I'll start with saying that the actual burger meat is very tasty and moist. The buns are well toasted and we'll buttered. Now what disappointed me was I ordered "Plain Jane Burger" from their menu. That's supposed to come with tomato, lettuce, pickle, and red onion. I asked to add Mayo and I got none of that.Even if I didn't get the other stuff (which I didn't. This came out a nearly naked burger) this is a sad excuse for Mayo on a burger. So I waited 40 mins and paid way too much for a burger I was expecting to have what I asked and this is what I got.Very disappointing. My husbands order also came out missing more than half of what he asked for. I'd say if you're coming here, double check to them what you want on your burger and don't get anything to-go if you're in a hurry.

Driven by this place for years, stopped in for a burger one day that exceeded my expectations. I would come back again . The burger was cooked correctly and the toppings were fresh. The patty was a bit over salted for my taste. The fries were alright, nothing special. The staff was friendly and the dining area was clean.

30-40 minute wait for an average burger? Why! Also, why does it cost $20 for a burger fries and drink. That is ridiculous. If you are going to charge like its Del Frisco's then I want some Del Frisco's quality and service. There are a number of better burgers nearby at half the price.

Been eating here weekly since it opened. - It use to be my favorite place to eat.Use to be a great place to get burgers. - They are SLOWER every time we come now. Long line of tickets on the bar...no burgers on the grill cooking. Why?!?! It's a burger place, get some burgers cooking. It shouldn't nearly an hour to get food.It's typically when the guys are working. When the ladies are working they seem to know how to get things moving. They guy on the grill was cooking one order ata time. :(HELP!

Stopped in on our back from Waco. They were busy. Ordering was easy enough but getting the food took over 45 minutes. We sat next to the counter and could see orders go out. It was like food came from a time lock safe - 2 or 3 orders up on the counter, then nothing for 10-15 minutes. 2 or 3 orders up on the counter then nothing for 10-15 minutes. Repeat. Repeat. Our burgers weren't made as ordered but after waiting 45 minutes and wanting to get home we couldn't risk asking for replacement. Quality was OK but nothing fantastic. Went to the bathroom - not at all clean.

The burgers here are super tasty, done well, and create an enjoyable experience. The fried jalapeños and onion rings are a must try. Why 3 Stars you ask? There are a lot of bugs to work out with their online ordering system, and, then again, everyone has an off day.

Of all the Branded Burger Co. locations, Waxahatchie is probably the least appealing of them all. It may pale in a big way to the OG in Midloathian (#1) but the burgers served here are incredibly average if not a bit underwhelming. Given the city's popularity with burger joints (#2), it most definitely sits squarely in the middle.The place is clean with a good number of tables and a perfectly casual vibe. It's well lit, well ventilated, plenty of parking and clean bathrooms to boot. The open kitchen makes it fun to see the burgers cooked on the spot and there is zero shortage of variety. There's a lot to choose from.As noted, the burgers here are okay but are short of stellar. Their specialty hollywood burger with grilled jalapenos, onion, bacon, and pepperjack cheese was messy, as as their smokey bull burger (same as previous but with bbq sauce) and the steak burger was a tad overcooked. I didn't get better luck with their yard bird fried chicken sandwich and their french fries are also a tad disappointing as well.The other star deduction is for their staff. Most of them are young teenage types who don't take the job seriously, which has resulted in order mishaps, plenty of attitude and lots of unsatisfactory experiences. It was good! We appreciate that they take care of our gluten allergy.We were here a year ago, and decided the burgers have gotten even better - if that's possible. The GF buns were so soft - yay!Our 7-year-old said the bathroom was scary, but he made it just fine!

So disappointed.... We have grown to love this place and their burger is still really good but their fry's have changed and are so bad now. They taste like frozen fry's from the grocery store. I hope they go back to hand cutting their fry's. Service and everything else is great.

I love this place amazing food and even better service. The staff is very warm and welcoming. I love eating inside because of the comfortable seating and ambient lighting.
