Best cakes ever , this is been my family favorite spot for cakes for years now and they never disappoint, this is my first time writing a review as I went through and issue with their cake been dry and not as good as they usually are , and they were extremely nice to replace the cake and provide me with a full refund with no hesitation Their customer service is very good , Gabriela is the one that took care of me that day and she was extremely nice and empathetic

A neighbor's daughter celebrated her birthday March 18, 2023. I got the last slice of cake. As soon as I tasted the coconut and strawberry Tres Leches cake my tastebuds and brain short circuited in delight. I later asked, " Where DID you get that cake?""Antigua, 36th Ave and Camelback"Order custom cakes at least one week early./***Day 4, Post-AntiguaWe shared a square of peach tres lecges cak for two days. Whipped cream covered light white cake, layer of peaches, soaked in Leche Numero Tres. Delicious.The Almojada's layers of puff pastry folded over fruit filling was good -we warm them and caramelize the sugar in our toaster oven.The empanadas, apple and pineapple - great toasted with coffee. Sweet D's not a opineapple fan - she really liked this pineapple. The ready made cake flavors and combos change daily. There's nice templates on the front counter suggesting servings per cake size. I'll be back.

Update. Service still shtty! I hate going here my family loves this cake and i only go when they ask for it but definitely not by choice. Super bad vibes they hate when people walk in and greet them LOL it's crazy!!

Good cake BUT their service is atrocious!We ordered a cake online and selected to pick up st 8AM because that is an option. My husband went at 8AM and was told that on their side the cake was to be picked up at 9AM. My husband said ok, 9AM and they said they wouldn't have it ready until 10:30AM!Our event started at 10AM so I, as the hostess, had to leave my event and run to get the cake.There was only one person in front of me already being helped. I was in a hurry, my order was easy, if was already paid for and they makes me wait for 5 mins while one employee trained another. They literally just told me to wait, they didn't even ask what I needed.Finally, it was my turn and my cake was placed in a box, with no lid! They don't have the right size boards and deep enough cake boxes so that the 16" square cake has a lid! Those cakes are heavy and as I'm carrying it out, I realize their doors do not open with a push, they have a knob, so I had to ask another customer to open the door for me. They knew I couldn't get out the door by myself and none of the employees could come around the counter and help me out- and we paid over $100 for this cake!To top it off, as I was struggling to open my truck door,!I got frosting all over my brand new favorite blouse, all because they are too cheap to have the correct box and lid.To top it off, the message on the cake was not what I had ordered- they put "lo" instead of "les". I can't believe there was no apology for getting our order done 2.5 hours late, no apology for their website allowing us to order with an 8AM pickup time, when they said they never allow cakes to be picked up until 9AM. There was nothing at all so from my part, there will be no more orders. We just started holding monthly events and we had thought we would order monthly from this bakery but not anymore!

Ordered the cake about a week ahead of when I needed it, and it was ready for pick up at the time I requested. While the writing could have been a bit nicer, I was content with the size and quality of the cake!

Very disappointed I custom ordered my daughter sweet 16th birthday cake and they did not make at all the way we wanted it and the bad part is the lady that took my order acted like the cake I ordered was was no problem to make they even showed me there Instagram pictures of there work so I let them make my daughter cake what a bad move I made to order from them I had my father in law pick up the cake and when I came home to see the cake I thought they had made a mistake but they didn't

They have terrible service here honestly for the price you could get two cakes somewhere else and save yourself the trouble. They WILL NOT give you your cake until your designated pick up time it's RIDICULOUS.

This place is amazing! Best tres leches in town. We had a Halloween party and asked for a "bloody cake". What they made and decorated was perfect!!! The staff was so helpful and friendly. We have used Antigua Bakery for year and will continue driving half an hour to use them in the future.
