Apt 206 Coffee

This coffee shop has been opened for 4 months at its current location. It's in the parking lot of a mercado (can't remember the name) but the owner used to operate out of her apartment.. hence the name.The menu options were simple, i don't know if making a concoction of flavors was possible but it didn't show. I like bitterness in my coffee and this had just a hint of it. We tried the mazapán and Mexican mocha, they were both good. Again, i prefer the stronger coffee flavor so for me it was subtle but still good. The flavor of mazapán was there but again, subtle. They were not overly sweet which I liked. We also tried a s'mores puerquito cookie which was also not overly sweet and good flavor. Yes! Yes! When i found this place i got excited that a coffee shop was around me ( i recently moved to the area) and not only is it a convenient location but the coffee is GREAT. Its exactly what a i would hope my flavored drinks to be like. Not super sweet and still able to enjoy the coffee taste :) highly recommend!!

Thank you so much ! What a caffeine saver! Just dropped off my parents at CBX and was about to head home when I realize traffic was at its peak. So I looked up a coffee shop. Of course all I found was Starbucks close by and I truly hate Starbucks for they're so acidic and I like more of the mom and Pop shop. Man did I hit the jackpot! Not only is the Coffee fantastic with some great original recipes but this bad ass coffee shop is women run out of her apartment "hence the name". Now I get to go sit in less traffic with a smile on my face and a warm cuppa Joe in my hand Of course I had to order two different recipes. I got the cinnamon dolce and the rosemary iced latte. They are both perfectly made with the perfect amount of coffee to sugar ratio. She also had milk alternatives for me, so I got both with oat milk!Not to mention her website was so professional, and easy to use. Thanks again I hope your business thrives! Can't wait to come back next time I need a good coffee close to CBX! PS I'm buying two rosemary iced lattes next time!

I've been looking for good coffee places lately and I am luckier than I realized- this place is local and so good! I like the concept of supporting a local small home business and this gal obviously knows her coffee. No burnt or cloying flavors here- just a perfectly delicious Mexican mocha, not too sweet, which is exactly how I like it, and you can taste the flavor of the espresso. Will be back to try more. In addition, ordering through the website is easy, the prices are good, and pickup couldn't have been easier! Service with a smile. Her business deserves to take off, so if you're in the area, skip the Starbucks line and get the real deal

Wanted to check out a new coffee spot. Found this little gem in my neighborhood. The coffee was 10/10. Prices are reasonable priced with lots of choices. Can't wait to come back and try some of the other selections. Will be recommending this place.

Unexpected gem, this coffee shop hidden in a Chula Vista neighborhood was a pleasant find. Interesting flavors, easy online ordering, friendly service, quick response & convenient curbside pickup.

Found them on Yelp. So glad they were on my neighborhood. The website was kinda slow and when I got through, turned out the owner was on vacation for a week. When I finally got my orders by calling by phone, Google maps sent me on an address outside the fence of the apartment complex. The lady was kind enough to meet me and hand me my Mexican mocha (hot) and caramel macchiato (cold). It was worth all the trouble! The price was also very reasonable. I highly recommend them if you're in the neighborhood- South Bay.

amazing spot! we got the vanilla oat shaken espresso & iced caramel macchiato pull up at the apt and the drinks come out right on time. worth it!!

Loved this little hidden spot! Great coffee every time. I recommend it to anyone. My favorite are the caramel macchiato and brown sugar shaken espresso

Randomly decided to get a coffee and wasn't craving Starbucks. APT 206 was the first to pop up and went directly to them. Called and placed my order and the person who was taking orders was friendly and patient since it was my first time and didn't know where to go. Ordered the iced coconut bliss with vanilla and the first sip took me away. Highly recommend!!!!!
