Lunch on a Friday, during a beautiful 80 degree weather... We opted for the small patio It has some shade, but just know during lunch time there's only a few spots. I can imagine during the evening or in the fall it will be an amazing place to beLizzie was our host and Amazing This is our first time, and this place did not disappoint. We actually ordered specials, and oh my goodness it was a lot of food. We definitely had to take leftovers with us. Everything from the protein to the rice to the veggies, everything was cooked to perfection, and I wanted more but there was so much food. My belly was about to explode What I recommend this establishment absolutely just go. Parking is found all around on the street, you might have to park a block away, but it's well worth the walk to this establishment.

The setting was cute during Valentine's and decorated well. It's funny that they have this little cage for you to put your phone in so that you are genuinely spending time with your friends/family. You also get some free cream puffs! BUT the waitress didn't do that and she ignored that we put our phones in the cage. So I'm not going to give the full 5 stars. That was a little bit odd.The food was good and well cooked. Enough for two people to share a combination tower.

I went to Ardy's for lunch today with my mom. We shared the Ardy's Sampler (15.99) which includes Hummus, Baba Ghanoush, Dolmas (Regular or spicy) and Loaded Labneh and a basket of fresh Pita. It was absolutely delicious! The hummus was so flavorful, the Baba Ghanoush has a delicious roasted eggplant taste to it. Absolutely delightful. We shared a pot of hot tea and wow was it delicious! A must try! We also got a Lentil Soup to try and it was so hearty and tasty. For our main entree we shared a Beef Kabob Tower ($16.99) and WOW!!! The beef kabob was SO FLAVORFUL and SO TENDER and JUICY!!! The grilled veggies were seasoned and not too roasted so they still had a bite to them! No soggy zucchini here! The entree included a small bowl of lentil soup. The entree also comes with 2 sides so we got white rice and grilled veggies. For 2 people this was perfect!!!! I took home the soup because it was a big bowl and we got some extra pita to go. Our waitress was lovely and very attentive throughout the whole lunch. We found out about this place because we got an advertisement/ coupon in the mail at our work office just off of belt line rd & josey ln and decided to give it a try.I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK FOR MORE! It was all so delicious!

This place is in a beautiful area surrounded by many trees. It offers a delightful escape for casual dining with (what I think is) a Persian twist. The outdoor seating provides a charming ambiance, perfect for enjoying a meal amidst nature. Our server impressed us with their calm, warm, and sweet demeanor, making our dining experience enjoyable. They were attentive, frequently checking on us to ensure everything was perfect. The food presentation was really nice, each dish plated to enhance its appeal. As for the taste, every bite was a testament to the chef's skill - flavorful and satisfying. While I believe the cuisine leans towards Persian, the flavors were rich and distinct, offering a unique culinary journey.Overall, this restaurant is a hidden gem worth discovering. Whether you're a fan of Persian/Mediterranean cuisine or simply looking for a cozy spot with excellent service and great food, this place is a must-try. I look forward to returning to explore more of their menu and enjoying another peaceful dining experience under the trees.

We were in Addison for the kid's swimming competition and decided to try this place since we were in the mood for something different from our usual routine. We went for lunch on a Sunday. We found street parking near the front entrance. The ambience of the restaurant is upscale-casual. Everything was clean and wiped down. There is nothing really "mediterranean" about the interior, but that did not matter. We were greeted by our server very soon after being seated. It took a few minutes to digest the menu since it is pretty extensive and everything looked enticing. The wife decided on babagonush for an app, while I tried the Turkish tea pot. The tea was really tasty, especially after adding a bit of honey for sweetness. I tried the babagonush and thought it was good with a smoky aftertaste, but the wife disagreed and thought it was a little bitter. But it's my review so I have the final say. It was smoky. It was a large portion so we could only finish about half. It comes with a good amount of pita bread. We were also given a cup of lentil soup, gratis. It needed some salt but basically was good. The wife and I decided to split a combo tower which is one skewer of chicken and one of ground beef. We decided a Greek salad and roasted veggies as our sides. Everything was spectacularly good. The beef was juicy, tender, and had wonderful seasoning. Delicious. The chicken was juicy, tender, and had a wonderful grilled flavor plus whatever marinade they used. Delicious. The roasted veggies were perfect. Delicious. The Greek salad was perfect. Delicious. Service was very attentive and helpful. A very pleasant young woman whose name I did not get but it stared with a M. She was great. Overall, I consider this place to be a real find. It is off the beaten track of Belt Line by a few blocks, but if you see this restaurant it is definitely worth a try.

This restaurant is so DELICIOUS! If you love Mediterranean food, then you're going to love this place. The owner Ardy, is also so nice and sweet. He's been there everytime I've visited and he just wants everyone to enjoy the restaurant just as much as he does. The restaurant itself is super cute and sits right inside of Addison Circle, I love the ambiance on the inside, there's so many cute nick nacks everywhere. And of course, the food is amazing. So many great things on the menu, you will leave so full!

I frequented this establishment in Fall '23 when they were relatively newer. What I used to love the most was the value they offered. I have since moved further North, but found myself in the neighborhood this afternoon. I am floored that this is what $130 gets me at Ardy's in 2025. A measly 6 pieces of inch-wide chunks of meat with two sides for $28.99 is the epitome of fraudulent, and I will no longer contribute my dollars towards their inflation-riddled menu. Disappointed is an understatement. Not surprised there is a Now Hiring sign in the window, and I will be avoiding the next establishment that occupies this space in the Fall of '25.Update: I typed that entire review whilst in the parking lot. That is how egregious this was. When I got home, I realized that I wasn't even given the accurate selection of sauces that I requested.2nd Update: The food was amazing as I remembered. Absolutely love the way their lamb is prepared. Nonetheless, I stand by my previous assessments.
