaurant had been open less than an hour and some of the food items appeared to be hot by view of steam table. First bite of the crab Rangoon was tough and chewy. I had to pull it with my hand while holding with my teeth to even attempt to eat. Next was my favorite green beans, believe it or not but they had good flavor and crisp but were ice cold and wilted. One last item before I gave up on the meal completely was beef and broccoli the meat appeared to be undercooked I tried to overlook the difference in the colors of red but I couldn't make myself try to eat it. So in order to try the broccoli itself I had to go get a knife and cut in since the tines on the fork wouldnt pierce the raw vegetable. After those 5 bites of food from my plate and my husbands full plate. We got the waitress' attention and told her we couldn't eat this food because of not being hot, not being cooked correctly Rice crunch. Vegetables colf, meat raw in middle and we werebt staying. He raised his voice and said we could only be getting one meal removed that we were responsible for paying over 16.00. I informed him we had just sat down and food not edible. He doesnt care. Claims hes the only management and he didnt mind raising his voice . We paid and then messed up and we charged twice im still waiting for the 32.00 charge to drop off. Ill call the corporate office if i ever find a number as such. In the meantime. Its sad that people like him are allowerd in customer service. We will NOT be returning to a place that not not only made me question the safety of the food but to have someone treat you like that is inexcusable. I found a similar review to mine when I began my review. I probably could have copied it stating "here's another one".

Food was good but what really was great was customer service. Right front the entrance the guy said hi was had a great smile, also our waitress was really nice and she took a second to chat with my girls. I love this place and we will definitely come back.
