AP Deli

I ordered two big beefs with chips, and waited and waited and waited. I asked the person preparing the orders - about my order twice and he stated they weren't working on it yet,after 45 minutes I was told my order was not on the order screen and they will make it right away. My sandwich was ok, the meat wasn't as tender as I remember. I don't know who's to blame for my order not being prepared in a timely manner so I'll blame the entire staff that worked Tuesday February 6 at 1.27 pm. Terrible experience

Ok AP deli imma need you guys to get it together.. I ordered a small corn beef combo and got a chopped corn beef...I didn't see not one slice of corn beef the whole sandwich was shredded beef and if I wasn't on lunch yes I would've drove all the way back to get my money back...the fries was decent and how the hell do you have hot pop in a cooler....make it make sense

This is the worst corn beef I have ever had .I had not been there in years . I could not believe it . It had white bread instead of rye, and it was terrible , for a large it was small . Never again . That's why it was empty .

Haven't had it in a while and since there aren't any on the west side of Chicago while I was on lunch I decided to check em out. AND "boom" yep they are still like that !!

Ordered through Door DASH clearly someone can't read I paid for a whole pickle sliced and I got a one sliced piece of pickle. Called AP Deli as I was informing the person that answered the phone what of my issue the Heffa huffed and told me to go through door dash for my issue. Well, excuse me, you are the ones who didn't get my order, right pitiful

The food is great. The service is the worst! Once the entire staff was in a back room arguing at the top of their lungs. Today, I waited at the order window for 10 minutes while the order taker was taking a phone order, stopped to correct an order from an in-store customer, then continued taking the phone order. When I shouted in the back "I anyone taking orders?!", the staff shouted something incoherent, but with attitude. When the person on the phone completed her call, she gave the order to another employee, walked pass me, took a few sips of something in a cup, stood a few seconds, then walk to the window to take my order. I walked out. Otherwise, I would have appeared as ignorant as she was. I am hoping she is not taking orders when/if I return.

I ordered 2 corn beef sandwiches on rye with fries and a drink and paid $35. The sandwiches were good but definitely not worth the price. I guess I won't be going there any more!

Quality has gone down. Used to have the best corned beefs I ever tasted. Now it's fatty and tough. Had to fight with it to bite . Wasn't even warm just room temperature. Kinda bombed about it since I had not had one in at least 5 years and was looking forward to it. Hopefully the other locations are better like they used to be.

I wish that I can leave the stars BLANK just like that restaurant should be. I just knew once after years of disappointment with the other locations that 108th would be the best just like it was back in the day, I couldn't be more WRONG That crap was gristle textured fat all throughout the sandwich and hardly any meat for the money they want. STAY AWAY FROM HERE, YOU'VE BEEN WARNED !!!

I had the worst food ever...I ordered a corn beef on rye with cheese and extra mayo and a Philly cheese steak. The cheese that I paid extra for on the corn beef was thrown to the side and corn beef had so much fat on it. The Philly cheese steak is not a Philly cheese steak! It had more green peppers than meat and then it had a mild sauce on there. The fries were old and cold...when I called and complained. The guy that answered the phone says that's how the sandwich come...I told him there is no signage to show you put bbq sauce on a Philly. He then says I should have said no sauce....I told him that was my 1st time there. He goes on to say oh...well what you want me to do?​ I will not be back and I will tell my friends and family do not patronize!
