Arby's Roast Beef Restaurants

Only because I had a coupon, I stopped by to get a wrap. I can't really complain about the food, it was actually good. The only issue would have been the customer service at the window, I had a coupon, but forgot to mention it. The gentleman, with an attitude, said I needed to make sure to mention that before placing the order. I understand what he was saying, but the way he said it, wasn't necessary. I don't think I'll visit again, sadly, it isn't the same.

Ugh, I don't like leaving negative reviews but dang.... One miss is one thing but the last 4 times I've ordered from here I got zero horseradish sauce, zero arbys sauce and zero marinara for the cheese sticks. It's like a pb&j with out the j.... Get it together guys.

Thank god I read the reviews I was about to use my coupon in the mail for the food here and after seeing photos and how rude the staff is hell no im not going I'll drive further to a different location.CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN.

One Star: I will probably never go back due to the lack of attention towards there food. I understand you may have items that are wrapped in plastic. But to put in a customers food & carelessly give it to that customer, without making sure it's correct is unexcusable.Update (two stars): I called, notified, & went for a refund. Many apologies were said due to the mishap as well as I received my refund of the sandwich. Also, got a free jamocha shake (kinda skeptical about it). But an apology and the attempt to fix the issue didn't go unnoticed.

Drive thru staff was nice . Had to wait 10-15 minutes for our order. Got 3 meals totaling over $29 . All three sandwiches were cold , skimpy on meat And cheese : double beef & cheddar , Reuben , smoke house brisket Curly fries were cold. Just a true disappointment!Cold food , thin sandwiches, cheese and meat ration. Will not return !

Just pulled through the drive-thru to purchase the 2 bacon cheddar and roast beef sandwiches for $6...this is what I received. Absolutely pathetic!! I'll never spend a dime at this restaurant again.

I pulled in and ordered a Gyros and I was told they didn't have that meat available? You might want to stop advertising that you "have the meat" if you don't actually have the meat! The team member was rude and very short and when I said I wanted a gyros, she stated "well we don't have that so you can get something else if you want"...I was planning on ordering other items but her attitude and being without a main item, pissed me off!

How do they staying business? Open at 10am? No turnovers ready? Dead business model. Food below average. No flavor on the RB sandwich. Not sure why anyone would come. They need to get a new person to reset this entire business

I'm not sure how this location is still open for business. I've tried to go a couple of times and some lights are on same are off . The front door has plywood and it's a crapshoot if anyone answers the speaker when you order .. the place looks sketchy but I haven't gotten food poisoning yet . So I guess that's good

Very very slow! The drive thru was not time efficient at all. Forgot some of our order and the food was cold because of being in the drive-thru so long.
