I had a coupon for BOGO Greek gyros which I had never eaten. I opted for the drive thru and was pleasantly surprised how quickly I was served. The gyro was tasty but I scraped off a lot of the sauce; was too much for me. I ate the 2nd one the next day and it was even tastier.

For whatever reason....I decided arbys was the move...I decided I had to EAT the MEATS...I just had to gobble the MEAT. But guess what....while I was eating I could feel it. The sounds of my stomach yelling for help...hoping for no more torture. After I ate here I realized I'd need to order a new toilet. I had won the battle...but at the cost of the war? What did I really give? My life.

Went to this Arbys because they reconstructed the outside and it looks nice but nothing has changed about the service. I like the Market "Fresh" Sandwiches, there nothing fresh about my sandwich. I ordered the mealAnd my husband ordered the fish sandwich meal. It took them 30 minutes to get us our food. We went inside to order, the lady making the food didn't wear gloves, mind you we are dealing with COVID, her excuse was that she's "allergic to latex" however there are alternatives and there were five other people who could've helped her fix the food. Then when they finally gave us the food, they gave me a Turkey Bacon Ranch wrap and not the sandwich it's hard to understand how after 30 minutes you would get the order wrong, the same woman who was making food with her bare hands showed me on the screen where the order taker inputted the wrong item. No apology, she acted like it was my fault. Finally when we got the right order our fries were cold. I watched about four other people either have to wait to place their orders or receive their order. Because of Arbys I'm never eating fast-food again cause since the pandemic these places suck and so do the people. I had no intention of being a jerk when I walked into this store but BOY did I ever leave as one.At 6:50 PM from Kandricka we ordered 2 combo meals $14.99 (time, name, and price from the receipt). She was not a charming host but that was ok as we are used to meh service at this store. While we were waiting on our order I decided I wanted to add 2 turnovers which were rung up at 6:54 PM by the same host. At 6:57 the guy that ordered after me got his food and left. No problem I guess that my potato cakes were taking longer to cook. I looked over at the fry area and there were my potato cakes and our order of fries just sitting.there. At this point, I ask Kandricka if there was a problem and she completely ignored me would not even turn around or speak to me.Finally after a couple of minutes to try to get her to acknowledge my existence a tall skinny boy came from the back asking what the problem was. I explained to him what was going on and he started pulling our order. Now Kandricka starts talking to him, he then turns and looks at me and walks off.Now I went from annoyed to full fledge pissed off and demand to speak to a manager. With this, Kandricka and the skinny boy both completely ignore me. As this was going on, the guy that ordered a good 5 minutes after we did was handed 3 or 4 completely full bags. He looks at me, with a smile, and says "I hope you get to eat one day".Now is when I become a jerk and start pretty much yelling for a manager. This is when skinny boy tells me "Sir, you need to calm down" in a very condescending voice. This made me even madder. Finally some shift leader girl comes out, and asks "what's the problem". I inform her of what was going on (she was only standing on the other side of the make table so she heard everything). At this point, I tell her just to give me my money back that I had no desire to eat anything from this store and definitely did not want this store to have any of my money.She refunds my money with no apology of any type and we walk out.This store has always had bad service but this was BLINKING ridicules. She could have cussed me and hit me and I would have not been as mad as being blatantly ignored.I've enjoyed Arby's for around 40 years but sadly I doubt I will ever go back to any of their storesThis is completely management's fault for allowing this kind of behavior from their employees. I doubt very seriously that I am the first to be treated this way by Kandricka and Skinny Boy.Like I said, I had no desire to be a jerk at this store but boy did I ever leave as one.

I eat Arby's but not often due to the fact that they're always so slow and food not looking so appetizing.Not to mention the unfriendly employees with bad attitudes. However I was impressed with the service I received at this location.The employee was very nice and patient with me because I wasn't sure of what I wanted. I ask several questions and she politely answered them all.She jokingly made small talk with me while I waited for my food. I recieved my order it was hot, fresh and appetizing to see. The flavor was spot on and was delicious. I may not eat at Arby's more often but when I do it'll be at this location.

I had to repeat my order three times, the moron at the window still couldn't "understand" ME! He did not know what the dressing in the picture of the Gyro salad was (hint Tzatziki), overcharged me, made me wait over five minutes for him to start taking my order, and finally...there are onions on my Gyro.They did correct the charge on my account, but still. The kid seemed totally oblivious, and the person in charge who had to correct the total on my ticket never acknowledged my existence. I'd call them to let them know they still messed up my order, but clearly there is no accountability at this location.

I saw Arby's on my way to the freeway headed home decided to stop for my very first time as I had been seeing their commercials for their fish sandwich. I pulled up in drive thru and ordered the fish combo with a lemonade. I got my food and jumped on the freeway. About ten minutes into the freeway I pull my sandwich out only to find that it was burnt and had a weird smell to it. The sandwich literally looked as if they had cooked it and recooked it in old grease. You could literally see the grease gathered up on the ends of the sandwich. I couldn't eat the sandwich and was so pissed because I was hungry as heck and I waisted $10 on a meal that I couldn't eat and that I couldn't turn around to take back. On top of that I had to spend more money on food once I got to my location because I was starving. What a waste of money and time.

They remodeled this location inside and out, just recently and on that trip inside to pick up something small I received good customer service and everyone was friendly. I've always hated how Arby's has only one window and usually takes so long to get food in the drive thru, but I'll have to see if things might be quicker since they have a new look and maybe new staff.
