You obviously don't come here for service I placed an online order for pick up, I go to the pick up area as instructed and just stand there. The workers completely ignore me with their backs to anyone in the lobby. About 15 minutes to by when they hand out someone else's order they ask If im picking up, I give them my name and they get my bag. Next time I'll go through drive thru or start talking even when their not paying attention. Also, the workers looked dirty as hell, hair everywhere and can clearly tell they haven't showered in a week at least. Anyways I don't come here for service I come for food. The food was pretty good. Can't beat an original beef n cheddar with curly fries. I tried the mozzarella sticks cause my bestie said to and I wasn't disappointed, they were so good! I was so surprised. Like who gets mozzarella sticks at Arby's?! Well do yourself a favor and try them!Don't forget to sign up for the rewards program as well! My beef sandwich was free for signing up! Looking at the app they seem to have deals often! Sign up, it's free!

Of course, I had to try the new boneless wings, but it wasn't a great experience. The hit honey version took forever to come out of the drive through window, but some of them were mushy and did not eat those. The sauce had a good kick and might be better on better chicken. The crinkle cut fries are pretty good and the Bronco Berry sauce were a good dip choice. For 5 bucks, you get what you pay for.

So we came to this location and it states it's open till 12 am and it's 8:50pm but yet someone decided to block the drive thru with there car and there was 5 other cars behind us so if you are not going to keep your drive thru open post it i know you lost at least 6 customers worth of revenue just in the 5 mins we were there and we are pretty sure it was an employee because the car was empty

I ordered from this location through Grubhub. My entire order was correct, even my special order sandwich. All the food was hot and also delivered 10 mins earlier than the Grubhub estimate. And delicious!! I don't eat Arbys often (maybe once a year), but occasionally crave an old childhood fast food favorite.

30 minute, or 1 hour lunches? That is the question. Why can't there be a 45 minute lunch? 30 minutes is too short to go grab food, eat and enjoy it and get back to work. 1 hour is too long sometimes and you sit there for the last 20 minutes of your lunch break writing Yelp reviews at work (shameless plug!)! A 45 minute lunch would solve all these problem. A man can dream! Anyways............The other day, I had a 30 minute lunch. I decided to get in my car and drive down Bell. It was either going to be Arbys, Carls Jr or Jack in the Box (closest places I could get to and from within my 30 minutes!). I decided to stop at Arbys because I saw a sign that said "2 French Dips for $6.00". Sounded like a good deal. Went through the drive through, ordered exactly that, and was on my way.I unwrapped these sandwiches and was happy with what I saw. The bread was fresh, slightly crusty on the outside, and soft in the middle. The sandwich had a good amount of beef on it, and the cheese was melted nicely. The key in this whole sandwich was "the dip"! They provide you with a nice sized container of au jus to dip your sandwich in. Since the bread was pretty sturdy, it absorbed all the au jus really well. I have to say, I was way more impressed with these sandwiches than I thought I would be! They were very large and filling, and tasted great! Pair that with the $6.00 price tag and it was a great value, too! I usually pass Arbys on my way to somewhere else. I may need to change that and revisit their food and check out some of their other newer offerings more often! These sandwiches were very good!

This location sucks. Period. First off the staff is rude to speak nicely. Secondly the food (when available because they often run out of roast beef!) is rubbery and cold. The experience is worth driving to a different location. Tonight we asked for red ranch. What we got was empty cups with the most minute amount of red ranch you can imagine. So, we go back inside and ask for additional red ranch to which my spouse is then subjected to listening to some jackass Arby's employees speaking poorly of our request. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ not sure what the point of that was to be honest. We won't be returning to this location. There is one at 51st and Thunderbird that is fantastic.

I ordered through Uber. Horrible food. Stale and cold. Never again! Uber requires a photo. I threw my order in the trash. You can't submit a complaint without a photo. So stupid. I just wasted $40 on a meal and a sandwich. Horrible food!

Hey, if you enjoy stinky, old, cold curly fries, and soggy buns, then you'll definitely want to donate your money here. The fries stank so bad I threw them in the trash and put the trash out! If they had the balls to serve this food they deserve this review. Never again!
