Arlington Improv

Checking out some comedy on my visit to Dallas. This place is lovely. We decided to spontaneously check out a show while in town and it was a great time. Even though we were not informed when we purchased our tickets, there is a two item minimum but it include ANY ITEM! We had just had a meal and I'm scared of driving on those Dallas roads so we elected to have non alcoholic beverages. The place was great! There is not a bad seat in the place. The staff is great! The prices are great! I highly recommend it!

Went here to watch Arnez J. This dude is funny all the time. Crazy funny! The Improv Establishment was clean. The customer service to get the tickets that I reserved was excellent. The food and drinks were decent. My only semi concern was the seating. They pack everyone in tight. Not much room. However a good time was had by all.

The place smelled funny, the food was not good, the drinks did not hit, but the comedian was 10/10.

Came here with my parents to see preacher Lawson and just so happened we were front and center. The location is great because it's surrounded by multiple restaurants, they do serve food there of course. They have a decent drink menu and plenty of servers to ensure your glass is full for however long you want. The location is very well set up where you are not sitting on top of other guests, commonality in other comedy clubs I've been to. My wife and i stopped here to see Preacher Lawson. He was really funny and did a good 45 minute set. There were three opening acts, two of them really sucked, but his mom was somewhat funny. The club was very spacious and had an easy entrance. There was a two item minimum, the drinks were good, but a little on the expensive side. It was a good evening out.

We had a really good time. We came in a Friday night for a comedy show and picking up tickets, ordering food, and the overall atmosphere was great. Our waitress was so personable, attentive , and engaged with us in general conversation. It seems small when you walk in but it's a very intimate setting. We are looking forward to going back. The wings and the dip were really good.

Over an hour to get our food which was brought out individually, each drink carried out by itself, no trays? No silverware, one of our party asked for a glass of water and was told that they don't serve water but they could buy a bottle. I had to laugh about the onion rings with a side of queso, I'll try to upload a pic. Just terrible service.

My husband I got tickets for a comedy show to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We get there early to check in and when we get to the front of the line they inform us that they rescheduled our show and there was a different headliner. There was no prior communication sent. The front workers offered little explanation and no empathy. Customer service was not their strong suit.Check your tickets because it's on you to find discrepancies as they will not communicate with you. If not, you might have your occasion ruined like my husband and I.

Great comedians. The website is very misleading. As you purchase the tickets, it's a normal.But after you scroll they have terms and agreements which you have to then scroll inside. Which inside of this says you must purchase two items minimum per person. This is very misleading and should be represented better. I did not see this and to my shock was told very rudely by a waiter that I had to purchase two items per person after already buying an expensive table.Very disappointing for my first comedy experience to someone I was very excited to see.
