This place is perfect for a casual lunch or dinner! I stopped by during lunch and was seated right away since it wasn't too busy. One of the highlights was the open kitchen window where you can watch the chefs hand-pull the noodles--it adds a nice, authentic touch. There's plenty of seating, and our server was friendly and knowledgeable, happy to answer any questions we had.I ordered the Beef Brisket Noodle Soup and Shanghai Juicy Dumplings. The soup was savory and flavorful without feeling too heavy, and the noodles had a great chewy texture. The brisket was tender and tasty, and the portion size was generous. The dumplings were also really good, with just the right amount of soup in each one and served hot.Overall, a satisfying meal and a great experience. I'll definitely be back!

Try this place!!!! 1) Dan Dan noodles - cold noodle dish with a delicious, peanut-y sauce. It has schezuan peppers in it and on the menu, it says the peppers create a numbing flavor. It wasn't my favorite feeling, but my husband didn't notice it at all. If you're sensitive to that stuff, I'd avoid. 2) Spicy Brisket Noodles (knife shaved cut) - you can choose the style of the cut. The noodles tasted fresh and it was cool to see them make it in the open-kitchen style layout. The broth was very tasty and came out piping hot! 3) Spicy wontons - SO GOOD. The chili oil was very flavorful, not too salty or spicy. The filling was great too! Favorite dish.4) Steamed dumplings - these have the look of soup dumplings but they're not really soupy (and the waiters will tell you the same), so don't expect Din Tai Fung equivalent soup dumplings. The filling was very good. The staff were friendly and attentive. We'll be back to try other dishes!

I been in a chinese food craze recently and i was excited to give this spot a try since it was soo close. I regretfully have to say i was a bit disappointed. Portions were a bit small and flavors were lacking. Their fried rice was super bland and the soup dumplings were short on soup. The slight saving grace would be their dan dan noodles, which also didn't have that punch of flavor, but the flavor was pretty tasty and filling. Spent $80 with my partner and left still feeling hungry. Tldr: food was bland, portions and pricing didn't match up. Wasn't terrible but wasn't good

Happy to find an authentic Chinese restaurant in the area! We came on a Sunday evening and it was busy, but luckily there was an open table. From the entrance, we could see into the open kitchen where the chefs were hand pulling the noodles right in front of us.Here's what we ordered:Beef Brisket Noodle Soup ($15.49)Highly recommend! We tried the non spicy and the spicy version ($15.49) and they were both delicious! I like that we get the choose what kind of noodles we wanted: hand-pulled, knife shaved, or wide. We got the knife shaved noodles and they were chewy and just the right amount of thickness. The broth was flavorful and reminded me of the beef noodle soup I've had growing up. There was a generous portion of beef pieces and they were so tender.Spicy Wonton ($9.99)Came with 10 wontons. The pork filling was tasty and the chili oil added a nice kick. Shanghai Juicy Dumplings ($11.99)The pork filling had good flavor, but some weren't as soupy as the others and they didn't appear to be handmade. I would skip this next time.Overall, we really enjoyed their Beef Brisket Noodle Soup. It definitely satisfied my cravings for authentic Chinese food. The restaurant is decently sized and is located in a big lot so parking shouldn't be a problem.

Such a hidden gem! This restaurant serves authentic Chinese noodles dishes. I came on a Tuesday night at 5 PM, and was seated immediately. There was 1 other party besides me. I ordered the spicy beef brisket noodle soup with knife shaved noodles ($15.49). They also offer hand pulled and wide noodles. My food was so delicious! The broth was flavorful and had a nice spicy kick. The noodles were thick, chewy, and perfectly cooked. The beef was tender and juicy. The vegetables added a good crunch. The portion of meat and noodles was very generous. Service was great. I would definitely come back again!

Yummy Noodle recently opened in FV and they are making delicious hand-pulled noodles! There is an open kitchen which you can see through to see the workers hand pulling the noodles that go into your dishes. The interior is modern and clean and bright.I've ordered the dan dan noodles, spicy beef brisket noodle soup with hand-pulled noodles and both were filling and tasty! The broth was rich and not too fatty. Their sides like the cucumber salad and spicy beef wrap are also flavorful and great starters.Pricing is reasonable for the portions you get and I highly recommend coming here if you are craving some noodle soup! You don't have to go out of the county to get something like this anymore.

Was shopping in the Ross/5 and Below/TJ Maxx complex on Brookhurst and Ellis and decided to try this place since I was craving noodle soup.Arrived to a very brightly lit and clean restaurant with Chinese pop music playing over the speakers. Staff was dropped off Menu, then came back with water in a bit. Menu is limited to a few Noodle Soups (3), Sauce Noodles (2), Chow Mein and Fried Rice (5) and Side dishes (11), but I think that helps they specialize in making what they are good at.I ordered the N-3 Spicy Beef Brisket Noodle Soup - Spicy Beef Brisket, Veggies, Green Onions & Cilantro. It came out hot and tasted great. I finished most of it aside from a few fatty pieces if beef. Service was ok... did need to wait and try to catch the server's attention a few times.Overall, content with the experience and glad there is a Chinese Noodle place nearby.
