Absolutely wow... had one of the best meals I've had in awhile. Had a steak and soup and sandwich off the lunch menu. Spectacular meal. Daily soup was butternut squash, best ever. Chicken salad was tasty and fresh. Steak was ordered med rare and was cooked and seasoned perfectly. Dining areas are rooms in an old cool house. Trendy decor and clean. Service by Lainey was exceptional. I highly recommend this restaurant. One of the best in DFW, imo.

Loved our dinner Crab dip lovely with warm house made chipsMedium Rare filet w mushroom and truffle potatoes Cream corn (NOT creamy at all and oh so delicious!!!) Chocolate Pot de Crème (insane!!!) ALL 5+ Stars. 3 stars for our service. We arrived at 5 or so .. our waiter took a bit to come over and then immediately said "I'm leaving in 45 minutes and someone else ... blah blah .."I hate that our service was not great .. server seemed ready to leave (it was only 5pm so we were confused by this but no big deal ...)He was actually still there once we finished so shame on him bc our service was really not great at all. I hate to report that. We still tipped full 20 bc that is how we do but ... This restaurant is expensive. The food is worth the price. Great history of the building. Cozy and quaint. It was packed by the time we left around 6 or so. We have $$ left on our gift certificate so we will go back and give it another go. Food was excellent let's hope your service will match. We had an incredible dinner here at Bin303 on a Sunday night! We love that this is a family owned and operated restaurant. There was lots of history here, and you can tell just by walking through the doors. The restaurant owners poured a lot of love back into this historic Sears Catalogue home. Beautiful, warm, home-y vibes. Our server was very kind, and gave us a little history of the restaurant. The tables were made of reclaimed wood from the house!The food was spectacular. I ordered the bacon cheese burger and it was absolutely fantastic. One of the most juicy and flavorful burgers I've had in DFW!

We enjoyed Bin 303 again last night with guests from overseas. Our waitress was friendly and very accommodating. Our food was delicious between the salmon; the ribeye; and the filets. The kids burger (ordered medium) was well done and not eaten. We waited at least 30-40 minutes from the time of ordering until our food was brought out. We also ordered dessert and it was all delicious (key lime pie, chocolate mousse, and creme brûlée) and waited about 15 minutes for them. Overall a good experience, despite a long wait times. The restaurant itself is very cute, but attire of some of the other waitresses made it seem very informal despite menu prices. One waitress wore a see through white tshirt with no bra and nipples were very visible to everyone; quite off putting for such a nice restaurant.

The restaurant and waiters went way out of their way to make our 1 year Anniversary dinner so special. They reserved a very private booth with curtains for us. Our server Collin was amazing and recommended the perfect wine for us as well as our dishes and desert. Everything we ate was spot on amazing. We had the best crab dip of our lives first. My husband loved his pork Mac and cheese. My filet was phenomenal and cooked to perfection. The twice baked potato was the best I've ever tasted. The asparagus was so delicious. Our chocolate desert was so yummy. The Turnbull cabernet that Collin recommended was spot on amazing. They brought us champagne for a toast. This is my new favorite restaurant in Rockwall. The ambiance with live music outside was great. Thank you Bin 303 for making our 1 year anniversary so special.

We have always heard good things but hasn't made it. So on a random weekend, we decided to go. We waited just minutes without a reservation, which we are told is rare. Their Google and website said closes at 9 but people were sat after. We asked the hostess who states often later and you can call for reservations. The restaurant is an old house and absolutely cute. We had great service. Our meal was delicious. The steaks were well flavored and cooked perfectly. The crab app was so delicious.

A friend told us about this place and raved about it so our group of six went there for dinner. Food was ok, but not as good as it should have been for the price. All 6 of us were not real excited about the quality of the food and definitely didn't think the price was good, especially with the 20% gratuity adder. Service was decent, but not great, ambiance was good. I think they just need to focus on improving the food quality or lowering the price point. Definitely not worth the price and I'm not one to complain about price if the value is there. Probably won't return or if I do, it will be with much lower expectations.
