First, sit at the bar and say hi to Becka! Grab a blueberry mimosa and relax. The BLTA on nine grain was perfect for brunch. That bacon is damn delicious and thick and they do t skimp on big chunks of avocado! Strongly recommend!

My partner and I ate at Another Broken Egg Cafe while visiting Nashville. We were craving a hearty breakfast and the menu for this place had so many enticing options. No regrets with our decision to come here. Good food, big portions, and decent prices. I got the Country Power Bowl, but subbed country potatoes for grits. My partner got the Biscuits and Gravy with City Grits. We got a 2-stack of the Bourbon Street Pancakes to share. All the food was good. My favorite bites were the Bourbon Street Pancakes and my partners homemade sausage patties. Our server was friendly and prompt. The food came out fairly quickly. My only critique would be that some components of my plate were significantly cooler temperature-wise than the rest. It was like they had been made earlier but were assembled to make my plate. Overall however, this was a filling breakfast and we both agreed we would come back if visiting again.

After church on Sunday, my friends and I have this place a try! I recommend putting your name on the waitlist ahead of time online to save you from having to wait for a long time. We were under a 10 minute drive away so it definitely helped us to have our name on the list prior. Pretty busy on a Sunday which is typical, nothing crazy! Staff was kind and provided great recommendations! I ordered the City Grits and Blackstone Egg Benedict. I ate every last bit! Clean plate club! Not overly priced for being in Downtown/close to Broadway which I loved! I'd definitely come again to try out the menu!

We went on a Wednesday morning and didn't have to wait at all! The menu has a ton of choices! The coffee is really good. But the blueberry mimosa was super yummy! The sausage gravy is as good as my homemade sausage gravy. And that's saying a lot!!! It's a very good southern sausage gravy. The biscuits were big and had enough crunch to them to stand up to the gravy while still being soft.My omelet was deliciously Cheesy with bacon AND Chorizo. Lots of meat!!The place was a cute diner style. The server was sweet as pie.Best place for breakfast!!

Visiting Nashville for a few days and stopped here for breakfast. After a 15 minute wait we got seated. It was very busy, but our server was very attentive and informative about the menu. All of the food was really great, if I lived in the area I'd frequent this place when I'm craving a good filling breakfast. I ordered the biscuits and gravy meal. Let me preface this by saying I generally hate sausage. Like, most times even just the smell of sausage gives me the ick. But this sausage... I could eat it everyday. It was so delicious, not greasy and just overall a perfect sausage patty. I've never had grits before, and opted to have mine loaded, which included bacon, tomato and green onions. If this is the standard for typical grits I'll definitely be eating the more often. My boyfriend ordered the country power skillet and enjoyed it, he didn't have much feedback about it. We shared an order of the bourbon street pancakes and they were great! They look like they should be overwhelmingly sweet but they weren't. Perfectly balanced and a great treat to round out an over-all delicious meal. Would absolutely recommend someone in the area to come by for a delicious filling breakfast.

Not gonna lie. I wasn't born and raised on grits. The closest thing I got to grits was Cream of Wheat for breakfast. Both are considered porridges but CoW is fine and grits are a bit more coarse. All my life I wanted to believe that grits was something special. But grits saturated in sausage lard and little seasoning never quite sat with me...or my stomach. But I consider myself a pretty open- minded and hopeful person...and that one day I'd find a grits worth eating. Today was that day. This smoked Gouda with bacon grits topped off with diced tomatoes and green onions was creamy and full of Southern hospitality. Sure, the cinnamon French toast was great, but the grits that accompanied the Traditional breakfast this morning will definitely make me come back! Our waitress was as hospitable as Southern hospitality comes and the great decor added to a nice experience.

This is the second cafe we've been to by this chain and it's hands down one of my favorite breakfast joints. For this location, get here early because once 9:30 am hits, you're at an hour wait or more. The wait is worth it, but if you have a part of two, you'll have better luck being seated at the bar. Rebecca is an amazing bar tender there and she owns her business. Just stand in the corner by the bar and She'll make sure you get a seat and that you don't have to fight for one at the bar. Food is hands down one of the best we've come across for breakfast. Dime Store in Detroit will always be our #1, but these cafes are very good. Day one I got the hash brown Benedict and man was that good! The poached eggs were cooked perfectly and the hollandaise was great. I chose city grits as my side and those were so tasty! My hubby got the lemon and blueberry goat cheese pancakes which were amazing as well. Day two I got the shrimp n city grits Benedict, which wasn't as great as the hashbrown ones I had from day one, but were still good. I subbed in seasonal fruit since I didn't want too many starches and the thing I loved is that it wasn't a bowl of frozen and then thawed fruit, it was fresh and seasonally relevant. The blackberries were huge and soo sweet! My hubs got the Mango and Dragon Fruit French toast, which was delicious, but there is a reason they want you to be 21 to eat it. The whip cream does have a good bit of rum in it, and sometimes it was a bit over-powering. All in all, we were so happy with this choice and the wait and we will be back to another broken egg if it's in the town of our next vacation.

Visiting Nashville and decided to get some breakfast here. It was a weekday, late morning, so we didn't really wait long for a table. The place is a little loud. Not a big deal. Our server was welcoming and attentive. The food was okay. Not great, but not bad. It was meh. The first time I try a breakfast restaurant, I usually get eggs benedict. It is my favorite. This one was okay. It had a gigantic piece of ham on the English muffin. See photo. My husband got the crab cake benedict. He said it was fine. On the recommendation of our server, we also got the banana fosters pancakes to try. Everything was fine. Nothing exceptional. The banana fosters pancakes were very sweet which was expected. This is petty, but I think it affects the dining experience since you eat with your eyes first. The benedicts were on these long platters with a bowl holding the potatoes. The bowl would slide around and the long plate was too big for the meal. It made it look like a smaller portion than it was. Changing to a square or round plate would look better. Putting the potatoes directly on the plate would also look better and avoid the balancing act of carrying sliding bowls on a plate. The photo of my eggs benedict shows how my plate landed with the bowl slid over to the ham. It would also mean less dishes! The coffee cups were cute. Who would seriously comment about this? Me. Haha. Isn't the point of this whole Yelp thing to guide potential customers and help businesses get better? At least in my head, it is.I would eat here again, but I wouldn't go out of my way to dine there. Service was good. Food was okay.

Great brunch spot off of Broadway. I enjoyed the quiet moments away from the strip and loved the hospitality by all of the staff here. We were seated with Jennah as our server who was so so sweet and brought us a 1/2 order of Beignet Biscuits with our cold brews. She was so sweet and excited that we were there to start our Sunday funday. We immediately ordered our food of a Sunrise Spinach Scramble with country potatoes and a stack of Bourbon Street Pancakes. It may not look like a lot of food but it was definitely shareable amongst 2 people. The potatoes were so soft and paired perfectly with their homemade hot sauce. I went ahead and ordered an additional amount of potatoes since they were that delicious. This place does close early yet I will make the extra time and return whenever I find myself in Nashville. Highly highly recommend for you to check it out especially if your wallet needs a break from the Broadway establishments.
