I had a really good meal at Wok-In / Costa Mesa. I did not anticipate the portion sizes that they serve. The entire order was cooked to order and fresh. The Hot & Sour Soup had a great spicy taste and comes in a very large (meal size) bowl. I ordered a side of Spring Rolls and Chicken Lo Mein for the entree. The entire meal was more than I could handle. The Chicken Lo Mein could be shared with two people easily.The food and service were excellent. I can see why there are so many repeat customers coming back regularly. Nice local neighborhood restaurant.

Update. I have coarse curly hair. There was short straight hair in my food. Check your cameras when I literally had to pull the hair out of my throat. Your response is a perfect example of your customer service. I wasn't done eating we were about to order more food. I have doctor diagnoses and pictures to prove my experience. WORSE EXPERIENCE!!!! First when I was there I found a piece of hair in my PHO. Then when I told the waiter, he was nothing short of rude and hostile. Then the worst part is my poor son ended up with food poisoning from this place. He lost 10 lbs in the last 5 days. I will never come back here again.

Wok-In is a great spot to go to the food is amazing. The staff is amazing and the ambience of this restaurant is very chill and cool. I definitely recommend checking it out. The prices are also reasonable.

My neighbor has been raving about this place. I have been here about a year before Néw management took over. I brought my client and her family here. Nice portion. Nice selection of dishes. Chill place, typical mom and pop style of an Asian restaurant. Nothing really pops up so I can't say it's the best. So many really good restaurants in the area. Visited Wok-in several times and the food has always been exceptional. Two of us shared orange chicken and beef chow fun today and while the servings are very generous, and we planned to take home leftovers, we couldn't stop enjoying until there was nothing left to save! The ingredients are fresh and flavors beautifully balanced without the heavy grease found at many fast/casual Asian restaurants. The place is in a simple nondescript building with no ambience but it's sparkling clean and service is friendly, prompt and helpful if you need suggestions from the extensive menu. Great local gem and we'll definitely be back.

Really great pho!! Also served in a big bowl with a generous amount of noodles and meat, I wasn't able to finish my bowl even though I wanted to keep going because it tasted so good. The person working there was very nice, brought us water, and gave us time to look over the menu since we got distracted talking. We also ordered garlic fries, which were good too. The pho was the star though, I got the one with rare steak, brisket, and tendon. I want to come back and try their other dishes!It's located right off the freeway and had its own lot. Has a good amount of tables and wasn't busy when we went. Definitely a place to check out for quality food!
