Yummy Bakery & Food To Go

Yummy is all in the name, they have a variety to choose from food and drinks and pastries. I order the thai dessert tastes good and I like they give you a good amount. Try the coffee with matcha not bad, food is very tasty. Staff is nice and the inside is clean and plenty of seating.

I know this is a chain, but interesting they are not consistent. I like the Westminster and Goldenwest location for banh mi as it is light and crispy and filled nicely with meets and veg. At this location, the bread is a bit more dense and it doesn't look as packed. The dessert Che Yummy has different toppings but overall kinda consistent. Parking can get difficult in this center. There is no seating as it's purely take out. Service is typical of a hardcore Viet place that doesn't really care if you come back or not. Please come and visit and create your own experience.

My hubby and I came here to try their banh mi (vietnamese sandwiches). Sandwiches were all right, although it had a "sweet" lingering aftertaste that I couldn't quite shake off.This place does seem to be more famous for their buns/baos which we didn't try, but maybe we will give it a chance next time.Prices are decent, credit cards are accepted, and there's plenty of parking

Noticed a long line after my lunch. Decided to join the line and see what's on the menu. We bought a few Banh mi, snacks and pastries for the trip down to San Diego. We ordered house special banh mi, grilled beef with special sauce banh mi, crispy roast pork, sweet taro and coconut durian bao, combination bao bun. Total was $62 for seven banh mi and snacks. Their bread is fresh, you can order from them if you only wanted their bread. The house special had the all the meat and fixings, it was actually a decent size. The rest of the banh mi was skimpy, barely any meat or veggies in them. The flavor was just okay. The pastries had very light flavoring, not overly sweet but the baos are pretty thick. You will need to drink water after eating them lol. They take cards or cash. Overall I would not be returning again.

Overall I would consider this a very average Banh mi spot. The grilled pork Banh mi was good, not great, and their bread lacked that traditional crunch you expect from a Banh mi. I also picked up the pandan Banh bo and that is a must try. I was also disappointed as I came specifically to ordered their crispy pork belly only to find out they sold out despite having more in the case. It seems as though they accept either pre orders or call in orders which is good to know but was slightly disappointing as it was just after mid day which seems early to sell out.

Yummy bakery is known for their Vietnamese banh bao. They usually run out very quickly, so if you're in the neighborhood you want to get there as early as possible because they do sell out. It's a pick up place only so there's no place to sit. You just order your food and try not to eat it all in one go in the car on the way home. Lol

Not as advertised. False advertisement everytime I go. Always saying they ran out. But it's there in the oven. False advertisement. There's better places

I call it the Vietnamese Porto's...but the line is not as long as Porto's. I tried the buns and it's pretty good. The texture is great. I also tried their grilled chicken sandwich . It is also very delicious and worth the price !

Came to the yummy Bánh Bao next to Phước Lộc Tho . I Prepared a long line, but when my turn the lady said I have to wait another 20-30 minutes to get the buns. I don't wanna waited and came to the Yummy Bakery & Food To Go . It's a long line too , the steamed pork bao tasted nothing special , expensive considering the size , the bun very small. It was also given to me cold buns which I did not expect . They don't used fresh eggs. 3% service fee will be applied to the card payment " cash only" to avoid fees. Service not friendly.

I bought a grilled pork sandwich at 1:30pm but there was no roasted pork inside. I don't understand what happened, it's terrible.
