My kids and I love this place. It is a little pricy for what you get but I understand businesses need to stay open.

I came here to get a small cup of simple plain watermelon cut into bite size pieces and was charged $7 for it when I could've gone to Costco for a whole watermelon for $4 and would've been able to feed it up to 6 people or more. Such a rip off! I'm all for supporting small business but it is just wrong when Buisness rip their costumers off like this. I left with two small items (small cup of watermelon and a container of gomitas con chile) and paid a total of $15. Extremely disappointing, never coming here again and will definitely NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE! Cheating customers like this is not cool, hopefully they fix this

Trash don't come again. I gave this place another chance but they continue to be rude to their customers. I had ordered a fresas con crema and they put 1/4 of strawberries. Everything is overpriced and the owner is stingy.

I love the ice cream here but I recently stopped going here because of the service to be honest. It's like they're rushing you out of there even when there's nobody in line "what else you want?" "And what else?" "that's it?" Sheesh! Literally talk me out of spending money smh.

Disappointed in the customer service. I was really excited to try this place. We came in and NO one was there so I'm like perfect no line. As soon as we walked in the guy who works there (May even be the owner) didn't say one word! He continued filling the chips without making eye contact or acknowledging us for being there. He went to the back and came back out and still didn't say anything! I then said hello so he could help me. I ordered a raspado and then some women got there who also may be the owner and put something away right by where I was waiting to pay and she didn't say ANYTHING! I couldn't believe how rude they were. The raspado was good but they clearly didn't want my business and I won't ever be coming back. First impressions are everything.

The costumer service SUCKS! The girls are always always rude with an attitude. It's crazy to see how many people say thing!

Was absolutely just discriminated against. I was waiting for 2 online orders that I can see are ready. 2 separate customers after me were given there orders that needed to be prepared still before any of the workers would look at me. The male just stared at me and never asked how he could help. This customer service is terrible!

Let me start off with saying the food there is good. I bought tostielotes and a mangoneada and they were tasteful. HOWEVER, it is honestly overpriced. I can think of so many places just as good as this one for probably half the price. The total for the large tostielotes and the medium mangoneada were $20. Just two items is literally $20!! Completely absurd in my opinion. For that price the food better make me lose weight at the same time like are you kidding me. I STRONGLY suggest going to other places that are more affordable and same quality, which there are sure many. They need to really look into not overpricing their mediocre items.

The food there is good, but the service is horrible. I also paid an extra $3.75 for added shrimp in my Clamato Drink and they only put three little shrimps in it. I ordered for delivery because every time I walk in, the girls just look like they don't want to be there and don't want to assist/do their job. I personally work in customer service and always welcome everyone with a smile on my face, so i try to converse with them and be friendly but they seem like they really don't want to be friendly or make their customers feel welcomed themselves.
