Beehive - A Cute Spot with Great Food & Photo OpsBeehive is such a charming spot, perfect for photos and a relaxed dining experience! Just a heads-up--parking is a bit of a hassle, but that's expected in downtown.We arrived around 2:30 PM for happy hour, and it wasn't busy at all, which was a pleasant surprise. We ordered a few appetizers: volcano shrimp balls (a must-try!), calamari (solid choice), edamame (could use a bit more salt), and lettuce wraps (a little spice would have elevated them).For drinks, we had an Old Fashioned, a Mule, and a third cocktail (name escapes me, but it was good!). All were well-made and enjoyable.For entrées, we had:Scallops & Brussels Sprouts - Cooked perfectly and packed with flavor.Salmon & Broccoli - Fresh and well-seasoned.Steak Bites - Tender and delicious.Overall, everyone enjoyed their food, and the atmosphere made it even better. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area.

The gallery of their food on the website is either outdated or intentionally deceptive. The Steak & Eggs is NOT served like the image in the gallery. It's steak bites and comes well done. I asked for medium but was told this was the only way it could be prepared. It wasn't edible for me & when the server saw that I had barely touched my food she immediately tried to make it right. Without making it an issue I respectfully declined and requested my check. To my surprise she removed it from my bill. Server was wonderful and the restaurant is very aesthetically pleasing. If you're looking for a place to create pix, reels & TTs for your SM platforms then you'll definitely like it here. If you're a foodie, then it's very likely that you'll be disappointed. 1 star for Food4 stars for Service 4 Stars for Ambiance

I visited Dallas for the very first time and came up with a list of places to check out. Beehive was one of them. I'm a sucker for a nice aesthetic and good music so I was pleasantly surprised. It's definitely a cute place to visit with your girlies to catch up or if you just wanna get cute for a night out.I got the chicken lettuce wraps and calamari which were actually really good! The espresso martini on the other hand tasted like Yoo-Hoo. Yes, a malty chocolate milk. Don't get me wrong, it wasn't bad but it did not taste like an adult beverage. My friend ordered a different drink and hers also tasted like it was lacking alcohol. Overall, I would come back but I would go somewhere else for drinks until I knew this issue was resolved!

Went here for a work meeting and everything was 10/10! I went during happy hour and literally wanted to try everything on the happy hour menu because the prices were so reasonable! I tried the sushi, just plain California rolls and they were so good and fresh! I also tried the Korean bbq bao buns and the meat was seasons to perfection! I also had the steak bites and OMG...those things were amazing!! I thought the restaurant was gonna be small due to the location but it is very spacious. The restaurant is beautiful as well. Only down side is parking. They do offer valet after 5 though.

While in downtown Dallas, one must attempt to explore all the recommendations from locals. My sweet friend and I were overdue for a dinner date -- she picked this place because she had it bookmarked for a while. A M B I A N C ETwo words to describe the decor upon entering: trendy and gorgeous. The vibes are all there. I could tell this is the spot to be at for brunch on a Sunday. It's romantic, intimate, chic, and just overall thoughtful. Whoever executed the vision understood the assignment.F O O DWe ordered mostly from the Happy Hour menu: Truffle Fries, Bao Buns, Calamari, and Volcano Shrimp Balls. Good small bites while sipping on cocktails. I'm sure the entrees from the long menu are good but we didn't order anything from there so I can't say for certain. We had a few cocktails each and I just love how their drinks are so artsy and decorative. S E R V I C EOur main server was training someone so we had interaction with two young ladies. They both were attentive and checked on us at least once every 30 minutes. It was a low key Wednesday evening so it wasn't busy at all but nonetheless, all the staff running the front of the house were pleasant.Really cool experience if you're in downtown Dallas. Check these guys out!

This is a cute restaurant! There's an uptick of really gorgeous restaurants with really terrible food. This restaurant is cutely decorated with decent food. 3/4 of us in my party got the French toast. I don't like eggs or eggy toast and all of ours was cooked well without me asking it to be fried hard. I also got a side of bacon (crispy). But all of us who got bacon was crispy without asking. I tried my friends' potatoes. They were a bit salty for me but cooked and seasoned well. I ordered a mimosa flight which was good. The mango was my favorite but also the most sugary I think. My friend got a margarita flight and liked them all. Our service was good. Everyone's order came out correct and it wasn't a very long wait.

That food here is so good. The beehive drinks are really cute. Some of the other drinks come with cotton candy. Definitely try the apple salad and the Korean Bulgogi tacos. The salmon was cooked perfectly

Definitely a place to go if all you care about are the vibes. Music was great and it is cute inside but that's about it. I went for brunch and the food was very dry and lacked seasoning. I wouldn't recommend coming here if you want a tasteful meal.

The good- Very nice ambiance, decor, etc. I enjoyed my steak bites as an appetizer and my pork chop was good. My drink was also good.The bad - Our service was rushed because they had a large party after us. Not a great experience for my first time. Waitresses seem to be really busy and not attentive enough. My cousin had to wait forever for dressing for her salad and another member of our party said her chicken was dry with no seasoning. I think it was cool but I wouldn't rush back for dinner. Maybe I would consider brunch. There is valet parking but once they're full you will have to park across the street at the hotel. This location is in a very busy spot on Elm Street

The service was quite mid to be honest. The cone inside was very pretty and it looked really nice! That is where the one star goes. I went at brunch and the food options were limited. I ended up just getting water while I sat with my friends who ordered food. If there's 5 people ormore they do charge an automatic gratuity which is fine, but for the service I received that day she should've paid me for going to sit in there. It was awful. She was rude to my friends and myself. I asked if since I wasn't getting any food or drinks could the automatic gratuity be taken off because technically she only served 4 people and she said no. Not a problem, but they decided not to tip more due to that fact along with her horrid service. I was in need of more water for a good amount of time and she was no where to be found. Multiple times so I just poured my own water, which wasn't a problem, but she said something along the lines of we can pour the water only the people who work there can. And before my friends were done eating, she took the water away from the table before I could get any more. Then didn't come to say anything else. Any other server maybe would've been better and the review would be better, but I will not be returning. I forgot the servers name but I'll try to remember here shortly as I go back and get the pictures to upload. Just went back to look, the servers name was Crystal. She has a gold necklace with her name on it too.
