Wendy's

Been coming here for 29 years. The service is worse now worse. Talked to adrianna told her about myOrder 25.84 2 singles they had onions we ordered no onions said whats the order number i told her she took forever and then said come back when i came back today it was 25 minutes plus the 3 rd degree of who did i talk to what time. While i am holding the receipt in my hands how about get the order right say i am sorry and give me the order . Ive been coming here forever.after making meWait 25 minutes asked me to come back after 4?

Oh my! I have been to two different Wendy's and they have both been bad. I ordered a kids meal, plain hamburger and a regular hamburger with noOnion or tomatoes. The kid taking the orders was so darn slow. Two people ahead of me and it took 15 minutes for me toGet to the truck my if the line. My order arrived fairly quickly. I got in my car and my kid took his burger and tried to eat it. It had cheese smothers on sauces. Ordered a burger plain. He would not eat. I tried his fries and they were soft and mushyIOpened mine up and it looked like chicken strips on a bun with onion and tomatoes. I took it back and just asked for my money back. It was such a waste of time. I won't be back.

Came to Wendys in the drive thru at 4:18 I order 1Combo nothing to big with some chicken nuggets,they told me to pull over because it was gonna take a while and I was okay that's cool u know waited for 30 mins n no one took my food out side,went and ask for a refund cuz that was soo long of a wait for a "fast food".the shift leadWas really rude she was like why do u need a refund for and she was blaming the mistake on a teenager,like come on but yea it was a bad experience they did offered me to replace my mean but I was gonna wait for another 10 mins what a joke it's not like I'm begging for free food all im asking for my food to b on time n to be warm how hard is that to get right?

All a guy wants is an Orange Dreamsicle Frosty. Is that too much to ask? The cashier told me they're out of that. I was told to "follow my dreams"icles as a kid, but was met with "disappointment"icles as an adult. Okay, that's fine. I'm sure tons of people wanted to have an Orange Dreamsicle Frosty in the beginning of a Monday, which is why they ran out. I end up coming back through the drive thru since I decided to look at the menu on my phone before driving away. Now all a guy wants is Crispy Panko Fish Sandwich. But you're telling me that you no longer serve that as the menu is literally suggesting me to try the Crispy Panko Fish? I guess tons of people also want to start off their day with Crisy Panko Fish. I was almost ready for them to tell me that they're out of everything on the menu as I order them one-by-one, but they actually had a Spicy Chicken Sandwich, which I ordered to justify my wait in line.It looks like the employees wanted to be anywhere else but there. Can't blame them, though. Who wants to spend hours at a Wendy's on a Monday, ya feel? But even I don't want to be there as a customer after that experience. Please make sure you have enough inventory of whatever you are advertising!

Terrible Service. Incredibly slow and never get the order correct. I'm always waiting 30 plus minutes in the front of the restaurant from the drive thru. No stars would be best.

They take way too long in the store ordering at the counter. They do not have a dedicated person taking orders. I waited 15 minutes to be greeted and served! The food was terrible the biggie meal deal as the chicken patty was raw on the inside. When I went to complain the manager laughed in my face and refused to remake it! I couldn't even believe that! Not eating here again!

We went there for lunch and I will say the place was super clean!! We walked in and ordered our meal real quick. The service at the front was quick and our food came out quickly. You cant go wrong with anything you order here because its affordable. I got the big kids meal for $6.00. I got a chicken sandwich, nuggets with fries and a drink! Its super nice to enjoy lunch when you are trying to be on a steady budget!

Came for lunch today at 12:30Drink was refreshingFries were crispy Burger was stacked right and dankI don't even like nuggets but the nuggets were bussin 5/5Normally fast food is like what ever but this was a good meal glad I got it

I came through the drive through and got wrong food. Went inside and Susana took care of me and gave me fresh food. She even gave me and extra order of fries for the inconvenience. 10/10 satisfied and would def come back just for the cx service

I learned my lesson to not go through the drive thru. Wake up Wendy's your drive thru is a mess. Please don't let your male workers work the window, I would rather talk to a wall then try to communicate with them. I was going to call Wendy's lastnight but, I went on Yelp to see some of the reviews and alot of the reviews were just what I had gone through. I'm guessing Wendy's doesn't care and I learned my lesson not to go there anymore.
