Wendy's

I've been bringing my grandkids through the drive thru today we walked in and sat at the restaurant. For a fast food restaurant I like it. It very clean, but the best part was the customer service provided by the manger Diego!

I drive a lot for work so I tend to grab a bit of Togo food. I have good and bad experiences and never really do much about them. But I go to the Wendy's on Tustin and Katella a lot because it is close to my house. Every time I go there my order is right. With most places it's like 60/40. Every time I go there the staff is polite, friendly and pleasant to talk to. I never feel like I do at other places like I am interrupting them or bothering them. Today when I went the very kind woman at the window said "thank you for coming. I will see you tomorrow for breakfast." I don't ever really eat out for breakfast. But now I kind want to go because honestly it just made me happy the way she treated me. So. Good job Wendy's marketing team, trainers, managers and staff. Thank you for the great experience service and food. I appreciate it.

Bad experience over all! That curly hair kid was there again... from my previous order he tried to make me pay for 2 combos when I ordered one!!!! As soon as I heard him talk thru the speaker I left and went to carls again... why??? I should of just ordered and not let him win... idkThat women manager and curly hair kid killed it for me

I ordered a small vanilla frosty-ccino and my parents ordered a large one to share. The coffee tasted pretty bland; didn't taste the vanilla frosty mix, just disappointment. McDonald's iced coffees are wayyy better.

Upon entering the side door I noticed the door was so dirty that you can barely see through it. I took my son here for lunch he likes the food!After ordering our food we sat down and couldn't help but notice the floor was dirty and sticky and the place smelled like an old wet garage. My cheeseburger was good and i love the real fries they offer though. Im dont know about any policy at Wendy's who should be allowed to eat inside but we had 2 homeless guys sitting inside by us and one guy was fine but the other guy had grass, dirt and oil all over his clothes. I have nothing against homeless people its a sad thing but i think it would be very fair that a person like that covered in what not should be asked politely to eat outside.

Had to dispute multiple charges on my card because of this place. WARNING if you go to this location pay using CASH ONLY. They a guy who works the drive thru who likes to swipe your card more than once.

This place almost seems like the standard for how Wendy's restaurant should be like? The interior looks relatively new and renovated, and the service is quite outstanding. Ordered the 4 for $5 meal and asked for some creamy sriracha sauce. The manager shared with us about the upcoming spicy sauce replacement, which would be ghost pepper ranch, and just had an overall bubbly personality.The food came out quick and tasted fresh (as fresh as fast food can taste). Spicy nuggets were crispy, cheeseburger did not have stale bread and the patty was juicy, along with very very hot fried fries. The manager also went throughout the dining floor to do quick check ins with everyone dining in, which was a particularly nice touch for such a fast casual joint.Great service and food, slightly annoying parking lot (at no fault of the restaurant), and the convenience factor (close to freeway) make this Wendy's a real easy choice for quick/on the go meals.

I made this yelp just to say this the date I post this February 3rd 2024 1030am I went ordered 3 burritos whatever wanted to try it took them 12 min to get it to me ok whatever and then they came like this no way they gave my all these diff Por potions hmu wendys

We were in the drive through and having difficulty ordering because the box has a lot of static and Jessica was misunderstanding what we were ordering. When we got to the window, I was reaching for my card as she repeatedly told me the cost impatiently..... as I was reaching for my payment- then she yelled to her co workers "there's 5 cars in the drive through, start dropping product".... As she was grabbing my card out of my hand. Extremely rude...... there was ONE car in the drive through by the way.

Went through the drive through picked up my order and drove home.when I went to eat my Dave single burger it was cold and missing tomatoes and onions. I won't be buying from the drive through through any longer.
