Arête

This cute little cafe has a view of the mountains That make you want to savor every sip of your coffee! That was on a cloudy day! Can't imagine a sunny day! After hiking we swung over to this little cafe. The baristas and staff were hospitable and so friendly. The breakfast burrito hit the spot after a morning hike! A latte with one of their homemade flavors!

Wanted to check this place out after visiting Snoqualmie Falls. A cute and cozy coffee shop tucked in Pro Ski. It wasn't obvious as I passed by the building several times. Lost tourist problems. Anywho, I ordered northwest cubano panini and strawberry matcha latte (which I saw on their website, but didn't find it on their menu). I ordered my food to go since I had places to go and places to see. The panini had the meats, cheese, and pickled red onion, did it for me. I loved the pairing of the matcha and strawberry, very much spring vibes even though the weather was too cold for my liking. My sandwich also came with chips, which was an added bonus. All in all, good eats and drink. They do have online ordering, which is an added bonus.

This cute coffee shop is perfectly placed next to the ski shop. We stopped in after a rainy hike, and the ambiance was perfect for an afternoon hangout amidst the backdrop of North Bend. Drinks: 5/5. I had a cappuccino and a decaf mocha. Both were delicious!Service and atmosphere: 5/5. The shop is the perfect place to duck into when it's raining or snowing. The baristas are very friendly, and the ski decor + books create the perfect outdoorsy ambiance.

An awesome cafe! I had a latte and a sandwich and they were delicious. I really liked the sandwich I'd come back for that alone. Inside had a cool vibe with seating, a tv with snow sport videos on, and a shop to look around in.

Spicy Porky sandwich was delicious as well as the bourbon brown sugar oat milk latte! The baristas were super friendly and made great recommendations! Overall environment was fun!

I stopped by Arete while in Northbend after reading all the positive Yelp reviews. While they don't have their own parking lot, there's lots of street parking on the adjacent streets.It took me a little while to find Arete because it shares a space with a skiing/hiking store. With that said, they have a fair amount of seating both indoors and outdoors. Many people were chatting and studying when I arrived.I ordered a basic iced latte with light ice and oat milk. I think it's about $1 extra for plant milk substitutions. My total came to $6.The barista was friendly and I got my order in less than 10 minutes after ordering.The coffee was smooth and stronger than a typical Starbucks coffee in my opinion. I definitely felt the buzz.The atmosphere is cute and cozy. They sell stickers, books, and other outdoors equipment.Overall, 4/5 for coffee, 4/5 for service, 4/5 for atmosphere

The vegan breakfast sandwich... ‍ Simply the best. It reminded me of a McDonalds breakfast sandwich, which, as you can imagine, vegans don't get much of! It was so delicious and I wish I could live closer so I can have it again! I'm dreaming of this sandwich...

I stayed at the Salish lodge and looked for nearby breakfast and coffee spots. I decided to try out Arete and I am so glad I did! My conversations with the staff were so wonderful! They are engaging and kind and thoughtful. I loved that they would make breakfast items to order because I'm dairy free. My oat milk latte was amazing and my breakfast sandwich delicious! The inside of the cafe has lots of seating and great music is playing which is lovely. I came back the next day with my husband because I loved it so much. I know you will love Arete!

Friendly service and a wide selection of munchies, coffee/tea drinks, beer/wine, hippie drinks, breakfast and lunch options. I'm here right now and they are jamming some Wham!, so the tunes are pretty sweet.Lots of outdoorsy books, trail maps and gear. It's adjacent to a ski shop which is pretty cool, unless you have no sense of wonder and like to complain about everything.There is not a lot of seating, but it's a cool little cafe with a lot to offer.

We googled a coffee shop Arete came up. We are truly blown away. Such good coffee! The baristas were so helpful and friendly. The place is so inviting, it's located in a ski shop, and it has to much information on things to do. Love it! We are adding it to our stops in our maps app. This is a must stop place. You will not be disappointed.
