Ordered a chicken Philly & cheeseburger both with fries. Upon my arrival to pickup my order there was only one order of fries. I didn't feel like waiting for another order, the food was so-so. The cheese used on my Philly made it extremely salty to the point I couldn't finish it. The bun was hard & stale in current areas. The burger didn't have any lettuce on it which my friend found weird. For the most part it was moolah WASTED.

The seasoning on their food has NOTHING to do with the Pandemic!!! We recently ordered a chicken philly cheese & a turkey burger with fries. Not everybody can cook a turkey burger....most places don't season it worth a dayum. But on 8/14/2021...I'm here to tell you....EVERY place that sells turkey burgers & don't utilize their seasonings.....Best Burger used ALL of y'all seasonings in 1 patty!!! My girl was "eh" with her chicken cheese steak and this burger wasn't edible. Not worth the money, time or drive.....we'll pass!!

My BBQ chicken sandwich was a mess. It was a piece of grill chicken that tasted like in imitation chicken. With a big slab of barbecue sauce throw on it. No flavor at all. My kids hand cheeseburgers and they liked them, but not the fries. And one of the ladies working was coughing in her hand and scratching her head. I wanted to cancel my order, but I just prayed that she was not going to the kitchen to touch my food. This is way I don't want to order take out especially during this pandemic.

Okay let me first start with this shit was ass.I got a double bacon cheeseburger combo.I was excited to eat at first,I had also read reviews about it and the price of it.The price reviews were true,abt a 17$ meal,but never thought shi was going to be that ass.Honestly the meat was so dry.I tried adding hella ketchup but made no difference,and the bacon was overcooked ass hell.The patties were huge and I felt disgusting trying to not waste food.Now the fries,really nothing to complain about except they tasted a lot like black pepper idk tho.Customer service is what ever,i can't judge on it since i never really interact with the employees but the fountain drink think said they charged 1$ per refill,don't know how much of it is true but I ain't paying for no dollar refill.Honestly bad experience just go to jack in the box both ass but at least you won't get ripped off.DONT GO

Ight honestly I can say that this shit is worser then McDonald's when talking about value , I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger combo .shit came out to be like 17 bucks which is expensive for such a mid burger. I will say had a lot meat but to my taste to much , like it was the only thing I could taste . Fries tasted like only pepper but those weren't that bad . Well yeah my only problem with this place was the burger being so flavorless ,being so dry , expense AND can you believe the soda machine has a 1 dollar for refill on it my recommendation is if you go here get a 1 patty burger ( they weren't shy with the bacon so for that )if you find yourself reading this just go the jack in the box nearby
