Antique Table

This restaurant was soooo cute and the service was great but the food and drinks were just meh. I started my order with an espresso martini, once received it looked like frothy chocolate milk with no espresso in site, I requested to have it remade to be told that they don't use actual espresso but a syrup that is in a squirt bottle but she would happily remake, the remake was better but still not great. For food, we had a group of 4 and ordered 3 different dishes only 1 of the 3 was truly enjoyed. The ravioli was so thick it was almost hard to eat, and the chicken linguine tasted like the chicken had no seasoning and looked like it as well. However, the eggplant parmigiana was delicious as well as the sides of sautéed spinach and garlic mashed potatoes we ordered. I really wish this was better.

I'm a huge fan of this Antique Table. Food is outstanding and martinis are potent! Love the decor but the place is smallish, so make reservations! Servers have always been attentive and make great cocktail recommendations!

A gentleman friend came up from DC to take me out for my birthday on 5/29. This restaurant is walking distance from where I live. A 5:15 PM reservation was made and we were the first ones in the restaurant. I started off with a Cosmo, but it was extremely tart and didn't taste as good as any other Cosmo I've had. (even at a dive bar) My friend went up to the bar to see what the bartender could add/do anything and discovered this is already premade? Who can't shake up some vodka, cranberry, lime, etc.? The bartender tried to add something? (Not sure what) but again it was very tart. I've lived in Vegas, Hawaii and California and have had cosmos everywhere and this was absolutely NOT the best.... now the food. I do not eat meat, am plant-based so I appreciate the option, but this masala sauce was OVER the top sweet. I am of Sicilian descent, and I have made masala in the past, but have never had it this sweet. Also, the menu describes a cream Marsala sauce for both dishes ordered and this is not creamy, just liquidy. My friend got the chicken masala under the menu name of Chicken Miguel and it also was too sweet. We had a few bites each and returned it, practically full plates. The server did not ask if there was anything wrong with the food upon looking at our full plates. She just took them away. At this point, we were frustrated with the taste of the drinks offered and the food. The salad was a salad and tasty, but not hard to construct. As far as the bread and oil dip, I asked for olive oil with oregano and red pepper flakes because I do not eat cheese, but only the red pepper flakes were added. The wait staff was attentive. For my birthday dessert, we were offered to lemoncello shots which was a nice gesture, but was not offered any dessert and wasn't sure if gelato was available to close out the visit. I am from Winthrop and moved back after three decades and was really looking forward to this restaurant experience since I have read good reviews but felt terrible as my friend paid for my dinner and obviously it was well over $100.00. So disappointed.

Great place for an easy night out alone or with friends. They serve solid A-minus Italian food in a kitschy, warm and fun atmosphere. Waitstaff always pleasant, nice bar, loads of wines by the glass (and very reasonable bottles, too).Initial bread with olive oil/pesto for dipping was greatBolognese was tasty, not the very best I've had but quite goodChicken Miguel (breaded chicken cutlet in port-cream sauce with mushrooms, over gnocchi) was tasty and interestingBread pudding with ice cream was a perfect ending

As people who travel and use Yelp a lot, we feel this is a worthy stop for anyone in the area. This restaurant has very nice ambiance and service. My husband's chicken Parmesan was excellent and my lobster ravioli was delicious. They have a variety of interesting cocktails . My cosmo was perfect and his Gin Antique Table was wonderful. Definitely will go back next time we are traveling while staying at the Hilton Garden Inn.

I specifically chose this place while on vacation in Boston because their website advertised as offering numerous gluten-free pasta options. When we arrived, and I inquired about the gluten-free pastas, I was told that they were "sold out " I've gluten-free pasta for the night. I ordered the only alternative for my daughter, who has a gluten allergy. That was the risotto. It was not very good. The rest of the food was pretty good so we tried it again three days later. This time I called in advance and was told that they were still "sold out "of gluten-free pasta. I have come to the conclusion that this place simply does not stock gluten-free pasta, even though they advertise to do so. Overall, the food was pretty decent. However the service was not great and they made multiple mistakes delivering our order. Next time, I will skip this place.

We discovered this Italian restaurant when we first moved to Winthrop earlier this year and have been coming regularly since. Trying to get through everything on the menu. Out of all the dishes, the Veal Parmigiana is probably one of my favorites. It never disappoints. The staff are all very friendly and attentive. Everything is very reasonably priced, cocktails are around $12 and meals around $20.

Lynn location.Great service, and the food was very good. Pasta cooked al dente, tasted and looked ala carte, and priced reasonably. A great higher end Italian food option for the Swampscott area. Hasn't been crowded, open Sundays, and has parking.Really is a find for the area.

The Antique Table Restaurant in Manchester closed in November 2023, just after I had signed a contract to host a dinner there in August 2024 as part of a wedding celebration. Not only did the restaurant fail to contact me to notify me of the closure, but the Executive Chef Abraham Gallego has refused to return a $300 deposit for the dinner.
