Soooo bad....Restaurant was barely full, it was filthy, almost every table was dirty with dishes and food not cleared. We waited around 30 minutes for anyone to even come to the table at all. The table close to us finally got their food after 2 hours and nothing was correct. Our food came out wrong as well, many missing items that we had to ask several times for. Food quality was pretty bad so after waiting all that time it was just so not worth the time or the money. At one point we wanted to just leave but I felt bad because our waiter was so nice and apologetic. Not sure what is going on at this location but it's absolutely terrible.

the salmon was pretty tasty - no complaints on that. For desert I refused what they had on the menu an opted instead to go down on my girl. A perfect way to end a great meal. Not gonna post photos - just use your imagination. Three cheers for Applebee's for using the Stones song Start me up in their national ad campaign. I wonder if Applebee's has a clue as to what that song is all about.

Just ok. Ayanna our server was great. Our entrees needed a bit of work as both the chicken and mac & cheese needed more sauce and seasoning. She took care of the issues right away. Great job on her part.

I had just gotten a massage across the road and was starving! Decided to give this place a shot! I walked in and waited to be seated for a while. I almost walked out but luckily the hostess came around. After checking the online menu, the tex mex shrimp bowl sounded delicious! I mean, they had me at chimichurri!! My waitress walks out with this steaming hot bowl of fabulousness!!! Tons of shrimp piled on top of cilantro rice with guacamole and a fresh corn salsa! Delicious is an understatement! This is Applebee's. A chain... cranking out food like this!!! It definitely blew my mind!! And it was only $11.99! For the amount of food and flavor, that's a steal!!! So glad I decided to drop in this location!! Good to know if I want some good food in this area, I can stop here for sure!!

I have to say!! What an amazing experience me and my husband had today. We came in to celebrate closing on a new home and Lori was WONDERFUL!!! She was so friendly. She was on top of everything, and even brought out our Littles food early so it had time to cool off. It's those kinds of things that make a person exceptional. Lori embodies excellent customer service! She made us feel like we were home in Conroe. Head to Applebee's in Conroe and ask for Lori!! You won't be disappointed.

I recommend the wings are fried well.. the menu says double crisp but they weren't even single crisp and for $15, that was way too much....the $5 tipsy shark tasted like koolaid.. next time I'll just have the $6 dos xx .. which was surprisingly good..

I made an order thru the DoorDash app. I had ordered the whiskey burger and onion rings. French fries come with the order on the app but I elected to have onion rings instead. Well I was sent French fries and no onion rings.I had also ordered neighborhood nachos. I looked on the app to see if I could designate what I wanted on them, but I couldn't find a way to change what came on them, ended up with guacamole... I hate guacamole, they were very skimpy on the meat and sour cream. I don't recommend this store, maybe another location might be better!

Went to Applebees for dinner, a few things to note from the start, the restaurant is clean and organized but some of the booths are very worn and torn, so they require some TLC, but the tables were kept clean and they quickly bus their tables so they are ready for more customers.We were seated quickly, and the waiters was very attentive which is very good. The two appetizers we ordered were their boneless chicken wings with bbq and the loaded fries, both items are appropriately portioned for their price, the wings had plenty of sauce, the fries had plenty of cheese sauce and they were not over cooked.As far as the meal, we had ordered the fiesta lime chicken and rice, which came out just fine and made correctly, however, the second entre we ordered was the bourbon street chicken and shrimp, they forgot my meal entirely, so the waiters went back to the kitchen to have them make it, by the time they brought mine, they also brought the same meal to a neighboring booth, mine was missing the onions on top and it was missing the garlic butter on top plus it was burnt, they both next to me, his was loaded with onions, shrimp and garlic butter sauce, plus his was not burnt to a crisp, mind you we both had the exact same meal, mine was rushed and not edible, his looked delicious.I wish I could give a better opinion of my dish, but at it was delivered inedible, i just boxed it up to take home, hopefully to use in a stew or something else later.We didn't end up ordering dessert but they do have some real good desserts on their menu.Overall I give them a 3* only because of the issues with the food, we tipped the waiters well, on a $42 ticket we gave her $15 for tip, always take good care of your waiter or waitress, they can't control the kitchens ability to cook the food.
