Wow, what a night! The food was beyond excellent. They take such care into crafting these recipes. I got to talk with Chef Evan of the stories behind how some of them came together and they really do put the love into them! The Patatas Bravas were excellent, great crunch on the outside and so soft inside! The Iberico Pork...OMG it's a special type of pork, raised on acorns alone and strict guidelines to be true Iberico. The sauce they bring to it...so good!Garlic Chili Shrimp was perfect, the chili sauce they make in house is just to die for. Don't forget to mop it up with your bread! So good that I'll be back on Sunday for their shrimp broil!!!

Let's start with the ambiance. Picture this: a cozy yet sophisticated setting where you can pretend you're dining on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea, minus the seagulls trying to steal your food. It's the perfect blend of classy and casual, like wearing a tuxedo with flip-flops.Now, let's talk about the food. The whipped foie gras cone with membrillo purée & toasted walnuts is the kind of appetizer that makes you feel fancy just ordering it. It's like a high-society ice cream cone for grown-ups, but instead of sprinkles, you get a dollop of gourmet bliss. And then there's the marbled prime filet mignon with grilled maitake mushrooms & red wine jus. This dish is so melt-in-your-mouth delicious, it might just redefine your understanding of what beef can be. Seriously, if there was a beef Hall of Fame, this filet mignon would have a statue in the entrance.Pro tip: Make a reservation. This place is hotter than a Mediterranean summer, and you don't want to be left out in the cold. Trust me, waiting for a table here is like waiting for the next season of your favorite show - the anticipation is killer. So, if you're in the mood for some Mediterranean magic that will leave you raving for days, head over to Arboleda. Your palate will be pampered, your Instagram will be on fire, and you'll leave wondering how soon you can come back. Opa!

We hit the jackpot as we found this place while we were in Scottsdale. The bartender, Ali, took amazing care of us and made us glad we decided to stay at the bar instead of sitting at a table to enjoy the tapas offerings. She did a great job of making suggestions, and describing the flavor of the dishes as we were deciding what to order. My husband and I both started with a mezcalita - a great beverage with Smokey mezcal and a little kick with their house-made chipotle salt on the rim. We started snacking with the Mediterranean olives and the hummus with feta from the happy hour menu and they were a great way to start. Then we tried the sourdough tomato toast. We ordered two of the whipped smoked salmon cones which packed great flavor, but they were definitely a quick bite! Then we had the lamb meatballs where the flavor of the meat was great and the sauce that accompanied them was outstanding and really made the dish. My husband finished with the Berkshire-duroc pork chop and found it to be a great way to finish our meal. The ambiance of the restaurant has a great vibe for enjoying time with friends and family. The location is great where there are other shops and restaurants in the area to enjoy.

This place is such a great vibe. I went here for dinner with friends and we all had a great experience. I want to give a shout out to our server Jorge, he did an amazing job servicing our table. His recommendations on certain items on the menu were spot on. For drinks I ordered the Sparkling prosecco (recommended by Jorge) I was very pleased with this drink. I was torn between the prosecco and the Sangria. Next time I go back I'm just going to have to get both drinks. I hate seeing Sangria on a menu and not ordering it. For my entree, I had the10oz marble filet mignon, the recommended cook on this was medium and that's what I did. OMG!!! the steak was cooked perfectly, it was so nice and tender. I highly recommend this dish. I definitely see myself going back to experience Arboleda again and again.

Review that is long over due but better late than never. Saw others who had posted on TikTok and Yelp of how they loved this restaurant so we decided to try it ourselves and let me say this we weren't disappointed one bit.Arrived with reservations at 7pm and noticed the restaurant wasn't that busy upon walking in the front door. We were greeted, welcomed and sat immediately by our hostess, not the greatest indoor seating (was a bit warm outside for patio seating so we chose indoor) and sat near the restrooms, but this was a blessing in disguise. I ordered the black barrel old fashion with cherry foam on top and had to be one of my favorite drinks of the evening. I ordered the whipped smoked salmon cones and was impressed with the presentation and light / delicate flavor of the salmon and crunchy cones. We split the chopped salad (trust me this is enough for 2 to share) and we both couldn't say enough about how delicious it was and is on our agenda to order again the next time we come. We split the grouper and it was cooked to perfection with perfectly cooked potatoes and lovely aioli that didn't mask the flavor of the fish.Finishing off the evening with the complimentary baked Arizona & chocolate valhrona cake. If there's one dessert you must try it's their baked Arizona. Deliciously baked apples, ice cream (not your basic blue bunny) but hand crafted that's made with love.None of this matched to what we experienced by meeting the owners / brothers Steven and Mitch who took the time to talk with us about their journey from San Francisco to open this restaurant a year ago and what an amazing story it was. Both are extremely passionate about what they do and the care taken to provide quality dishes to their diners along with an amazing experience to be had by all.

Came here at dinner time on a Sunday and sat outside. The tables and seats Re very comfortable. The service was prompt and the staff was friendly. Had the octopus, the crispy pork with fry bread and the squid ink pasta. The octopus was good but pricey for the quantity we got. The crispy pork was awesome and the squid ink pasta was ok. Overall, enjoyed a good meal.

This review is just a review on their service. I had a reservation for our anniversary. Unfortunately, there was an issue that meant they had to close for the one night we could make it. They called to let us know and also called around to other restaurants to find availability for us on our special night. They went above and beyond to help. We will follow up with a full review the next time we're in the area.

Ok here's my thing. This restaurant has such a cute vibe, very dark and lowkey and romantic and they have a few unique menu items and a few hit and miss ones. The food is good if you order what people are saying is good though! I came with a large group so we all ordered a bit of everything. And here's my honest review. The fried stuff could be more fried. Most of it was not that crispy and got soggy easily from their fillings or toppings. The meats were the real stars of the show. I got the iberico pork and it was like having a cross between delicious bacon and the most tender steak you've ever had. I was very impressed with the quality. However it was served with this bitty salad and overall I was not full by the end of the meal. They also had lamb meatballs that had great flavor and pairs so well with the sauce and pickled vegetables but again it's not a full meal.As for the tapas they are only good for sharing between two or three people so you may have to order a lot in a group. And sides don't come with the mains so you're either paying for a lot of dishes or hitting up the drive through on the way home haha. Overall I think they have enough interesting things for this to be worth it try at least once!

We were blown away by this first time experience. Don't let the sexy ambience and fancy photos of dishes deceive you. Arboleta provides the essence of hospitality and welcome home atmosphere. The attention to detail and kindness of the staff was consistent throughout the entire evening. Special thanks to Rikka and Jorge for making this so memorable. We can't wait to return with friends and family! Welcome to Scottsdale Arboleta. Cheers!
