My cousins took me to this tea room for my birthday. It was the most special time I've had in a long time. The food was delicious, and since I am gluten-free, they had the best gluten-free scones I've ever had! I'm not even kidding! The atmosphere with all of the scriptures and music was really soothing and wonderful. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and always took care of our needs. I highly recommend going here for a wonderful time.

My friends and I went to Beatitudes during the Christmas Holiday for high tea. Our server was very nice, helpful and spoke with us about ALL the Christmas tea choices. The presentation of everything was so pretty, portions were perfect and everything was delicious. We will definitely be back. If you do high tea, be sure to check the times available and make a reservation!!If you can't make it in for tea and need a little something for visiting friends or family, check out their catering menu. I purchased 2 quiches for a small group breakfast I was hosting and they heated up prefectly! Everyone commented on how good they were. Owner is super nice and easy to work with when making reservations or ordering items to pick up.

I cannot say enough good things about Beatitudes Tea Room!Myself and my alumnae sorority group spent an afternoon back in January having high tea in their private room. We made reservations about a month in advance just to be sure we had the space. They recently moved locations - I never went to the original but this one was super cute with plenty of space to accommodate! They also have brunch and lunch options it seems if you don't want high tea.Our server was Misty and she was top notch. Very patient with us and our indecision of what tea flavors to try as a table. For $30, the high tea comes with a small cup of soup, a piece of quiche (your choice from the available flavors that day) and a three tier tray with lots of finger sandwiches and desserts. Well worth the price! One of our favorites was the artichoke sandwich. We look forward to coming back next year! This would be a great spot for baby showers or a bridal shower. A hidden gem.

Went to Beatitudes for a girls tea time. The new location is very nice. they have a small gift shop and a separate room to host events. We were in that room and it was quite nice. Our server was very well educated on tea and gave us some great suggestions. All the food was delicious. Some of my favorites were the super fluffy quiche, and all the sandwiches. I will definitely come back for the peach tea and sandwiches.

This was my second time at Beatitudes and my first time at the new location on Market St. The ambiance was even more lovely than I remembered, the service is great, and the food is consistently fresh and tasty. I had the Glory Gluten Free frittata, which is served with a cup of tomato basil soup, a very delicious GF scone, and good-sized Bliss salad. I recommend both the dish and the eatery, and I appreciate that the owner checks in with customers to make sure everyone is having an enjoyable visit. This would also be a delightful place for a baby shower, bridal shower, or other fun girls' gathering. I hope to stop in again soon!

I found the Tea Room online and made a reservation to take my Daughter-in-Law and newly 9 year old granddaughter for a Tea Room experience while in Texas spending time with our grandkids/kiddos. The service was OK but the food was not what we expected. The only thing that was tasty was the very small tea cup of soup and the tea sandwiches. The time scones were shaped in tiny balls (?), were dense and tasteless (no trace of salt). I was so looking forward to an amazing scone.I guess Tea Rooms are rare in Texas...if we do this again I'll look for a Hotel that offers tea service.

The service is very good. The servers want us to have a great tea experience. They are tentative, polite, and friendly. The sandwiches were yummy. The orange scone was delicious. (especially with cream)! I love their Christmas rates selection. Their candy cane tea was so good - just right and not too strong. The sweet desserts were a little strong and heavy for me. (Brownie is very dense and almost like fudge!)On your way out, be sure you go into their little store. It's very cute and they have a lot of hidden treasures in there the reasonably price. It's so fun to look and see what they have.
