Bon Temps Cajun Bistro

We tried gumbo, boudin, chicken fried chicken, kids nuggets, fried okra, both desserts-- AND EVERY SINGLE THING was perfect! Service was quick and kind! The vibe is clean and casual. Oh, I am so happy these folks are here, I need them to be here for years to come!!

Last night we had an amazing meal here. The drinks were fun and yummy. The food was perfection. They have a great Cajun menu with lots of choices. Everyone at the table had something different and everyone was pleased. The service was top notch as well. It's a perfect place to meet your friends or bring the family. We will definitely continue to visit.

We had the pleasure of dining at Bon Temps again and as always we had a wonderful experience! The service was impeccable. Our server was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, making excellent recommendations and ensuring our dining experience was flawless.The menu offered a diverse selection of dishes, each more tempting than the last. This time was the fried catfish and dirty rice which was cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor.One of the highlights was Chandler coming out to ask if I have ever tried blackened catfish, which I lied because what I've tried in the past I didn't like. He kindly offered to make me some and oh boy I'm glad he did! It exceeded all expectations and that's all I can think about... I would HIGHLY suggest the blackened catfish We have tried the shrimp, catfish, hush pups, deviled eggs, all american burger, bread pudding and more.. Every single thing that comes out that kitchen is packed with amazing flavor. You can tell that the food is made with genuine passion and soul. The best in Cleburne and you can't change my mind!

Food was good, especially the fried catfish. It has a Cajun spiced cornmeal crust that stands out, served with fried potatoes not French fries. The gumbo was delicious but where is the seafood in it (that is why they got 4 not 5)? The cabbage, beans and rice, and green beans were great. Decent Hurricane. Service was a little slow but good overall.

Food was great. Service was wonderful. Atmosphere was very laid-back. Food time was good. Our waiter was very attentive and very knowledgeable. The food was really really good. Will definitely be back.!

Food was delicious! We had Fried Green Tomatoes and Shrimp Po Boys. I am definitely going back to try other food!

Friendly atmosphere and service. Food was excellent. Had the Shrimp and Grits as well as the Red Beans and Rice. Would order them again in a heartbeat.
