Big J Seafood Basket

Decided to stop in today after passing by and I was not disappointed. The dining area was very spacious and clean. I tried to crab leg shabang and added extra spice. The proportion was very filling and the spice was the right kick. We ate and tried most of the catfish before I could get a pic but it was good too. The filets were a nice size AND it was real catfish. To end it, the service was very nice and accommodating. A huge shoutout for them being accommodating to my allergy and preparing my food separately. 10/10

Been craving for seafood and some oysters and we came to the right place! They even have a band playing tonight! Service is good and the place is clean. Service is excellent. Staff are friendly! Will definitely go back!

I have seen this new seafood place recently and got a flyer today. So I stopped by and ordered catfish/shrimp/fries and a side of hush puppies. Very good! Food was fresh and hot. The place is new and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will be back. Five stars from me.

This place ROCKS!! The food, entertainment and service are SUPERB. Restaurant is very clean! The owner is spectacular and very accommodating. The best fresh oysters and shrimps. A must try to those who haven't. Will see you again soon.

Great seafood restaurant, very clean, with TVs for football games too, food is very tasty and fresh, full of flavor, we ordered fried calamari, catfish, shrimp, ceviche tostadas, shrimp poboy, and they even offer free beer!!! What a great place for Saturday night! Will definitely come back.

Great location lots of parking in an open strip mall. Small joint. Ordered catfish with sweet potatoes (extra for sweet potatoes). Sweet potatoes was all i can eat because the catfish was so salty i ended ip throwing it away. I asked other people that were there and their food was salty too so it's not just me. I threw away the pictures because i wasn't planning to post but its best they know, hoping they can change. Will try one more time and if its the same, will not come back.

We stopped here for a quick bite to go on New Year's Eve, but decided to sit and enjoy the nice quiet ambience instead. We were greeted by the manager Trish, who was very helpful with the menu and recommendations. We ordered the Coconut Shrimp and Lemmon Pepper wing baskets, both with Cajun fries and Beignets for dessert. EVERYTHING was cooked by to perfection. Trish even let us have some Coleslaw she whipped up that is not on the menu. BUT .... It should be!!! She let us sample some great dipping sauces, a sweet and spicy, home made spicy and regular ranch, and the most amazing Tartars sauce we've ever had!! This is definitely a place we will revisit. Highly recommend!

This place no longer serves the fish on the posted menu. They are solely selling Venezuelan food now.

I'm not reviewing the food because I didn't make it that far. i called to ask a question about something on the menu and the guy who answered stated that their food is only for ppl from Venezuela and hung up the phone in my face.

The food here is amazing. The customer service was excellent. I had the catfish with sweet potato fries and everything was seasoned well. The fried mushrooms are also very tasty. I would highly recommend this place. They serve beer and have live sports going on 4 big t.v 's.
