It's too hot too cook and I wanted to eat Soul Food, not just any soul food though. I've eaten here several times but always forget to take pictures so here we go! The Hubby first went around 3ish to get our food, called back to say the line was really long. And? Asked if I wanted something else, no. He decided to come home and try in another hour, ok. I wanted two meals the 4 chicken wings with Mac and cheese and collard greens, the other meal two turkey wings with rice and gravy, dressing and potato salad, we could share the combo of both meals. The chicken wings were fried really good and very tasty. The turkey wings was tenderly falling off the bone, very good. The collard greens were better with my addition of hot sauce. The Mac and cheese was the best! The potato salad was ok, Walmart's is better. The dressing was good. Rice and gravy was also good. The hubby said the corn muffins were ok. Overall the food was worth the money, the portions were good sizes except the potato salad. I would most definitely eat here again and again.

Very consistent soul food eatery. To me the best soul food in the Atlanta metro area. The staff cook some items to order and reminder, this isn't a fast food restaurant. If you're in a rush, some items may take 10-20 minutes. I usually order fried chicken or fish but today just veggie plate. Of course the food was consistent and glad I arrived early before the crowd. Cornbread comes with every meal; collard greens, field peas, Mac and cheese ( the southern cooked way) and corn bread dressing. All to good for review. With a peach punch drink, a must try. Unfortunately, dine in is still unavailable, no public restroom, but you can order in person or drive window.

I will gladly wait in my car for 15 minutes for this chicken anytime! Annie Laura's is still operating as drive-thru only since the pandemic. As such, you will need to wait in our car if you order fried foods because they are cooked to order. Their mac and cheese is one of the best I've tried, and that's saying a lot because many restaurants are lacking in that area. Their collards are a bit sweet for me, but the yams were delicious. The chicken was fried and seasoned very well. I'll be back next time I'm ready to brave that line!

Great food with just the right amount of seasoning. I think the chicken and turkey wing portions should be bigger for price charged. That's why I rated a 4 star. I would advise arrive early on weekends and Sundays cause there's a long drive thru line.

The food is ALWAYS good and fresh and they give you a large portion for a very reasonable price. If I had any complaints than it would be the long wait in the drive through line. It's always packed inside to. Always busy means the food must be worth the wait.

I don't like giving 3 stars but honestly I don't know what else to do. I had been hearing so much about this place so I was in the mood for soul food so I decided to wait in this long and I mean long (in fairness it was a Sunday) line. The service was ok but the food was disappointi ng. Peach Cobbler decent but the collard greens, corn muffins and Turkey legs were just ok.

I usually eat from here via food delivery but it is good every time. I've had the veggie plates and the catfish dinners, I loved both. When I'm craving soul food, IN MY OPINION, this has been the best place I've found in Atlanta thus far in terms of flavor and consistency. I can't speak for the customer service, I can just say I've never had to reach out to them for any issues with my food order.

Everything just good. I got a veggie kids meal and a side of okra.. lemonade is good . It's not too syrupy. It's just right.

The prices listed on the website are actually doubled when you pick up your order. Website needs to be updated. Uber eats reflect prices higher than the website. Service slow.

1/2 hour wait n drive through . It didn't take long to get my food (about 3-5 minutes). The baked white pc chicken was tender & flavorful, the Mac & cheese was delicious, the cornbread dressing was on the sweet side& the turkey based collard greens were just ok! I will return & tty something different.
