Arroyo's Mexican Food

I have found a treasure in Arroyo's! Every time I go to Region 11 for training this is my spot. It is a Mom and Pop with flavor. My go to dish is the incredible Verde Chicken Enchiladas. Just the right combination of spice! The chips are crispy but lite and the salsa is delicious. I tried the tamales and they are ok, but I prefer my tamales to be spicy. This requires me to have to add the salsa or jalapeños. If you like your iced tea sweet then you I'll love their tea, I do. The prices are great, so it makes it a great place to visit regardless to if you are between paydays. (If you know what I mean). The waiter is very nice and he make you feel welcome, like you are a regular. So if you are in White settlement visiting or at Region 11 skip the food trucks and hit this place. Although, if you are stuck up and need fancy smancy (is that a word, lol) then this is not the place for you

Well you don't come here for the customer service that's for sure! At best this is a grab and go spot for a quick Mexican food fix. The food is branded down enough to where "Non-Texans" can eat it. For the rest of us, we have to add flavor to it.

The phrase so-so was invented for this restaurant. The salsa was the only thing with any flavor. Just bland, bland, bland food. Barely qualifies as Tex-Mex. It's not the worst we ever had, but it's certainly the most mediocre.The waiter was completely inattentive..He set down our food and never came back. Literally, never. He was also the cashier. He never got off the phone to take our money. Did the same thing to the people before us.My advice, look for another Tex-Mex joint. Fort Worth has a lot of places to choose from.

The food is always good here. Family atmosphere. Prices are decent. Service is great. Definitely will be back.

My husband and I have dined here twice now and we love it! Their chips and salsa are the best we have had in a while. We wish that the salsa was available for sale by the bucket full. The chicken enchiladas are delicious, and the nachos are wonderful. We split them both and it is filling, and cheap! The staff is always very nice, and the place is family run so we love to support our small business owners! A must try any time you are close. Delicious!!!

The food was tasty, the menu was simple & diverse to match the local community, and the service was swift and friendly. We would recommend going and we'll be going again.

Food was good, Staff was accommodating. Margarita was excellent. Tamales with queso was good and filling.

So good and GREAT SERVICE!! Enjoyed it a lot ! Good margaritas! Good prices! Hope they stay a long time!

Last I ate here, they ruined nachos...NACHOS. Brought me a Mexican soda, didn't bother to open it and disappeared. I left the food, asked for the check, and left with my soda STILL unopened. Never went back.

The customer service was very slow and they got several of the orders wrong. We had to keep asking for refills of chips and salsa. When the main entrées finally arrived The portion sizes were very small and the entire group was still hungry after we left. I will never come back to this place.
