Totally Love this place! Great food and wonderful people. They really do service their customers. Checking on you to see if you are satisfied with your order, very friendly & caring customer service!!

Took forever to get the food out and then it wasn't even hot. Had to take my glass to the bar to ask for a fountain refill as the waitress didn't come by very often. Horrible first time experience makes it my last as well.

Go check out this come back local bar and grill in Red Oak. They have good music and cheap drinks with a nice hometown feel. You can bring your family, or sneak away for a few shots, try a quick bite, or a taco plate. Try it all. Service was quick and friendly. Haven't tried the food yet, but dollar off beers on happy hour went down cold!

We stumbled into 342 because we were looking for another eatery that had gone out of business. I'll say 342 may follow in Dough City Pizza's footsteps. We were in Red Oak for an event. When we walked in, we asked specifically if they could handle 20 people. The place was not that busy, but they struggled getting our drinks etc. after nearly an hour and a half on Sunday aftehțrnoon. Half of our orders were out, some were Cold. Hard pass for our group. I hope they can get help soon. We won't be back. Staff was nice, but in way over there heads.

When the employees take to Facebook to post the receipts with visible names of its patrons, that is where I draw the line. No wonder people are fed up with tipping.

There have been a number of different restaurants/grills at this location over the years and for some reason 342 Grill & Bar seems to be more successful than others, although to be honest I really don't know why. This evening we ended up there after a movie in Waxahachie, although we were actually intending to go to Randy's Barbeque next door, but didn't realize Randy's was closed on Sunday. So even though we have been to 342 Grill before and found it to be mediocre at best, we though we'd give it another try since we were already there.Unfortunately I have to report that nothing has changed from our last visit well over a year ago. I ordered the chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and a caesar salad. My wife ordered chicken fried chicken with mashed potatoes and broccoli. The waitress totally forgot to bring our the caesar salad and when she brought out my main course, she realized it, apologized, and said she would bring it right away. I cancelled it since I had asked for it before my meal, and asked her to bring carrots instead. The chicken fried steak (which the waitress raved about and said I would "love") was tough and chewy. The "hand breading" was pasty and tasted greasy. The cream gravy was absolutely bland and had no flavor at all. The mashed potatoes were OK, as were the carrots, but that is no great victory. My wife reported that her food was "OK...not great, just OK." Add this to the fact that they charged us $2.29 for my wife's glass of club soda (which is just squirted from the bar 'gun' and generally free at most restaurants), despite my open minded willingness to give 342 Grill another chance, this visit pretty much wrapped it up for me.We won't be back.

Ok food for the price. Less than stellar service from high school kids working for the first time with minimal training and guidance. It's major appeal is that it's close by in the neighborhood.

We thought it was great! We've passed by this place a few times and we never went in, decided to give it a shot. Wings are hella good, red salsa that comes with the taco is insanely hot so watch out for that. Service was good as far as we could tell, idk why other reviews disagree. The restaurant is very well designed and super clean! It was a slow night while we were there but we had a great time we will definitely be back.

I would consider myself a foodie since I like to try different local spots. I can say hands down 342 has the best wings!!! Not to mention beer is always nice and cold and the service is always on point. Definitely recommend for anytime of the day. Great music on Friday/Saturday when DJ is in the house. Oh.. did I mention they have great service as well.

Just walked in and walked back, was expecting a decent atmosphere. Very loud and obnoxious. Whoever opened this place back up needs to think about the crowd they want to serve. Menu is all bar food and limited. The original owners were more family friendly and efficient, but this new one needs to regroup. I will not return.
