Angkorian Pikestaff

This was a nice surprise! My boyfriend's daughter was craving rice, so our original plans were to go to White Rice Morena (https://www.yelp.com/biz/white-rice-morena-san-diego?osq=white+rice+morenaafter a quick search on Yelp for "rice" and landed on Filipino Food.Upon entering the White Rice Morena store, we found out that White Rice is only opened Tuesday thru Saturday at this location. In this place was a pop-up restaurant called "Angkorian Pikestaff" with a rotating menu every couple of weeks. Limited menu focused on Cambodian Food. As of this review, they are only open on Sundays and Mondays at this location.We tried the following:- Rice Paper Noodle Salad - I really enjoyed this but the spice didn't sit with my stomach too well. *WIMP STATUS*- Lemongrass Chicken Dumplings - My favorite of the 3 dishes. I really love Dumplings and I really love Lemongrass flavors! NOM NOM NOM.- Char Siu McRib - My boyfriend's daughter really loved this one. She loved it so much and ordered another one to bring home for her dad / my boyfriend. My boyfriend loved the sandwich but "complained" that it was "too much meat". -_- That's not really a complaint, but okay.I was excited to have some good Cambodian Food! ENJOY!
