Wings Cafe

First time here and was a great time! My 5 year old loves planes and came here for lunch!We came here on a Sunday at 11:30 and we had to wait about one hour because there were seven of us. They only have one table that's large enough to accommodate 6 plus small table next to it to sit three more. So we had to wait.But the cool thing is they have a little patio that you can go and sit and watch the planes takeoff and come in, but unfortunately because it was a windy day, we only saw 2 to 3 planes. So if you do plan to go make sure it's not a rainy day or a windy day because they won't be flying on those days. But it was still really cool and we had a great time just watching the 2 to 3 planes that did come and go. Once we got seated, it was a pretty cool ambience. We did not get one of the window seats which have like little buttons and things like an airplane, but those only fit I think 2 to 4 people. But our table was pretty nice and we were still able to see the window and see the planes parked.They have a pretty nice breakfast menu, but we came for lunch and choices good.Salads, sandwiches, burgers and hot dogs mostly kids menu: they get to choose a main entrée aside and a drink for $7.99My son ordered the pancakes (comes with one large one and two small stacks), French fries, and drink I have to say the fries were very bad. Not tasty at all, and there was no crispiness to it so don't order the fries.I ordered the combination salad, which is the Albuquerque tuna, egg, salad, and cottage cheese. It was really good and very filling lots of protein!My husband got the club sandwich and he said it was excellent! But again he said the fries were not goodWould definitely come back to this place and check out maybe one of the small tables by the window and come on a day where there's more planes flying. Overall, it was a great experience and my son enjoyed it!

Pretty good breakfast spot with a good view. We had an omelette with turkey sausage and hash browns and steak and eggs with hash browns as well. The hash browns are good and soft just how we like them. The steak was over cooked however still was good I was surprised because breakfast places typically have chewy steaks. The waffle was good as well a perfect amount of sweet. Wonderful views of the planes landing and taking off. A great spot for a quick breakfast and some entertainment watching the planes.

Service was excellent after a short wait to be seated. The kids absolutely loved watching the planes come and go right there by the window! Gas trucks would drive by and wave at the kids each time they passed. Super fun! The food was reasonably priced. They do offer kids meals. The flight controls of a plane on the table were another hit with the kids. Adult meals were good but left us hungry but still tasty. We will definitely go back. The restaurant was clean and bright.

We got an order to go. I just had biscuits and gravy since I wasn't to hungry. I don't remember what my lady ordered, but she gets it all the time. I enjoyed my food. I'm looking forward to dining in next time when I'm hungry. I enjoy watching the planes. service was fast, employees are really nice. I will be back.

Two stars for the ambiance. Food was very whatever and portions were small. Heard so many good things about this place, but it was pretty disappointing. The half filled cup of soup being $8 and half a biscuit with gravy upgrade is just crazy pricing. Service was also whatever. Had 4 different people come to the table, so I'm assuming it's a tip pool which usually means bare minimum service. Service wasn't horrible, but not having a dedicated server just loses a sense of urgency and leads to a not so great experience and also bad tip. I blame the owner for being cheap & greedy. Also the kitchen, couldn't poach an egg to save their life. lol one was runny and one was completely hard. Who is managing this place?

Un lugar hermoso un oasis La atención al cliente es fantástica, la comida es excelente y deliciosa me gustaría recomendar este lugar a las personas que andan de vacaciones visitando Disney o Knott's berry farm sería un extra para sus niños.

I am absolutely happy with this place! My son was so happy being able to watch planes take off while eating his pancakes. The staff was very professional and tentative to our needs. Definitely will be coming back here! Thank you again!!

What a place!!!The cafe is an experience more so than a meal! To begin with, it's so cool to be watching planes takeoff and land right outside of your table- nowhere else could you do that!!! Then the interior of this cafe is so immersive that it feels like you're in a story, very Disney-like restaurant! I found my breakfast burrito to be pleasant, especially with the avocado added! The side of chips and salsa it came with was a neat touch. However, that salsa didn't compliment the burrito very much and unfortunately that's the only salsa available The grilled cheese sandwich was said to be perfect. Hidden gem of OC, for sure!

I started coming to Wings Cafe because my son really loves planes. I now come every week or two because not only is the food delicious but the servers are amazing! They are so friendly and helpful and always there with a smile. They always keep the coffee coming (a must have at any cafe for me) and I like that they work as a team to make sure every table is taken care of. I love the booths with the cockpit buttons for my son to play with and the decor is spot on! On to the food - amazing! I love the eggs Benedict, eggs and corned beef hash, AND the breakfast burrito with chorizo (almost feels like a crime I've never taken a picture of it). My son was not a big breakfast eater but he is always excited to get pancakes 'At the airport' and he LOVES Mickey so that's a great touch. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Be prepared to wait in line, but it's worth it. Don't forget a shake! Had the chicken fried steak and eggs & ready to go back.
