Came here for my birthday and we had wonderful service!! The food was outstanding. Standouts are the guac, skewers, and anything with steak! Delish and creative drinks! Absolutely will be returning!

Stopped by for lunch while shopping in the plaza. We ordered the Kesabirras tacos, Sliders, Agua Frescas, and this special dessert called Mama Lila's Garden. It's like a panna cotta with dulce de leche flavor. Everything was delectably delicious. Food took a lil bit to arrive, but server was very nice and attentive. They're located in the plaza where there is a Cinemark, Bar Louie, and other restaurants and stores. Plenty of parking spaces.

This place was fantastic!! From the friendly staff, style, ambience, authenticity, music, and the delicious food, to the mouth watering drinks, this visit was a 10/10.We had a party of 7 and were visiting for the weekend from San Jose. We were able to reserve seating by calling in. We were sat down immediately. Ordered our drinks, micheladas of course!! There was a tv of 4 right above us that played a soccer game, that my father-in-law was watching. Glad he was distracted. We had the grilled oysters and the fried empanadas for the start of our appetizers. Definitely hit the craving spot! My brother and I shared. I got the tortilla soup. Was on the thick side with crunchy strips of tortillas. Was really good! He had the aguachiles and man oh man was that a dish I can go back for!Overall, we had a great time and were jamming to the tunes of our culture setting the vibe just right!Reason for the 4 stars was because it was really cold that night and the windows were open from the patio to the main seating area inside. Plus we went during this time of year which is really cold. They have heating lamps outside but we have 2 young children with us and 2 grandparents. Was too cold for them to be out there. This place is definitely a 5/5. Our visit just had to be on a cold night! Would definitely come back next year during the warmer weather.

Visited today for the first time, restaurant and ambience are nice. Food was overpriced and not tasty. I ordered pescado sarandeado fish filet, fish was not very warm by the time food arrived. The beans were not good. Small portion for $30 bucks. If the food tastes better I wouldn't mind the hefty price tag. We orders a rib-eye sandwich, French fries were cold and stale, like they sat in the counter for a while. The steak had many pieces of fat and the bread was hard. I don't mind spending money, but it's sad when the food quality is not good. I really hope restaurants like this one, get it together. Will definitely not come back nor recommend this restaurant.

I am only going to review the drinks, ambiance, and service, since we did not have food here. My husband and I had reservations for dinner at a nearby restaurant and stopped in for a drink first. What enticed us were the Mariachi and the layout of this restaurant. It's gorgeous. The crafted cocktails were also top notch. The bartender was friendly. We would love to come back and try the food.

The food had good presentation. I ordered the pasta with chicken. The service was welcoming and nice from beginning to end. The ambiance was very chill. The location is a good place in Downey. Just one suggestion, the chicken did not taste fresh. It tasted as if it was microwaved instead of grilled.

As always, amazing service from Jessica at the bar, 100% the reason I'm a regular. Her bubbly personality makes all the difference, and she's even gone out of her way to make my wife a special cocktail. I regularly have lunch here, and what keeps me coming back, aside from the amazing food, is most definitely the experience.

Food had great taste, service was great and ambiance was okay. All the drinks we had from margaritas to customized drinks were very good, very refreshing for sure. Ceviches were good, decent portion. I had the Caldo de Res which had a great flavor but portion was not enough. They have music, lots of TV's and is suitable for big or small groups. Full bar as well.

Cute and comfortable little place, our first time here, our group was 7 adults and 2 kids on a Friday 5 pm, ordered a drink at the bar while waiting for the rest of our party to get there, it was good in our little bartender was very sweet and helpful as far as recommendations! The service was very slow , it was not busy at all, and I was quite surprised at the lack of enthusiasm to get our chips and salsa out, I think we asked two or three times, and they are not complementary, the chips were a four out of 10, the salsa was tasty Probably a seven out of 10, but there was no spice to it at all, and the portion was ridiculously small! I ended up ordering the shrimp ceviche and was very disappointed when it came, the shrimps were not visible at all in the dish, they were cut up into teeny tiny pieces, and the majority of the dish was the veggies, although the dish was very, very tasty I couldn't taste any shrimp or see any shrimp My husband ordered the skewers with beef, shrimp, and pork and although that was also very tasty, it was not the slightest bit warm at all, huge disappointment! They got my brother-in-law's drink order wrong, and his wife ended up taking the drink and got him what he actually wanted, they got my sons dinner order wrong and by the time they brought him the right dish, we were taking our last bites of our meals . That was uncomfortable.I don't know that I would come back, the experience was probably a five out of 10. The best part was the bartender. She was the highlight of the evening with her bubbly, personality and recommendations! I regret I didn't catch her name

Food was so good! The tacos were so flavorful and Michelada was on point. We went on a Friday and they had a live DJ inside. It was a bit loud but the music was good. Wouldn't recommend if you want to have a conversation with your group unless you can lip read. Service was great. Super friendly and attentive. They had indoor and outdoor seating which was great.
