I don't understand why this Arbys is getting such a poor rating, they have been pretty good in my experience.When ordered on a delivery app, they gave me Arby's sauce despite having no place I could ask for it. They have been quick and kind, and having a different kind of fast food experience is really nice. Nothing beats their roast beef n cheddar, but even their chicken sandwiches are delicious.Recently, my boyfriend tried the Diablo Dare (the brisket version) and thought it was great. It was too spicy for me! But I appreciated it anyway. He even ate it with the jalapeños which he normally doesn't like. It's a really fun promotion and I'm glad they can do stuff like that (plus it comes with a free small vanilla shake!)Nothing to do with the restaurant itself, but I did watch a woman go in and out of the drive thru three times in the span of a few minutes. Seemed like she thought the line was too long, then decided to give it a go, then got annoyed and left. I was just sitting the the parking lot enjoying my food (that was pretty quick when the line was much longer than what she was facing) and it's just an amusing memory.

Arby's recently announced not 1, not 2, but 3 new/limited items at once. I haven't had Arby's in a while, but with hype like that, I had to try it.First up: the Pecan Chicken Salad sandwich. Solid sandwich that actually tastes kind of healthy? It's got bits of red grapes, apples, and pecans in it (in addition to the chicken obviously), so it has a very spring/summer flavor, and is not heavy on the meat. Of course, the sandwich still has a bunch of sugar, so I don't recommend eating this everyday if you're trying to lose weight, but it is most definitely a nice change of pace and a great sandwich for warm weather.Next: the crinkle cut fries. They were okay. Good, but not great. They were crispy and salty, but it wasn't anything above average crinkle cut fries. Great State Burger is still the king of crinkle.Overall: pleasant meal, but nothing mind blowing. I ordered via the drive-thru and the staff were nice, food was quick, and quality was good. But as I sat in my car after I finished eating my meal, I couldn't help but think to myself: "is there all there is?"I am a simple man. Fast food and video games are my passions. This was my first fast food meal coming off of a 2 week break from fast food, so I had expected this to knock me off my feet. Yet I felt something was missing. Was I expecting too much? Was my body telling me that I'm getting too old to enjoy fast food? I don't know.The review would have ended here, except for 1 last item: the orange creamsicle shake.Orange is my favorite color, so obviously I had to try this. When I took the first sip, it was like color returned into my world. All the shades of grey were now vibrant shades of orange and white. I collapsed into the comforting embrace of the creamsicle. It was the perfect follow-through to my sandwich and fries, in my warm car with the windows rolled down on a hot summer day.

My last 2 visits here definitely could use some improvement as the same issue happened both times. I request no tomato because I'm allergic to them, I stated that the first visit and they still put tomato on it & forgot 2 of our sandwiches. It was a decent order size but how do you just forget 2 whole sandwiches on an order?-The manager there did make it up to us and apologized profusely as he made a second one for us and even offered us a free cookie. I would say that's kind n caring as I didn't even ask for any sorta extras & I do see they are understaffed as well so I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt.-The 2nd visit was yesterday 1/26/23. Same car, same order, same manager on duty just less food ordered. 1 sandwich meal, moz stx, wrap, CHX sliders & drinks. The food tasted good don't get me wrong, it was fresh & delicious. HOWEVER!!! On the receipt it stated NO tomatoes on my wrap and yet there were tomatoes what I'm allergic to. The manager stated there are new people training right now and that's totally understandable w new people learning the ropes, however, if it states no tomatoes (which it did on the receipt) please just don't put tomatoes. We had to drive all the way back to the restaurant. 20 minutes turned into an hour last night. Not to mention, my partner got very sick THIS morning 1/27/23 from the sliders and was throwing up for a good 20 minutes as well. He was the only one who ate the sliders.-I want to give it 3 stars for the managers efforts to make it right. He works the evening shift and has glasses. GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE! He is trying his best with what he has at the moment and he even tried making it up to us again and did very well with speaking to us directly and explaining the why's and how's.- Unfortunately with this happening more then twice on different occasions I'll be no longer going to this location or possibly any Arbys as I've always had an issue with my food coming out right. -The staff were very kind & understanding, great customer service and cleanliness of the place / employees but getting the orders correct (as that's what the tickets are for) is the job itself.- 2 stars for the effort of trying to make it right

I am a 389lb CHONKER of a guy, so already uknow I love me m Arby's. It keepyme strong, and I dont have agirlfriend yet to cook four me. That said,this place is notoriouswwy slow. I came in the drive-thru, and ordered my usual 4 RB Sandwiches, Turkey Bacon Ranch meal with a lrge curly Fries, Dr Pepper and Large jamacain Shake.it took an whole 20minuts waiting in line for me to get from the menu board to the windo. I was so sweaty and felt I like was about to pass out from ecsaustion!I only felt worse when the skinny boy working their told they were OUT of (wait for it) horsysauce... THE HORSY SAUCE! it goes on the thing! Don't worry, I made sure to berate the boy because it was probably his fault. it doesnt mattar you are the only one working today. It's YOUR responsibilty BOY!I will keep going to this estabishmint but just be preparred to sit in the sun for a while because they are lazy and thin priveliged people who don't care about there customers.

Went in here the other day and saw this cute new employee, i'm a daily customer and I have never seen him before, he made the atmosphere 10x better than it was before! He is super kind to all customers and the arby's uniform has never looked better! He also has the best smile ever, anyways the food is great especially the roast beef and sliders. Will be coming back here again.

Why are they authorizing a homeless camp to be set up in their parking lot? For the past few days there has been a pop up trailer camp set up in the Arby's parking lot. I contacted the Bothell PD to inquire about this and they informed me the two individuals camping there have been given permission from this Arby's to set up their pop up trailer and camp there.

My smokehouse brisket was pretty ugly, not sure if the meat is even fully cooked, the item was barely warm. The bun was slightly neglected and too crisp, crunchy. My roast beef and cheddar was also similar bun quality but it was so lathered in sauce it was soggy.Fries were passable, typical curly fries. Store was busy with cars in line when I arrived for the little lot this is squeezed into, but doesn't mean you sacrifice quality. I'd rather wait and have good food than get in and get out for something slapped together. Just disappointing and unappetizing after not being here in so long.

No big surprise you're rated at a 2 star given my most recent experience. The staff forgot meal items on my order last night and only replaced the fries when I went in today. Gal behind the counter had a terrible attitude and refused to give me a name/number for management. This could have been a really easy fix that will now cost you around $1,000 a year from my once a week stop I'll no longer be making.
