It interesting how the details change. As the so called owner never actually communicated with me via phone even when I requested a call, there was no attempt to resolve the issue. I was told that they were sorry ... and they would come and pick up the delivery. There was NO OFFER to do anything to the items. To be honest, the delivery person appeared to be so invested in the items that I questioned whether she was the owner/baker etc. She claimed not to be. I did not throw any items at the delivery person but did slam the door when the only statements were that she had to retrieve all of the items. Any online businesses must still provide a level of service ... especially when there is an issue. They sent an email that said "We can send the deliver person to get the cake, cake pops and cookies as a return order and issue a refund. She will be at you door to take those back in 45 minutes. Sorry that we cannot meet your needs." Where in that statement was an offer to fix, remedy, partial credit ... or anything else that they are trying to state in the response.Was it my finest hour? No, but $200 into the order, nothing like I expected, no phone call, an email response as I type exactly as received and then a delivery person standing at my door demanding items that I sent to a neighbor to try to help me with ... as this vendor did not offer to make right in any way, shape or form.If they say they can make the order like the photos you send them, they should. If they can't then they should clearly state that the colors, the details and the design will not look anything like you requested.I was very clear in my emails that I was concerned that they may not be interrupting my requests correctly but was assured that they understood ... pink, white, gold, clouds, moon, hearts, etc from the photos.

I ordered a baby shower cake and cake pops for my sister's baby shower, both turned out fantastic. Anthea was very creative, accomodating, and easy to work with. She listened to all the details I requested for the cakes , and even went above and beyond to make them look much better than the pictures I sent her. I would highly recommend this place.

Our Cake was AMAZING! We loved it! The icing was so yummy! And the Sock Monkey design was FANTASTIC! She definitely takes her time with her cakes! You won't be disappointed at all!!! We got what we asked for!

Had a chance to sample some of their treats at the Chandler Light Parade. They had a host of baked goods, but the focus at the parade were the cupcakes. The S'mores and Salted Caramel ones were full of flavor! The crumbly graham crackers and the melty marshmellow came together fantastically with the chocolate! Sweet but not too sweet! The salted caramel ones had some sweetness with just a hint of saltiness. The one I wish I had tried but didn't were the Earl Grey tea cupcakes... From what I am told, they had a wonderful flavor. Next time, those are on my list!

My wedding cake was very beautiful and tasty and my husband and I are very pleased we used Ana of Angelicious to make our wedding day just right.

This is not a storefront to stop in! Listing the hours is very misleading and wasted a trip. No other way to get the word out although this is not a review of their work.

In a word: PERFECT. Angelicious created an absolutely Gorgeous and Delicious 3-tiered cake for my client's 130+ guests that exceeded all expectations! As an event planner, I have extremely high standards for both the ordering process and the finished product. Both were outstanding with Angelicious. Ana was effortless to work with - helpful, creative, and accommodating to my budget. Her finished product was visually beautiful and delicious. My client had provided several Pinterest pics of perfect cakes... and in the end raved that it was better than she'd even imagined.
