B&B is hands-down one of the best things to have right in my backyard. Walking distance is dangerous because it's too easy to pop in whenever I'm craving good food, drinks, or just a fun vibe. It's like a one-stop spot for everything: delicious food, a great drink menu, bowling, games, and even movies. It's a big hit in my book!We made a random stop during the day because a friend who just moved here from PA wanted a quick bite, and B&B did not disappoint. The food was fresh and hit the spot--perfect for a casual lunch or just grabbing a few apps with drinks. The ambiance is laid-back but lively, and there's always something fun going on, whether it's bowling or a movie showing.If you're looking for a spot that has it all, B&B is the move. It's perfect for hanging out with friends, date night, or just a quick drop-in when you don't feel like cooking. Always a good time here!

I love the 4D grand Theatre. The seats were comfortable. The screen was huge along with the 4D screens on the sides. It's really great that they offer arcade and a really large bowling area. They also have a variety of different food you can order. I definitely recommend to check out the immersive seats as well. This is great for a family day, date night, a night out with friends definitely check out if ever in the area.

B&B is what this area truly needed as far as family fun and entertainment. Newly built theatre that was highly recommended and did not disappoint. To start there is a vast amount of parking , which helps for new releases and big crowds. Location is right in off the service road off 35 and Ovilla. This is truly what you call a luxury cinema. However it is much more than that. This place has bowling, arcade, bar and grill, pickleball and much more. The reclining seats are not built tall people over 6'3 but they are very comfy and recline. The seats are also heated with different temperature levels. Spacious and huge theaters with plenty of room. Screens are huge and very clear . Staff is friendly and courteous which was a plus. I do feel like they are a little understaffed given wait times for cleaning the theaters and food orders. You can pay for your food and they will give you a buzzer for you to come back and grab your food. There is no in movie service . So far i tried the popcorn chicken and fries combo which was pretty delectable .The fries were a little over-salted but still crispy and fresh. Overall i love this place and will be a frequent guest. Will update my review as the visits come about!

This place was an amazing experience. There are so many activities to do here from having a cocktail, seeing a movie, bowling, playing video games or playing pickle ball. The downside was that the movie started an hour late. At least offer me a free small popcorn for my inconvenience.

I absolutely enjoyed myself at this entertainment center. I like the variety of activities that you can do so I recommend coming with a plan and expecting to spend hours here. You can play pickleball and corn hole outside, go bowling, watch movies, and just snack and lounge around. It's a bummer that everything is a separate cost, but I hoped all the activities were bundled together in one price. I'm sure they have that option, though, and if they do, that would be phenomenal.We saw dune part 2. I thought you could order food in the theater but we couldn't, which was a bummer. Overall we had a lot of fun here and the food was also really good!

Pros: management did what they had to do to help the situation - we were given 2 vouchers since we left mid movie. July 7Showing: a quiet place 4DX1) employees need training. I may have met 2 who were actually hospitable / seemed to maybe enjoy their job. They were playing behind the counter/ looking unapproachable, or having to be asked the directions to the theater we would view the movie in. Usually the ticket taker directs us. 2) people were in our seats when we got there. Since they were kids/younger, we let them sit together and we sat in their seats. No biggie then, but throughout the movie they were giggling / laughing out loud at parts of the movie that were not funny. It would be complete silence, and someone behind us would laugh, and that started a ripple effect. Annoying. 3) the seats were not working. We decided to get up and leave to seek a manager. Someone had already done so, and he had to come in and check what I believe he called the compressors. Overall experience was meh. Our vouchers expire in 2026 so we have time to come back and hopefully get a better experience. But to pay $20 for an experience that was out of order -- no way. I don't even live near red oak!

Really nice family oriented venue. They have live music on some weekends. There's an arcade for the kids. A restaurant and 2 bars, plus the movie theatre. Theater has the lay back seats. Really nice and reasonably priced.

This place is amazing! Imagine a playground, bowling alley, and arcade all combined with your favorite outdoor bar hangout spot complete with giant TVs for watching the game and a grassy area to play cornhole. As a parent of small kids, I've really never found a place more perfect for giving my kiddos a place they love to hang while also being able to do the things I enjoy until now. On top of the facilities themselves, I was truly impressed with the quality of the food (you definitely need to try the soft pretzel and funnel fries!), the friendliness of the staff, and the cleanliness especially given how popular it is on a Friday night. I think my family has found our perfect place to hang out and have fun together! Pro tip: If you are booking tickets for the theater with the play area, try to arrive 30 min before your showing - the play area is closed for safety once the movie starts and the lights are off.

I'm just a little disappointed that they don't have Screen Play time for Moana2. I was looking forward to taking my son here to play and watch the movie but they have no screen play times available for Moana which is surprising considering it's a childrens movie.
